Unable to Ship

Hello,

I am trying to order an item on your store, but I am being told you are unable to ship to my destination. I currently live in Calgary, Alberta. I have heard of others in Alberta who have shipped from this site.

Why am I unable to ship to my location?

It looks like your address information is incomplete, so the system cannot provide shipping options. After you update that info, you should see more options.

Did you get this worked out? I'm from Alberta as well and can't get shipping options. Is there a certain way you need to input the address?

Thanks for your question! I've taken a look and it seems that your address is formatted correctly, but our system is just being stubborn. I've brought this to the attention of our tech team, and am trying to find out if there is a way to get the order pushed through.
