Hi guys! Thanks! We need more PFS players over here in Singapore! Hence, I gotta take this pro-active step to, hopefully, get more players interested!
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks once again!

Greetings. I may be in Singapore in the middle of the year.. would love to get a game in around Late July!
As for how to get new players: Try Universities. These are fertile places for new gamers generally and quite a few may already have their own gaming clubs/societies. I know you have a facebook page already as Im a member, thats again a good place to start. Hitting friends of existing members! :)

Hi not2fear,
My email is richardloh1511@yahoo.com.sg. As of now, I'm trying to get things organised so you will have to pardon me if I need a little time before things start running smoothly. Your emails are most welcome!
Hi Matthew,
That's great! Would love to have you on board our games! Maybe we can exchange pointers on our things are organised across different regions. I'm sure it'll be positively enlightening, exchanging experiences.
Universities might be a good place to start, I'll keep that in mind. Thanks for the advice. Greatly appreciated :)
Hi Callum!
5 hours away! Are there any conventions happening in the Australia region for tabletop gaming?

Hi Richard, welome to the team!
There's a lot of travel between Australia and Singapore/Indonesia/Malaysia, either due to overseas students, business trips, family or holidays. It's great to have a representative in the region, now I have somewhere to refer visiting students and such.
I'm sure I speak for all Aussie VCs when I say you can lean on us for discussions, ideas, support etc.
There's many PFS conventions happening in Australia each year. Ones to watch out for in my own region Melbourne are:
Arcanacon
Australia Day long weekend
Friday 25th - Monday 28th January, 2013
arcanacon.org
Conquest
Easter Long weekend
Friday 29th March - Monday 1st April, 2013
conquest.asn.au
PAX Australia
19th - 21st July, 2013
aus.paxsite.com
Unicon
October 2013
unicon.asn.au
Long weekends are popular dates for Aussie conventions, so Melbourne and Sydney events are often held on the same dates. I'm sure other Aussie VCs will chime in with their own upcoming events, and it would be wonderful to catch up at one of these events, or indeed in Singapore, if the opportunity arises.

Hi Stephen,
Thanks for the welcome! That'll be great! As of now, I'm still trying to consolidate some information & player data over in this region, if there is any events going on, like a convention, I'll be sure to drop you a line if there is anybody interested. Noted on the convention dates, I'll join in one of those if I ever have the chance to get to Australia.
Hi Lol181,
I don't know any players from Indonesia unfortunately. If you ever get into Singapore, please feel free to drop me a line & I'll let you know whether any games will be available!

We Finally got a VC here in Singapore?!?! Yeah! :)
Congaz!
There have been a couple of PFS games been ran at the PI game store, since Aug last year. But we only got 1 table up for each weekend and the store has since stop allowing us to run games. (Could be changes in their business strategy.)
The local group is currently on hiatus, but we will be starting back up come mid-late Jan. Hope you can team up with the local PFS group and comes up with more more games for us local players to play! :)

Secane,
I am aware of a group here, but so far emails & messages to FB to the group doesn't get a response from Josh. He's probably busy setting up his new place. In the mean time, still sourcing for more players and GMs. I'll be dropping by Perth and see how Callum runs his stuff over there. :) Should be fun!

I realize this may be attempting to resurrect the proverbial dead horse... but I'm from Malaysia and am totally new to Pathfinder 2e. Nevertheless, I would very much like to start running Society games in Malaysia. May I know if there is still any active Singapore or Malaysia Venture Captain, or failing that in the greater Southeast Asian area? Thank you.

Hi there Itzchy83
Resh here,
I am the Venture Captain for Malaysia. I normally organize 4-5 events a year on certain festive events ( normally for Free RPG day, International Women's Day, Halloween, Christmas and so on)
There was a slow down the last 2 years due to our lockdown policies so it was moved online but sadly there wasn't as much interest in online play. ( Not there wasn't players but in comparison with the in face events it was way lesser )
Currently for 2023 I am planning 5 major events around the End of March (closer to the DND movie and Hari Raya), May 1st week (due to two public holidays), Free RPG and Halloween and Christmas.
Just take note since I live around Klang Valley so most of these events will happen here.
P.S.
I also do run demo sessions of PF2 either Sunday noon or Saturday night at some of our local game shops.
You can pm me for details here. I'll also drop you my discord and twitter as it is easier and faster for me to reply.
