Move and make a full attack in the same round

Advice

Liberty's Edge

Under the current rules is it possible with feats/ items to be able to move and still have the ability to make a full attack? In 3.5 there were items and feats that premitted movement as a swift action.

I have a 9 level monk and I want to max my potential. Any suggested feats/items that allow for this with current rules and items.

Short of becoming part monster and gaining pounce, I don't think so. Then again 3.5 boots of the Raptor give you pounce and 2 extra attacks so that might be an option.

Liberty's Edge

It's the capstone ability for the Mobile Fighter archetype at level 20 and the Dervish Dancer archetype can do it at level 12.

There's also a barbarian rage power to let you pounce, you can be polymorphed into an animal which has pounce, or you can take the Dimensional Agility chain of feats - the third one lets you use abundant step as a swift action and then take a full attack.

The mounted archery rules allow you to make a full attack action while making a move action, thought that probably won't help you unless you happen to be a zen archer.

Dark Archive

Don't forget the Monk of the Four winds archetype. At level 13, if you go aspect of the tiger, once per hour you can charge (at 10x speed) and pounce at the end.

Quote:
Aspect of the Tiger: Dark stripes appear on the monk's skin, and his face becomes more feline. His eyes become catlike, with vertical pupils, and his canines enlarge. Once per hour, the monk can move at 10 times his normal land speed when he makes a charge and is treated as if he had the pounce ability. The tiger is swift, fierce, and deadly—a monk of any alignment can take on the aspect of the tiger.

Also starting at lv 10 a beastmorph alchemist can gain pounce while your mutagen is active.

A scroll of quickened bladed dash would let you move 30 feet as a swift action, but that would be insanely expensive.

Also, there's an oracle revelation which lets you move your speed as an immediate action, IIRC.

Level dip into oracle of battle and two rings of revelations plus the abundant revelations feat would be the fastest way(and easiest) to get there.

I was about to initiate a thread asking almost the same question, the only diference is that in my group 3.5 stuff are allowed, so wich are those feat and items?

Nicos--

In 3.5, there is a feat called Travel Devotion in the Complete Champion book that allows you to move as a swift action for one minute. If you want to use the feat more than once in a day, you can burn turn undead uses, I think.

There's also the mounted skirmisher feat

Quote:

Mounted Skirmisher (Combat)

You are adept at attacking from upon a swift moving steed.
Prerequisites: Ride rank 14, Mounted Combat, Trick Riding.
Benefit: If your mount moves its speed or less, you can still take a full-attack action.

The feat Dimensional Dervish allows you to full attack when you teleport. It requires 3 feats to get going, but you can even use it to teleport between attacks in a full attack option. Monks can qualify for it at level 17 after getting abundant step at 12.

Interesting, but I need something that the Scout archetype could use.

A level dip into summoner Synthesist take the quadruped base form and spend 1 evolution point on pounce. Pretty sure thats the simplest. Although it's weird.

After 4 levels of Scout Rogue, go 10 levels of Beastmorph/Vivisectionist Alchemist to get pounce. The sneak attack stacks, and you gain natural attacks as well if you like.

I hate to be annoying, but althoug is a good combo it do not work for me, I already playing the pc, is a Despote (sort of LE antipaladin) 3/ Weapon master 3 /scout 3, to wait 10 levels of alchemist is too much :(
