If you've got 11+ charisma, take one level of Sorcerer. You get a whole bunch of cantrips known, plus the bloodline arcana of the sorcerer, some bloodline powers, eschew materials as a bonus feat, UMD as a class skill, and a few 1st level sorcerer spells. You do have to sacrifice a caster level to do this, though, so the tradeoff is pretty steep.

The various character class tables show how many spells of each level a character can cast per day. These openings for daily spells are called spell slots. A spellcaster always has the option to fill a higher-level spell slot with a lower-level spell. A spellcaster who lacks a high enough ability score to cast spells that would otherwise be his due still gets the slots but must fill them with spells of lower levels.
Emphasis mine. So you can sacrifice a Level 1 slot for a cantrip.

There is a feat, Extra Cantrips or Orisons.
That adds extra cantrips known; it's not helpful to a wizard who already knows every cantrip on his class list, and is limited by the slots in which he may prepare them.

You get 4 cantrips and 2 first level spells, all at caster level 1. Personally, I wouldn't delay wizard progression for it.

I believe your best bet is the Cracked Orange Prism Ioun Stones. 1000g for each prepared cantrip you wish to add to your list. Half that for crafters of course.
