Reading these boards + laughing is one favorite things. I pretty much believe that they should make me laugh once per day.
What the funniest Paizo board posts you've seen?
Here's two of my favorites:
SWEARING IN GOLARION.
I love using these to get laughs at the table. I'd have to say, "by Calistria's Honey'd thighs" tops my list.

The lipstick-on-a-radish thing was great, but Le Petit Mort was classic.

Overall Dark_Mistress has the best batting average for making me laugh but I can't think of one post in particular that stands out right now.
Other then that, this one was pretty good.

Kevin Andrew Murphy's legendary post on "How to run a brothel when you're a Paladin" remains undefeated.
Yep. I said three years ago that it was one of the funniest things I read on this website, and I still think so.
But another contender was in a political thread that descended into a lot of flaming, trolling, and name-calling, which ultimately led to the thread getting locked. But before it got locked, someone joked that a certain real-world country was Lawful Neutral. And Paul Watson replied to that comment, saying "Please don't bring alignment into this. We're trying not to get too heated and controversial."
Of course, a lot of other funny posts came up in the years since then. If you're ever feeling fed up with nitpickers, I suggest that you read the following post as a remedy for your frustration:
Paizo's editing errors actually killed a guy...
My son and I laughed uncontrollably at that one.
And for DC Comics fans, this post was unforgettable.

Perform (Comedy), Golarion Jokes at the Table.
Recently I had a new pathfinder player who was a bard and choose perform (comedy). I let her walk into the The Rusty Dragon, say joke and roll a perform (comedy) day job.
How did I miss this?

The one near the end of that thread is also hilarious.
Felt it was simpler to link the first one and let people just read down than to seek out each individual funny one through the whole thread.
While funny, I don't feel that post is enough for "funniest Paizo board posts".
