Paizo financial transactions reading as "DESPINOS TIRE SERVICE MANSFIELD"

It appears that our processor recently made a change to their database. Due to an error in that process, all merchant names in their database were changed to "DESPINOS TIRE SERVICE MANSFIELD". They do not currently have an ETA on when this will be resolved.

However, payments are still coming through to us so it looks like it affects only what the transaction is called, not who it is going to.

I had just looked at my bank statement about 20 mins ago and was racking my brain trying to figure out what the hell that was. Then, i figured I would search my email for the dollar amount before calling the bank and my Paizo confirmation email came up... I figured something was afoot.

This is pretty funny, but quite dangerous.

I deal with CC problems all day, and I have seen clients contest genuine transactions for less than that, and get away with it.

You should ask for compensations from them. Really.

Also for the record, my latest subscription payment still reads as Paizo.

It likely depends on when we processed the order. Thankfully, I think most of the subscriptions were billed before the change happened.

Hey, look. I really try not to complain too much in life, but I brought my car in TWO WEEKS ago, and still nothing. Sure I got a lot of fancy books and game aids that have provided hours of entertainment, but that’s not going to get me to work and back. When can I expect my tire repairs to take place?

Oh, and while I’m here, I think you guys totally nerfed the Pirelli all-season line which now doesn’t interact well with the aspect ratio. Also, I think I found an error on a previous set of tires. What reads “P215/65R 15 95H M+S” should show “P215/65R 16 95H M+S”

Also, we won't actually charge your minis till they ship, which is quite a bit away and hopefully this should be sorted out by then.

Ross is correct. We might authorize the card when you place the order, but we don't charge until the order ships. I am pretty sure there is some text on the order page if we are going to authorize your card or not.
