Please join me in welcoming Jacob Dotter as the new Venture-Lieutenant for North Dallas. Jacob has been a strong contributor to growth in the DFW Metroplex since he started in the campaign. He ran, and grew, the gameday at Area 51 in Grapevine before starting our gamedays at Madness Comics in Plano a couple of months ago. The games at Madness have been a smashing success, and are already up to 5 or 6 tables being run every other week.
In addition, Jacob has been an active and helpful presence on our mailing list, responding to inquiries and providing support to players new and old.
Thanks, Jacob!

Neat!
So um this is a bit embarrassing since Maddness is my favorite game store and I had no idea PFS was being run there. Where can I find the details?
We meet there every other Saturday. Table signups are done via the DFW Pathfinder Society Warhorn site.
There is also our Yahoo mailing group. I send the schedule out to that when I come up with it.

Congrats Jacob. Here's hoping we'll meet at Owlcon.
That's in two slots, so 2 or 3 simultaneous tables, but the first weekend we were there we had 5 tables running at the same time in the morning slot and there were a couple of RPG tables left over. Madness recently moved into what used to be a medium-sized grocery or department store and they have a ton of space. I believe someone said they're the only store in the Metroplex large enough to host M:tG Pro Tour qualifiers on site.

If I had more GMs I could have more tables. We normally have to have at least 1 7 player table.

I asked the owner about the size the first time we played at Madness and he said they had 20,000 sq. feet.
Congrats Jacob.
