Torag. You want to be a Paladin of Torag.
Note that being a Christian-style Crusader isn't really possible in Golarion where there are many gods and you know for a fact they all exist. You can't fight for the One True God; what you can do is fight for your god and his buddies, anmd #%^* everything else (which is what Torag is all about).

This is the unique issue with Golarion's setup (and honestly, most polytheistic campaign settings). Because the gods are real and generally tolerate each others' presence, their faithful never truly have reasons to basically be bigoted against one another in the same way the emerging monotheistic societies clashed against each other. The only faiths that are universally reviled are ones that actively defy and corrupt civilized society, like Lamashtu, Rovagug and most demon cults.
Norgorber and his faithful operate in almost total secrecy and use society's behaviors and mores to their advantage, so they get a pass. Asmodeus tries to manipulate and run society, so his faith, and by extension those cults of the Archdevils, Whore Queens and Malebranche, since they all answer to Asmodeus ultimately, get passes.
And even these faiths tend to side with the rest of the gods and gang up on faiths like Lamashtu's and Rovagug's etc. And even Lamashtu's faithful hate Rovagug's, since if Rovagug destroys the world there'll be no place for her children.
Faiths of Golarion don't really HATE each other to the point where they seek supremacy over all others (though there are specific places where this is occuring, like Asmodeus in Cheliax and Pharasma in Ustalav, Razmiran in Razmir and no religion at all in Rahadoum, these are generally regarded as places that are broken and need fixing by heroic PCs).

Is there a legal way to be a paladin who reflects the crusaders of the first crusade, As in hating of all who don't love and obey his god, but just, kind, and serving of those who do?
This character would not be Lawful Good, so no.
The old crusades approach to theology was already a warping of judeo-christian values of loving your neighbor and thou shalt not kill in the name of greed and nationalism. In a setting like the ones Pathfinder tends to have, where gods are observably real and numerous, it's an inexcusable mindset for a Lawful Good character to hate any that don't worship his god in particular.

They would be if everyone not of the faith was Chaotic Evil.

Golarion has a fairly clear division between the moral alignments of Good and Evil, and all Good gods follow the general ideals of what is "Good".
Lawful Good paladins could commit genocides in other settings, where the definition of "good" is more grey and subjective like in the real world, but not Golarion.
The only real way to create a Murder Hobo Paladin properly in Golarion is if you fight nothing but creatures that are unabashedly Evil by their very nature. Which basically means Aberrations and Great Old Ones and nothing else.
I think a Paladin could very easily kill Aberrations and Great Old Ones by the nation-ful and never suffer moral penalties, even when piling up bodies of young ones (because they're just THAT Chaotic and Evil).
Anything else, and the Paladin would probably need to start making Morality checks or become an Antipaladin.
