Under the current rules is it possible with feats/ items to be able to move and still have the ability to make a full attack? In 3.5 there were items and feats that premitted movement as a swift action.
I have a 9 level monk and I want to max my potential. Any suggested feats/items that allow for this with current rules and items.

The mounted archery rules allow you to make a full attack action while making a move action, thought that probably won't help you unless you happen to be a zen archer.

Don't forget the Monk of the Four winds archetype. At level 13, if you go aspect of the tiger, once per hour you can charge (at 10x speed) and pounce at the end.
Aspect of the Tiger: Dark stripes appear on the monk's skin, and his face becomes more feline. His eyes become catlike, with vertical pupils, and his canines enlarge. Once per hour, the monk can move at 10 times his normal land speed when he makes a charge and is treated as if he had the pounce ability. The tiger is swift, fierce, and deadly—a monk of any alignment can take on the aspect of the tiger.

In 3.5, there is a feat called Travel Devotion in the Complete Champion book that allows you to move as a swift action for one minute. If you want to use the feat more than once in a day, you can burn turn undead uses, I think.
Interesting, but I need something that the Scout archetype could use.

After 4 levels of Scout Rogue, go 10 levels of Beastmorph/Vivisectionist Alchemist to get pounce. The sneak attack stacks, and you gain natural attacks as well if you like.

I hate to be annoying, but althoug is a good combo it do not work for me, I already playing the pc, is a Despote (sort of LE antipaladin) 3/ Weapon master 3 /scout 3, to wait 10 levels of alchemist is too much :(
