If it doesn't stop snowing... I think there may be reason to worry... because the atmosphere will run out of water one day... and since it keeps on snowing, more water must be coming from somewhere. And it's not from the oceans, since the termperature is too low for water to be vapourized...
Hopefully we'll find the Decanter of Endless Water eventually.

It's currently suspended over the UK.

Well, it's not snowing everywhere. You could probably get a stable cycle going if it was hot enough elsewhere. The snow would build up in the one snowy area, pack into glaciers and slowly make its way to the sea or a warmer area, where it would melt and eventually evaporate to become more snow.

Well obviously some group out there failed big time with the Reign of Winter AP. I mean it has to be a big failure to allow Irrisen to invade ourt world.
So Pazio will need to write a sequal AP where a mixed group of heroes from Earth and Gorlarion beat Rasputin and Queen Elvanna. What we have to decide about is the afore mentioned group...should we go to their houses and melt their dice and burn their books...or do they have to be the ones to fix it and train them to be competent players...

Well, we gather up the Earth's fissionable materials, build a reactor on a rocket, and fire it at the Sun to take out the q-ball. Hmmm, that sounds somehow familiar...

I love that these blizards freezing the USA are turning into stormfronts pounding Britain. Lets hope for perpetual winter/storm in the northern hemisphere.
fimbulwinter indeed.

So, an enhanced version of the Little Ice Age?
We're about due for another ice age anyway, so it wouldn't surprise me if this wasn't the start of the next one.

Don't worry. Despite occasional bouts of snow and cold in North America, it looks like 2013 is likely to be one of the warmest years on record.
There's no reason to think 2014 won't follow suit. Given the droughts and record heat waves we're already seeing.Just not in the US because it's winter here. :)

Eh. It's still not as bad as when the Midwest was first settled, if the settler accounts were accurate. They held that if the heat of summer didn't kill you (and it killed a lot), the bitter winter would. The Midwest was originally classified as a desert due to the summer temps, IIRC.
I think the forests of Missouri put a kibosh on the desert classification.
So, I'm waiting for it to get worse ^^

Don't move to Sweden. It starts raining in October. Dark, cold, wet, dreary, any snow fallen ends up as sludge within a week. Spring comes in April.

Let come the Storm to End all Storms. Let the four winds bring ice and snow to all lands. Let all bonds break and the blood flow, brothers kill brothers, gods kill gods. Let the gates of darkness open wide and the ship of the damned set sail to Ragnarok. Let Fimbulwinter Come!
