Oracle Archetypes

I have a question as a new player. The two oracle archetypes dual-cursed and spirit guide share no overlapping class features, but they both effect class skills.

Dual-cursed says:

Class Skills: A dual-cursed oracle gains no additional class skills from her mystery.

Spirit Guide says:

Class Skills: A spirit guide gains all Knowledge skills as class skills. This replaces the bonus class skills gained from the oracle's mystery.

Can they be played together?

It looks like they can be played together, you just wouldn't get the bonus knowledge skills as class skills.

I think under strict rules they can't because they both modify oracle's mystery skill.

Not exactly. One of them switches out the class skills for a different list while the other one removes them entirely with nothing listed in exchange.

right so they are changing or modifying the same thing. If though it makes sense that you trade and then remove, do it the other way. You remove and then have nothing to trade. See that doesn't work if you do it the other way. Thus they legally can't be used together. But if it's a home game talk to your GM.

Both are effects that "alter" the class skill list.

Actually, they both alter the bonus skills from the mystery. As far as I know, there is no oracle archetype that alters the base class skill list.

One archetype replaces the bonus skills, one archetype removes them. They conflict.
