The character is for PFS. I have been out of the game for a few years and am not great at martial character to begin with. Here is what I have so far.
Race: Human
Class: Brawler
Ability Scores: Str 18, Dex 16, Con 13, Int 10, Wis 12, Cha 10
Traits: Reactionary, Indomitable Faith.
Feat Progression:
1. Improved Unarmed Strike (Bonus), Combat Expertise, Power Attack
2. Pummeling Style (Bonus)
3. Improved Trip
4.
5. Improved Reposition, Pummeling Bully
6.
7. Iron Will
8. Pummeling Charge
9. Felling Smash
10.
11. Greater Trip, Combat Reflexes
12.
13. Dodge
14. Improved Iron Will
15. ?
16.
17. ?, ?
18.
19. ?
20. ?
I know that as a PFS character I have to retire him at level 12, but I like to map the whole progression out. I don't know what to give him for the upper levels.
Does the build look good? Am I missing something? How can I improve?
Thank you all for your constructive criticism.

Forget Improved Iron Will. You are better off with something you can get more milage to, like Weapon Focus.
Talking of which, you might not want to invest so heavily on tripping, just in case you fight too many fliers, quadrupeds and such. Get Improved Trip, leave Greater for MF until later.
Pummeling Bully is also sort of situational... And since it's not a requirement for Charge, you could choose to keep it on an MF basis.
You really want Greater Weapon Focus somewhere too.

if you dropped improved iron will as well as one of the improved maneuver feats you could take the new feats from Familiar Folio to give yourself a familiar, then take the Improved version to get all the abilities, doing that you could make it a mauler and have a combat buddy
Edit: assuming retiring at 12, if he goes longer yyou can just take the feats

I like trip builds...A lot.
I do not like Felling smash however. When your pummeling Charging/Bully to get the free trip your not wasting the entire attack action on 1 attack and a free trip....your doing a Charge punch >Bully triggered trip>Vicious Stomp tiggered>Greater Trip Trigger> Attack as many times as you can on a prone target.
This is a post I made about a week and a half ago
Focus on Pummeling style/charge and dragon style/ferocity feats. Ignore difficult terrain and Friendlies on your charge of up to 60Ft (more with boots or haste).
I recommend a trip build. I am running This Guy in a campaign and he will Flexiblity in Pummeling Bully for a free Trip attempt when he hits with a strike of Pummeling charge. If successful he gets Viscous stomp and greater trip triggers on a proned target...If the first attack and the trip most likely you will land everything else on a proned target. At level 7 I am getting 5 attacks in on the Charge...6 if they stand up or I am hasted...or 7 if both. I also really like how a trip can be done as a AoO so even if they get up they can easily be knocked back to the ground or if they just trigger a AoO from me then they can end up getting hit a few times.
But what I can't simply cover is all the feat options you can just pick up on the fly. Stuff that is limited in its use or very conditional. I like elemental fist when I find a troll or something with a weakness to an element.
For ease of reading I put it in a spoiler with a link to what he looks like. His gold was a little low but I was given really good stats to play with.
Now about this:
Ability Scores: Str 18, Dex 16, Con 13, Int 10, Wis 12, Cha 10
Your point buy seems to be a 25....for PFS it is a 20 point buy.
perhaps : S18, D14, C14, I10, W12, C8 is typically a good layout in stats.Traits: Reactionary, Indomitable Faith.
These are fine Traits. And will serve you well.
Class: BrawlerFore PFS....naw I wouldn't I'd still dip 2 levels of Master of Many styles Monk. to be honest even in PFS and playing high end stuff your not going to see level 20. SOrry bub. But you gain so much from the dip that loosing out on your 20th level capstone is not a miss out. Your cap stone will be Awesome Blow.
Feat Progression:
1. Improved Unarmed Strike (Bonus), Combat Expertise, Power Attack
2. Pummeling Style (Bonus)
3. Improved Trip
4.
5. Improved Reposition, Pummeling Bully
6.
7. Iron Will
8. Pummeling Charge
9. Felling Smash
10.
11. Greater Trip, Combat Reflexes
Here is my suggestion for a Trip build:
Brawler 2/ Master of many style monk 2/ Brawler Finish1: Combat expertise
H:Improved Trip
2:Combat reflexes
(Master of many style Levels)
3:Dragon Style
3:Pummeling Style
4:Pummeling Charge
(back to brawler)
5:Vicious Stomp
7:Greater Trip
7:Dragon Ferocity
9:Pummeling Bully (because I'm sick of wasting MF on this feat)
10:Iron Will
11:Improved Critical (if even 1 of your pummeling strikes crit they ALL crit)
What you gain: STUNNING FIST, the Ability to use 2 styles at 1 time, +3 to all 3 saves, Stealth as a class skill, Full Unarmed Damage progression, Evasion or Toughness (Iron Mountain Archetype)((the archetypes stack allowing you to pick between toughness and Evasion))
What you loose: +1 BaB, Slower Brawlers Flurry (not a big deal cause it tends to miss the first few levels anyways), Improved awesome blow, maneuver training 5.

Clarification: I spent only 20 points. I mistakenly wrote 16 for Dex when it should be 14.
Str 16 = 10, Dex 14 = 5, Con 13 = 3, Int 10 = 0, Wis 12 = 2, Cha 10 = 0.My +2 Racial Bonus was applied to Str bringing it up to 18.

I have always been under the impression that level dipping was really bad for a character. Much like going full multiclass. Perhaps I need to reevaluate that opinion.
I was originally not trying to be a specific trip master. The inspiration for the character is Elliot Spencer from Leverage.
I also did not take into account the brawler ability to gain feats temporarily. So I can get some feats, but if I need to go all in on an option I can use the brawler ability.

There are a few really good dip classes out there. A majority of dips are for more martial characters that dont have caster levels that take a hit.
Most people here on the forums will agree MoMS monk is a great 2 level dip as a brawler. If you going for no armor monk gets even better of a dip.
Dont be afraid to dump cha to get a better con. B rawlers are not concerned about CHA as they are not faces and alot of there skills are not CHA based. But since your gonna be charging into melee that +1 con is gonna go far. Even for your fortitude.

I did not choose to go trip specialist, but I can trip. I went more general in my build. I think it is more true to the Concept of the character. Here is the current build I have come up with. I am still looking for suggestions on how to make him more effective.
Race: Human
Class: Brawler 2/ Monk 2/ Brawler Finish.
Archetypes: Master of Many Styles, Monk of the Sacred Mountain (Mistakenly called Iron Mountain Monk Archetype)
Ability Scores: Str 18, Dex 16, Con 13, Int 10, Wis 12, Cha 10
Traits: Reactionary, Indomitable Faith.
Feat Progression:
1 (Human Bonus Feat): Dodge
1 (Brawler Bonus Feat): Improved Unarmed Strike
1: Power Attack
2 (Brawler Bonus Combat Feat): Improved Trip
3 (Monk Bonus Feat): Stunning Fist
3: Pummeling Style
3 (Master of Many Styles Archetype Bonus Feat – Style Feat or Elemental Fist Feat): Pummeling Charge
4 (Monk of the Sacred Mountain Archetype Bonus Feat): Toughness
4 (Master of Many Styles Archetype Bonus Feat – Style Feat or Elemental Fist Feat): Dragon Style
5: Combat Reflexes
7: Vicious Stomp
7 (Brawler Bonus Combat Feat): Dragon Ferocity
9: Combat Expertise
10 (Brawler Bonus Combat Feat): Improved Critical
11: Bleeding Attack
After 12th I probably won't get to play the character, but will finish his feat progression as it seams logical.
Suggestions Please.
