No, that's just a glitch. Although, to be safe, I'd start a separate thread just related to your order so CS can track down the issue. Nonetheless, Paizo don't spread subscription shipments over multiple months. They should start shipping on Friday and then won't stop until everyone's December package is out the door.
The various different schedules on paizo's website don't do very well once the authorisation starts. The computer gets confused about which things are still to ship and which are pending.

I got a shipment confirmation email for Bestiary 4 on October 28 and I still have nothing. I am in Canasa so it generally takes longer, but not thislong. I also ordered a novel that shipped at the same time (in a seperate package) and that one arrived a few weeks ago, so I dont know what the issue is. Anyone else still waiting for the Bestiary or AP#3 of Wrath with their subs as well?
Mine all mine...don't touch

Payment method authorized: February 6
Should ship by: February 21
This is what my page shows! Nothing in November, December or January? This will not make me a happy camper and the wack to my bank account will make my wife even less happy. Can someone translate what is going on here and when I can reasonably expect to get my stuff? Thank you in advance.

It really is just a glitch, check back in a couple of days once the monthly order spawning (which always seems to mess the display up for a day or two) is done for the correct version. This month's subs are going out over the next 2-3 weeks*, as they're running the processing for them right now :)
* well, as long are there aren't any huge disasters... (I'm going to wish I hadn't said that, aren't I?)

Hi there - I just checked my subscription progress and at the bottom it has the following:
Payment method authorized: January 9
Should ship by: January 241x Pathfinder Adventure Path #76: The Midnight Isles (Wrath of the Righteous 4 of 6) (PFRPG), $15.99
1x Pathfinder Adventure Path #77: Herald of the Ivory Labyrinth (Wrath of the Righteous 5 of 6) (PFRPG), $15.99Estimated Subtotal* $31.98
This information was different early this morning (I'm in Australia, so times are different due to timezones) when each of these items was in its own separate section with a different processing/shipping date.
Can someone confirm for me when the PF AP is meant to be processed/shipping and why mine seems to want to be coming to me in January rather than in December??
Many thanks for the help :)
Mine shows that too, it appears at first glance as though the order schedule is doubling up, because I show a single shipment and charge for February's releases as well.

If the auth dies or just doesn't finish with everyone before 12am of the day the system has listed for the auth date (in this case yesterday), the order spawning system gets confused, assumes your account missing its order spawning was intentional and decides that the chance for your order to get spawned will be the next auth run, depending on which subs you have it will show January or February (or later). I'm starting the order spawning back up so anyone who wasn't auth/spawned last night should get taken care of in the next few hours.
Its an unfortunate artifact of a system that was built when we had only a few subscription lines and not nearly as many customers for it to get through.
Currently its estimating time remaining: 183 minutes, 39 seconds

FYI, in case you need another example:
Much as the first poster to this thread, my account now shows nothing to be shipped until February, when I will get one massive order containing all the items in my sidecart, and all the subscription items between now and then (including four Adventure Paths, three Player Companions, two Promo Cards, and Runelords Adventure Deck 3)
Somehow it seems as though there should be five gold rings as well ... :-)

Same here. That's not the first time this has happened though. There's some persistent bug that seems to cause this to happen regularly when they start processing orders. Using the past as an indicator, your next shipment won't really be delayed that long, but it may take a few days before your 'My subscriptions' begins to represent reality once again.

Sara is this why my subscriptions page is completely blank now?
Good question. I think its because the next Adventure Deck (fortress of stone giants estimated in March) is set farther out than the My Subscription page shows estimates for. I'll be able to look further into it when the order spawning gets through everyone's accounts.
Estimated time remaining: 393 minutes, 41 seconds

Yes. Because the order spawning has not gotten to your account, and the date has rolled past when it expected it to authorize and spawn. Since you don't have a future shipment that is within its timeframe, its very confused where to put the Hook Mountain Deck. As soon as the order spawning finishes (or at least gets past your account) you should see things straighten out a bit.

Sounds like you need more Software Developers! Too bad I don't have as much experience as you guys are looking for. :/

Nope. Its bad form to spawn a bunch of auto generated subscription orders and not give people a chance to send in a cancellation email/call. Occasionally I'll do that with comics because orders for those are usually really small, but I'm uncomfortable not giving people at least 24 hours between an auth/spawning and beginning to ship for the larger Paizo sub runs.
The warehouse is still shipping the back log of sale orders today and there are extra hands in to prepare for subscription shipping to make that go as fast as possible when we start tomorrow.

We have a semi-automated process that goes through each subscriber, generating an order for their next subscription items where relevant, pulling ready products from the sidecart into the subscription order, setting the appropriate shipping, checking the payment method is still good to go and sending out a email confirmation for the order.

And the auth/order spawning is done! If you are a subscriber to one of the product lines with stuff releasing now (check first post in this thread for the products) and you do not have a pending subscription order, please email customer.service@paizo.com or start an individual thread here in the customer service forums.

So when do you estimate shipping will start?
...
Thursday, Customer Service will be powering through any requests for changes to subscriptions or last minute cancellations and on Friday we will begin shipping out December's New releases in conjunction with any remaining Great Golem Sale orders. While the bulk of the subscription items should be shipping over the next two weeks, I've listed the "should ship by" date for subscriptions as December 31st, 2013. We've also got crews planned for overtime this weekend both in customer service and in the warehouse, as well as some extra folks over the next few weeks to get as many of these orders out as possible as quickly as we can.
...
(emphasis mine)
So I would guess they will start shipping today.

GOT MINE
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO-
can't read the Wrath of the Righteous AP anyway
D:
but can read Wardens of the Reborn Forge
:D
Thanks warehouse crew!
Sadly, there is no way to un-favorite a post out of petty resentment. :p

Is there a reason that you guys haven't pulled the money for my order out of my account yet? Do you wait until it ships from he warehouse?
Also I'd prefer it if those figures could be at my house by Wednesday afternoon after all I did pay almost $14 on shipping so that I could get my package quickly.
Hope this isn't to much trouble.
Sincerely,
John Cuda

I figure there's no chance I'll get even the November stuff before December 25. It's not 'cause of Paizo... it's cause of my local post. This is the time of year when friends and family get all nervous because packages they shipped at the beginning of December don't arrive until January. Any time of year, anything shipped from the states (and probably anywhere outside BC), there's an additional two-week (at least) delay that gets added on because of post.
So, I'm looking forward to the things I bought in the Great Golem sale to show up sometime in January, since they shipped from Paizo this last week....
(It's kinda funny that I live within a half-day's drive of Seattle, yet it takes so long. Ah, well, what can you do.)
