For Society play,
Half-Elf or Half-Orc: Can a character of either of these races select human racial archetypes (such as from Advanced Race Guide?
Yes. Half-elves and half-orcs may select racial favored class options, archetypes, traits, and so on, as if they were a full member of both races (a half-elf can select elf and human rules elements, a half-orc can select human and orc rules elements).
Edit 9/26/13: This is a reversal of an earlier ruling. This resolves a discrepancy between this FAQ and two Advanced Player's Guide FAQs.
And
Are races such as tieflings and aasimars considered as half-human in Pathfinder Society Organized Play?
Yes.
Both pulled from FAQ,
Since Aasimars and Tieflings are half-human and half-something, don't they count as both too, or at least, human?
Also, since Orc Bloodline adds the Orc subtype, do you count as Orc?

Aasimars and Tieflings are considered half human for the purpose of size normally an Aasimar or Tiefling can pop up in any race Goblins, Dwarves, Halflings, etc. The rule was so people didn't make small sized A and T's. So they don't count as Humans for anything(except for Scoin of Humanity Aasimars)
Racial Archetypes, Feats, etc. from the ARG are locked to that race in PFS.

It wont matter soon as, at least in PFS, tiefling and aasimar are being removed as players options.
Further, that is a PFS specific ruling that does not necessarily apply to the game at large.
At this time, since neither tiefling or aasimar have the humanoid human subtype I do not believe they count as human for the purposes of selecting feats or other options that are allowed only to humans. However, this is easy for aasimar to get around as they can choose scion of humanity.
Based on the existance of that racial trait which says:
Scion of Humanity: Some aasimars' heavenly ancestry is extremely distant. An aasimar with this racial trait counts as an outsider (native) and a humanoid (human) for any effect related to race, including feat prerequisites and spells that affect humanoids. She can pass for human without using the Disguise skill. This racial trait replaces the Celestial language and alters the native subtype.
I think it's clear that no, you do not mechanically count as human. At least not without selecting that feat. Tieflings on the other hand have no such trait.

That is interesting... why are they being removed from PFS? They are some of the most popular races i have seen but never considered them overly powerful next to Human shenanigans.
I believe it is because:
1) They are quite literally tired of the glutt of them
2) They think the variant heritages from Blood of Angels, etc were a mistake
3) They want to introduce races from the Tian Xia and focus on them, so they are removing access to Tiefling aasimar.

Are races such as tieflings and aasimars considered as half-human in Pathfinder Society Organized Play?
Yes.
Although this quote is from the PFS FAQ, the context behind it is important. It was released much earlier than the other FAQ you quoted, and it answered a very different question.
At the time, when Blood of Angels and Blood of Fiends were released, the frequently asked question of the day was "Can I make a small-sized Aasimar?", since rules were presented in those books for doing so.
The FAQ was released to establish that Aasimars and Tieflings are of human descent, and not Halfling/Gnome/Goblin/what-have-you.
Since it is antiquated, it does deserve a revision, given the confusion it sows today, but it does not mean that Aasimars and Tieflings are "Half-human" in the way that Half-elves and Half-orcs are.

Regardless, current RAW vs. original RAI, Aasimars and Tieflings are half-human so they should qualify.
No, they don't.
As I showed you above, only Aasimar's with Scion of Humanity trait count as Humanoid(Human). There is no equivalent trait for Tieflings. And, since a trait exists to make Aasimars do exactly what you're referring to it's a sure thing that they do not automatically count as human.
