Well, long story short, I was set to join a friend's CoT game but that fell through. So I was wondering if any kind and generous soul would offer to run it. Of course I can't play it all by myself, so anyone looking to play is also welcome to chime in. Looking forward to responses.
I am up for playing CoT too, with this character. (He was levelled up to join a game in progress, I'll bring him back to 1st for this game).

Illithia is a character from an old startup as well, needs to be dropped back to level 1.

@DM Patcher = Well I think we might be able to work something out. I can afford to buy you the first book at least. Maybe some of the other players can chip in for the other books?
@Tark = I know this, as I turned down an opportunity to be in one of those groups. I was advised to hold out to join my friends, but like I said, that was for naught. I regret turning down the opportunity.
I would be willing to chip in for some of the later books, but I am so broke around Christmas it's not funny. :(
I also suffer from the 'Christmas poverty' syndrome :( I will be able to chip in for the book after Dec 20.

I can play whatever role is needed to be honest. Though I would like to try out a ninja, witch, or alchemist. I have a changeling alias pc I made for a campaign I didn't get picked for, I can change race and what not if needed.
Well we definitely have a party if someone would be awesome/handsome enough to run it for us. DM Patcher maybe? Or any of the fine DMs around these boards. So how about it?
I think I can run it. I will have to fix the details on the morrow, however. There's also the small issue of there being eight people wanting to join... I might have to split you in two groups, or exclude some of you in that case...

After a dreadful night - unrelated to this - I've decided to only run one group with 5, max 6 players.

I'm sorry for excluding some of you, but I do not have time or energy to go through the entire process right now.
To the remaining souls left standing, what is it about CoT that interests you?
It is really interesting, as it is a city scape, which after serpants skull would be a nice change, and the fact that we are becoming the cities heros is also nice.
Why I like running it and all?
The city. The city is great. A place falling into ruin in the middle of a broken and evil empire with ancient and dark secrets far worse than anything the current crop of devil worshipers has unleashed. THe groups i picked out are workin out exceptionally well and are doing a good job of exploring the city's seedy underbelly in a palce where it's almost all underbelly.
