So, when I make characters, I don't make them for specific games, I just make them in my head, and then keep them in mind when I find campaigns that would be perfect for them. As such, I don't know the party they'll be hanging with, etc. I also make a lot of Dhampir concepts, and as you might imagine, that whole Negative Energy thing can be a pain sometimes. For that reason, I'm wondering how many things allow the character to heal themselves, rather than relying on others and hoping they don't end up killing you.
So, are there any rings, or belts, or anything like that that offer healing, or regeneration, or anything like that?

There is an armor enchantment that will give you an emergency heal if you fall under 0. For the life of me I can not remember the name though. Don't have my books handy.
Unfortunately the enchantment you're referring to harms undead, so your Dhampir might still be harmed by this effect. For the life of me I can't remember the enchantment's name, but this is the spell it uses on you at need.

Ah, thanks Donut! I knew that the enchantment was there somewhere.

Sigh. Yeah, Ioun stones are useful. But they're floating balls that circle around your head. They're the Tiki mask from Crash Bandicoot, or Navi from Zelda.
You can see how this may mesh with the totally kewl, black-wearing Dhampir characters that wander Golarion and wear sunglasses at night while smoking, right?
Not that I make those characters...but I hear others do...

Boots of the Earth. They provide fast healing 1 as long as you want provided that you take an action to plant your feet on the ground (which implies, along with the name, that they are useless in games like Skull and Shackles, where you are on boats with the earth being an infrequent sight) and you stand in one place.
They serve as an alternative to wands of cure light wounds. The cost is enough that it take a lot of use to justify, and it takes much more time to heal up (up to 15 minutes for a high level barbarian, for example), but it is not an expendable item... so yeah. Nice if you do not plan to go to town often, and do not expect that the random T-rexes you encounter to drop wands. They are also made with the far more useful craft wondrous item feat.

Ahh lemeres beat me to the Boots of the Earth.
Regeneration is a strong ability since you can regrow limbs. so its understandable that it is expensive.
For fast healing you can get that as a Spelleater Bloodrager. It replaces damage reduction but it is a source of MAGICAL fast healing. as most fast healing is an EX ability and non magical unless otherwise stated like the Bloodrager's Blood of Life (Su) ability.
