How does this Mystic Theurge look? I've heard constantly that the actual prestige class is crap and a complete waste of time, and resources, but I think this will turn out well.

It's a Menhir Savant Druid 2 / Cross Blooded Sorcerer 1 / Mystic Theurge 2
Being able to cast as a 5th level druid (Evocation only, 4th level if not), and a 6th level Sorcerer (Evocation only, 5th level if not).
The part where it says I can use 35 level one spells is actually 3 from druid, 5 from sorcerer, 4 and 6 with ability score added in.

I am not sure how you get to cast like any more than a level 3 sorcerer and a level 4 druid with this build. You have a bonus to CL on evocation and magic knack Can help you sorcerer CL to 5 ( 6 with evocation if you get to have 6 HD later) but it Will still be level 1 spells for sorcerer and 1 and 2's for druid. I dont Think any amount of level 1 spells( and you Will only know 2) Can match wildshape and level 3 druid spells.

Official Update: In the second paragraph, replace the first two sentences with the following: "Inquisitions are like domains. Other classes that use domains can take inquisitions but inquisitions are typically weaker than the domains those classes can already choose because they do not grant domain spell slots or domain spells."

Your character does look to be pretty good.
Mystic Theurges are indeed crap if you take 3 or 4 levels in both arcane and divine caster before going into the prestige class.
But your character gets around that using spell like abilities. A lvl 5 character with the spells of a lvl 4 druid and a lvl 3 sorcerer is good, and the caster lvls are better than that.
There is a thread under advice giving a comprehensive guide to mystic theurges that probably contains more information than you need.

Druids have a limited list of domains i Think you risk lots of GMs saying no to fate inquisition on a druid. Me among them.

My DM ruled (and honestly i agreed) that being able to cast one spell like ability does not count as being able to cast level 2 arcance or divine spells becasue of the s. So i had no option to maximize my theurge that way.
I still think i did a decent thuerge though - sorcerer/cleric theurge with the wild blood celestrial so both use wisdom for casting. I also took the feat that ups ones caster level. so im a level 9/level 8 sorc/cleric caster at level 12 who casts as a level 11 sorcerer. Wisdom is at +8 so my spells still have a pretty solid save.
Haven't actually played him yet though so i may be proven wrong!
Is there a feat that gives you more spells known? that's where im suffering - i wanted to use the human ability as a sorcerer to learn more spells at each level as a favored class, but the thuerge levels don't count so that killed that.

I would be wary of the crossblooded archetype. Gaining one less spell known at each level essentially means that you are delaying each new level of spells by another level. Personally, I would drop that and just keep the empyreal bloodline. Apart from that, I like it a lot. You've managed early entry in both arcane and divine while remaining human, and keeping to your ideal goal.
I too have heard lots of people say mystic theurge is a garbage class, but I disagree to a rather absurd degree. It is far and beyond my favorite class.

I had an idea for a Mystic Theurge Kitsune Cleric/Sorcerer focusing on Enchantment spells from both classes coupled with Diplomacy. After describing the character concept to my GM, his response was, "Yeah, I'm not running that campaign." Hahaha. The character would have a DC 19 Sleep spell at Lvl 1, and adding in DC 18 Command/Murderous Command at Lvl 2.
