Quick questions
1. Full speed in full plate or 30 foot move in fullplate? (These are two very different things, the 30foot movement options dont help with haste, flying, tumble checks are impossible still etc).
2. Fleet is limited to light or no armor and thus does not apply at all
For full speed (thus allowing haste to put you at 60feet, and allowing you to make acrobatics checks to tumble in full plate) you have only 2 options, Fighter 4 + Sash of the war champion, or Hellknight 2 plus hellknight plate
For 30 foot move speed in full plate you have a variety of options the easiest is the boots of springing and striding. (Unsanctioned knowledge wont help as Longstrider is not a bard, oracle, cleric or inquisitor spell)

A dwarf can move at full speed in heavy armor.
Multiclassing three levels in fighter gives Armor Training 1, allowing you to move at full speed in medium armor. Acquiring a sash of the war champion (Ultimate Magic; 4,000 gp) improves that to Armor Training 2 ("The wearer treats his fighter level as 4 higher than normal for the purpose of the armor training and bravery class features."), allowing full movement in heavy armor. Alternately, mithral heavy armor costs 9,000 gp extra and counts as medium armor for everything except proficiency (same end result to move speed, but you can use a different chest slot item).

I realize there are ways to do it if I wanted to dip into other classes. I was looking for a way to get it while strictly staying as a paladin.
One thing I'm curious about. Say I went with the Sacred Servant archetype, and I take the Travel domain. That gives him +10ft movement by default. So with no armor, he has 40ft movement. So, a couple of questions:
1. In full plate, is he now still down to 20ft, or is he down to 30ft?
2. Since he gets the Longstrider spell as a domain spell, does the +10ft enhancement stack with the Travel domain untyped bonus?
What would his total speed be in full plate with the Travel domain bonus, and the Longstrider spell?

Here's the info on your adjusted movement rate. Just scroll down.
And yes, untyped bonuses stack with everything.

Are there any items or feats that would grant a paladin the ability to move at normal speed when using a full-plate armor?
Depending on how your GM rules, Sash of the War Champion and Mithril Full Plate may do the trick for you.
The plate is treated as medium armor and the sash, if it gives you Armor Training 1, lets you move in medium armor at full speed.
And your proficient in heavy armor so can wear mithril full plate.

The best answer is to be a dwarf, really. Then any boosts to your speed are enjoyed in full.
Not really, Dwarves don't go any slower in heavy armor... but their base move is already 20. So Haste still only gets you to 40.
I just realized recently with my Dwarf that those boots of Striding and springing actually give you an anhancement bonus, meaning that he 'normally' now has 30' like the rest of the party... but when he gets hasted he'll still only get up to 40, equal to double his 'normal speed' as another enhancement bonus...
That one stung a bit.

A combat trained horse comes for 300g. The pony version is much cheaper, for some reason: 45g. Yes, riding into battle is not always an option, but often enough to make these few coins worthwhile. Since monsters become increasingly deadly for such an animal over the course of levels, it's just an intermediate solution until you make it to armor training I from VMC or the Hellknight prestige class.
