My cleric/sorcerer is about to go into the mystic theurge prestige class, and I have a question about how that affects domain and bloodline abilities. I want to make sure I understand how this works.
How does a level of mystic theurge affect cleric domain and sorcerer bloodlines? Do they totally stop advancing? And if I don't get new abilities from them, do the abilities I all ready have from them stay where they are forever?

You still get bonus spells per day from your domain/bloodline, don't you?
From the domain yes, and I think errata would give it to sorcerers but as written not sorcerer spells.
there is a reason why wizards make a better theurge, and thats simply that they can learn every spell while a sorcerer gives up extra spells and bloodline abilities leaving them with less sorcerer spells known than a straight sorcerer.

The bonus prepared spells from a domain or school, yes. They are described under the Domain and Acane School class features gained at 1st level.
The bonus spells known from a bloodline, mystery, or patron, no. The bloodline and mystery spells are listed on the sorcerer and oracle class tables as separate class features. Patron spells have been specifically addressed by the developers.

Where is the rabbit trail that says you continue the domain spell progression? Every thing I have read before seemed to indicate that clerics did not gain further advancements from their domains...both in powers and the spells themselves...
Thanks! I have a cleric this impacts :)
