If it is evil dragons then a paladin with the Oath against the Wyrm would be the obvious choice. If you are going against all dragons then maybe a ranger with maxed out favored enemy of dragons would work.
In either case a high STR and power attack using a two handed weapon. Probably the falchion for the critical hits. The Paladin would use bless weapon for the auto confirm on the critical. The Ranger would use lead blades to up the damage.

Also, gravity bow.

Big Game Hunter. You shoot at touch ac, have favored enemy, and then make your gun a bane(dragon) weapon. Think that covers dragon slayer.
Don't you mean Trophy Hunter?

My dragon hunter is an archer ranger with a hippogriff mount/companion. There may be better options, but if so they can't be much better. Favored enemy plus very useful spells is hard to beat.
If you can't use your bow at range to your advantage, then run away, regroup and find a way to use the bow. :)
