Here are all the crunchy bits on Danaline
Danaline was a changeling. She knew that though she made an effort to hide it as often as she could. Few people in the world knew of her origin and it was a story she seldom told. She took to wandering from place to place around the region of Ravengro to avoid being discovered for her dark past. Often times she would visit monasteries to learn the ways of becoming a monk. She was good at it, and it made things easier for her to hide as she didn’t need to talk much. Eventually her loneliness began to take its toll. She took up drinking….excessively. She was drunk almost all the time and the monasteries stopped taking her in. However, there was one monk at a particular monastery who said she could use her abilities with alcohol to her advantage. He taught her the ways of the drunken master and she seem to adapt well to it.
A few years later she had the privilege of actually rescuing one named professor Lorrimor. She was out on her travels when she saw an old man being attacked by a wolf. She had meant to save him simply for more booze money but things didn’t turn out that way. There ended being two wolves and though she defeated them, she was badly hurt. Lorrimor was so grateful that he brought her back to his place to nurse her back to health. Danaline only stayed with the old man a couple of days, but in that time they became friends. She had accidentally divulged her true identity to him but rather than act in fear as she was used to, he showed more interest. This lead to a lot of rather uncomfortable questions. Danaline knew the old man was just being curious but all the same it was a subject she was fond of talking about no matter who the recipient was. As soon as she was able, she made her departure. Lorrimor told her she could stay but she wouldn’t. After all, she didn’t like staying anywhere for too long. Upon bidding the old man farewell, he promised that he would someday repay her for saving his life and for offending her. She forgave him for the offense right there and told him which monastery she frequented in here wandering and told him to go there should he ever need anything. Danaline hadn’t many friends but Lorrimor was definately one she liked the most. Rather than simply disappear after one visit, she continued him several times, just to check in with him and talk a bit. Though she never would talk about her past, even when Lorrimor got her good and liquored up. Still they shared good company.
One day when Danaline visited her favorite monastery. She received the summons regarding Lorrimor’s funeral. This was seriously troubling to Danaline. She liked the old man, even if he was overly curious but he never judged her. Danaline sincerely hoped the good professor died a peaceful death. If not, she would be sure to see justice done. Danaline packed her things and headed for the professor’s hometown.
Danaline is generally extrovert despite the fact that she wont talk to much about her past. She asks a lot of questions and enjoys drinking companions. She is quite flirtatious with people she admires enough, those have been few and far between. She loves listening to stories of peoples adventures and exploits. She is easy going and well mannered for a drunk, just don't ask her about her past. You push to hard and she may get violent. She has an easy to find but real short fuse. Once she explodes, she has been know to knock folks unconscious for pushing too far. Usually she gives blunt warnings, many folks back off once whatever glass or bottle she is holding breaks in her hand. This doesn't happen a lot.
She is about six foot tall. She has long silky black hair that runs all the way to her bum. Her Skin is pale. She also has the two different colour eyes. One is a sky blue, the other is a deep brown. A creepy looking contrast to be sure. She wears a top similar to a sports bra and arm wraps. Around her waist she has a belt with a long sash covering the front and the back. She wears a loincloth under that. She wears wraps around her feet and sandals. Her body is tight and defined. She obviously has great physical prowess and she is very attractive.

I'm fleshing out this idea (see the profile) -- need to deal with skills, finish purchasing equipment (at the moment, I'm thinking battleaxe and spiked shield). The idea is someone who isn't a paladin -- in fact, trained as a fighter - but now, thanks to his experiences has gone from someone who wants to help others to someone who feels a strong need to protect the innocent and is otherwise a crusader.
I'm intending to bridge into Vindictor -- to essentially be paladin-like without being a paladin.

Hello. I was one of the many who applied for the other Carrion Crown game. I have an idea for an Elven war wizard whose family suffers from a generational curse left from the Shining Crusade against Tar-Barphon. He and the professor tried to isolate the cause of the curse, but an attack ruined the ritual. Tahliat saved the professor's life and the two agreed to try again in the future. But the professor died before that could happen.
The Darnith family was part of the elven army that joined the Shining Crusade to fight Tar-Baphon’s forces along the banks of Lake Encarthan.
Tahliat’s grandfather, Alnorthan, was part of a long line of war wizards that helped burn through the ranks of orcs and undead. He survived the crusade but was tainted by exposure to the powerful magics of Tar-Baphon’s domain. His spells were made even more devastating, but those energies left a curse that followed the family line.
After the war, Alnorthan did not return to Kyonin with the other elves because he was afraid the taint would spread throughout his homeland. Not long after, Alnorthan died violently in a spell mishap. His wife died months later while giving birth to their only son. That child grew up away from the joys of elven life, which made him cling to his elven bride that much more.
Then the cycle repeated itself, with Tahliat being the only survivor after his parents’ deaths. Family letters and journals were left with a family of humans to give to Thaliat when he was old enough to read so he could learn about the curse.
The Forlorn elf has avoided contact with other elves in hopes he can live long enough to determine the exact nature of the taint that is withering his family line.
His studies of arcana and history brought him in contact with Professor Petros Lorrimor many times. The professor’s knowledge of unusual phenomenon and Ustalva proved to be most informative. They traded letters for a few years before deciding to meet in person so a detailed study could be made of Thaliat to see if there were any physical traces of the taint.
The ritual was cut short when something attacked the ritual site near one of the mystical stone formations in the Ustalva countryside. Tahliat saved the professor’s life, but he was unable to see more than a vague shape in the night. The results of the ritual were lost. The two scholars made an agreement to try again when the stars came back into alignment.
Alas, the professor died before the two could meet again. Now Tahliat returns to the land that has wounded his family generation after generation. This is his last chance to free himself from the curse and have something approaching a normal life.
He has no illusions that this will be an easy task. There is no love to spare for the elves who left Ustalva to fend for itself after the war. He’ll be asking for help from the same people his family abandoned.
But Tahliat's main concern is how he’ll handle the horrors that plague Ustalva. His curse, while dire, has been more of an academic ordeal rather than a visceral one. To deal with that, he’s followed in his grandfather’s footsteps. The training of a war wizard should be enough to deal with whatever comes next.
Elven Evoker 1
HP: 11
Init: +9
Perception: +4
Saves: Fort +2, Ref +3, Will +2
Feats: Improved Initiative, Scribe Scroll, Alertness (via familiar)
Traits: Chance Savior (campaign): +2 to Init, Forlorn (elf): +1 trait to Fort saves
Skills: Knowledge (arcana) +8, Knowledge (planes) +8, Knowledge (religion) +8, Spellcraft +8, Linguistics +8, Perception +3, Sense Motive +2

Shortbow +3 1d6/20/x3
Languages: Elven, Common, Draconic, Gnome, Sylvan, Orc, Celestial
Arcane Bond: Familiar Toad for +3 HP
Favored Class: Wizard +1 HP per level
This is a basic outline, but divination and abjuration also would make good specializations if that would fit better in the game. Prohibited schools will be Enchantment and Necromancy no matter what. His lack of insight into the darker arts and enchantments are what led Tahliat to contact the professor to start with.
He'll probably pick up Toughness and Improved Familiar at later levels.
The character concept is heavily impacted by the old Hammer horror films with this character as the tragic nobleman doomed to repeat past mistakes if he doesn't learn any better. If you have any questions, or would like me to alter part of the character, please let me know.

Posting interest, tentatively as a Sorcerer or Witch. I have some PbP experience, but am new to the Paizo messageboards, so any general tips that people could give me (such as how to work up a statblock on the site) would be most welcome.
Edit: I'll hopefully have an idea worked up by the end of the day tomorrow--most likely a Witch, potentially a Beast-Bonded one.

I would like to submit Cecil Von Spirito. Cecil is a spoilerd fop who'se antics hace recently gotten him kicked out of his family home. Officially Cecil insisted on "finding his fortune." Unofficially his father kicked him out and told him that if he couldn't teach Cecil respect than perhaps the open road could. Cecil has never been farther than yelling distance from servants in all his life. His knowledge all comes from books and none from life experience, although he's always seemed to instinctively understand about the planes. On an outing about a year ago Cecil was attacked by bandits and his manservant was brutally murdered. In panic Cecil instinctively called out to anyone for protection Much to his surprise (and the bandits) his call was answered. Elemental creatures and a wolf-like dog freature pulled themselves out of the earth and slew his attackers. Over the course of the last year He's been practicing and honing these powers. He's got a pretty good handle on them, but his "experiments" caused no end of empbarassment to his family when one such creature destroyed the premier party that his mother throws ever year. The next week Cecil was on the road in front of the only home he ever knew with no idea what to do next.

I had, what I thought, was a pretty cool idea for a Wildblooded: Sanguine (Undead) Sorcerer but seeing as how there seems to be an awful lot of spellcasty submissions maybe I'll whip up an Urban Ranger instead.
With HeroLab, whipping up a character takes no time at all but I haven't quite settled in on his story yet.

I most likely will not be able to get anything together until Sunday.
Beepbeep I know it is not an official archetype., But would you allow a Houndmaster Cavalier?
Give me its description and I'll see whether I can allow it.
Also if you play a cavalier I would recommend a small character because there are many indoor things a large mount wouldn't work with

Hound master can be found here and that is the point of the archetype, no mount.

Dimitri Molotov, Male Human Vivisectionist
Physical Description (rough draft)
Dimitri looks like any other physically fit scholarly Ustalavian male in his early 30s. he stands about 66 inches or so in height and weighs roughly around 150 lbs. his build isn't quite emaciated but not quite overweight either. unlike most scholarly individuals, he actually physically excersises his body and has reasonably well toned muscles that he keeps concealed beneath his long, white, buttoned labcoat. he is rather fair skinned and has long, thick, black hair that may not be the most kempt among men. it tends to have quite a few curls and kinks, he wears a black, thick metal framed pair of glasses with broad horizontal rectangular lenses. a smile of amusement can always be seen on his face and his eyes are a deep golden brown color.
Personality (Rough draft)
Dimitri is commited to the pursuit of science above all else and desires to recreate his beloved Freya. it has been 13 years since he lost his academy crush, but he still obscesses over her. this typically manifests in the fact that most of his genetic experiments are practiced on younger female individuals. he failed countless times at recreating her, but throughout those failures, he saw successes in his modification of human life. he sees himself as a creator of life and typically can be construed as having a major case of megalomania.
Background (Rough Draft)
Dimitri studied at a major academy, having worked as a part time errand boy for the headmaster to pay for his lessons. though he loved mixing various regents, Biology was by far the more interesting subject for him. the concept of genetics always interested him. one day, 2 years before his graduation, he fell in love on first sight with a transferred class mate by the name of Freya Smirnoff. he tried several times to impress her, only for her to deny him. in another attempt to impress her, he injects himself with a concoction he made himself to impress her. she was slain, and only a matter of years later did he realize that he was her murderer. he graduated sad and lonely and tryed to recreate his academy crush, he experiemented on several young girls that he saw a similarity to freya within. these attempts failed at thier primary objective and were an accidental series of successes in the field of genetics. he created various modified humans with minor planar traits (planetouched) and keeps several inside his labaroatory, which is maintained by servants of Baron Maximillian Moonwhisper. who pays him to assist with helping his terminally ill niece.

Zhastus Drastuul
Kalizkan here. Draft of my character's backstory & such is below. I should have the crunch prepped in a day or two. Any feedback is most welcome.
Name: Zhastus Drastuul
Race: Human (Ustalavan)
Class: Witch (Beastbonded)
Zhastus keeps his dark brown hair long, letting it fall freely about his shoulders. He has a well-trimmed goatee and light grey eyes. Despite the fact that he is outside most of the time, Zhastus’ skin is still fairly light, as he is often in the shade of the forest.
Zhastus is fairly “civilized-looking” for someone who spends the majority of his time in a forest. Currently, he is wearing a sturdy, albeit simple, robes of dark blue, tightened around the waist with a simple leather belt that has numerous pouches. He carries an oaken, iron-capped quarterstaff, and carries the rest of his equipment in a home-made leather knapsack.
Zhastus is rarely, if ever, seen without his familiar, Tsarigo. Tsarigo is a small, unremarkable looking bird with dark grey feathers covering him, with the exception of a white and black speckled pattern on his breast.
Zhastus tries to be friendly with people, but often comes off as awkward and uncomfortable. He generally is more sociable if he is discussing one of his areas of interest—particularly healing and magical theory. He has a tendency to talk to Tsarigo fairly regularly, and will, if left to his own devices in a social setting, often seek out random animals to talk to rather than other people.
Despite his awkwardness, Zhastus is a naturally helpful person, always willing to assist with any tasks he sees as needing his assistance, and more than pleased to put his healing knowledge to use on those in need. Additionally, Zhastus has a strong sense of obligation. If he feels that there is a debt that he needs to pay, then he does everything he can to repay the debt as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Connection to Lorrimor (On the Payroll);
Zhastus has worked for Lorrimor a number or times, both as a consultant on the Kellid pantheon and as a guide to old ruins hidden in the forests around Cesca.
Zhastus was born to Janos and Chava Drastuul in the Ustalavan town of Thrushmoor. Both of his parents followed the ancient Kellid tradition of witchcraft, working with the townsfolk as their unique talents allowed. Janos, a “weather witch” of sorts, worked as a fisherman, using his magic to his advantage when out on Lake Encarthan. Chava worked as a healer and midwife in the town, and focused the rest of her time on housework and raising Zhastus. They made a decent living, but downplayed their magical abilities due to fear of the town’s Old Cultists. On occasion, however, they would set their familiars to scouting about the town, trying to find signs of Old Cult activity and set the town’s guards to expunging it.
Unfortunately for them, their efforts in counteracting the Old Cult did not go unnoticed. One night, Janos and Chava’s familiars were both killed by cultists, and Janos and Chava themselves were attacked. Janos gave his life the cultists off while Chava fled with the five year old Zhastus, eventually hiding in a Kellid ritual site nearby until the morning came. With nothing but a few minor potions and the clothes on their backs, Chava and Zhastus eventually made their way to the town of Cesca, where Chava managed to establish herself once more as a healer and midwife. Much of Zhastus’ childhood in Cesca was spent either helping his mother or running amok in the nearby forests. He was closer to the animals there than to the suspicious townsfolk, and bonded his own familiar (a thrush named Tsarigo) by the time that he turned twelve. By sixteen, Zhastus had established himself as a guide and hunter in the forests around Cesca. By twenty, he had also established himself as an authority on Kellid pantheism by submitting several documents on the subject to the University of Lepidstadt in order to correct some common misunderstandings in the scholarly community there.
Dr. Lorrimor was drawn to Zhastus both for these submissions, and for his local reputation as an excellent guide, and would call on him when he made the occasional excursion to the forests near Cesca, and as a consultant on the Kellid religion. Over the years, they developed a cordial professional relationship, and it was out of respect for the doctor (and the survival that his funding ensured, especially compared to the irregular business from the locals) that Zhastus brought to Ravengro for Lorrimor’s last rites.
mbauers
If you're still taking submissions, I have an idea for a Taldan Male Cleric of Calistria (inspiration is Simon Belmont of Castlevania fame, but from the Cartoon Captain N the Gamemaster, hehe).
Should be a fun concept and it looks like you guys need some healer submissions, so he should be useful as well. I'll post full stats and background sometime tonight.

Allow me to introduce you to:
Name- Nimbuknesh Glamourbottom
Race- Gnome
Class- Summoner (Synthesist)
After dragging his broken body out of the forest, Nim headed north, eventually crossing into Vieland. There he came across a group of travelers that reminded him of his old clan, beneath the surface anyway. The Crooked Kin became his new clan, and though they were a little strange (some more than others), Nim found himself enjoying the freaks' company. They passed him off as a deformed human child possessed by a demon. His charade attracted more attention than he ever imagined.
One night after a show, a man who introduced himself as Petros Lorrimor asked Nim for an interview. The man (who happened to be a wizard) was curious about it. After witnessing Nim's summonings, Lorrimor helped explain a bit about the entity and helped teach Nim techniques and rituals that would help him control the being. When Nim asked what he owed the man for his aid, Lorrimor simply responded, "Let's just say you'll owe me one." He left that night.
When Nim recieved the letter summoning him to Lorrimor's funeral, he was conflicted. Nim had liked the old man, and was saddened by his passing. But as he said goodbye to his friends, Nim couldn't shake the sinking feeling in the pit of his stomach that it had finally come time to pay the piper.

--------------------------------
Adopted You were adopted and raised by someone other than your actual race, and raised in a society not your own. As a result, you picked up a race trait from your adoptive parents and society, and may immediately select a race trait from your adoptive parents' race.
Fused Eidolon A synthesist summons the essence of a powerful outsider to meld with his own being. Instead of appearing as a separate creature next to the summoner, the eidolon appears around the synthesist, so that the synthesist seems to be inside a translucent image of his eidolon. The synthesist directs all of the eidolon’s actions while fused, perceives through its senses, and speaks through its voice, as the two are now one creature.
While fused with his eidolon, the synthesist uses the eidolon’s physical ability scores (Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution), but retains his own mental ability scores (Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma). The synthesist gains the eidolon’s hit points as temporary hit points. When these hit points reach 0, the eidolon is sent back to its home plane. The synthesist uses the eidolon’s base attack bonus and gains the eidolon’s armor and natural armor bonuses and modifiers to ability scores. The synthesist also gains access to the eidolon’s special abilities and the eidolon’s evolutions. The synthesist is still limited to the eidolon’s maximum number of natural attacks. The eidolon has no skills or feats of its own. The eidolon must be at least the same size as the synthesist.
While fused, the synthesist counts as both his original type and as an outsider for any effect related to type, whichever is worse for the synthesist. Spells such as banishment or dismissal work normally on the eidolon, but the synthesist is unaffected. Neither the synthesist nor his eidolon can be targeted separately, as they are fused into one creature. The synthesist and eidolon cannot take separate actions. While fused with his eidolon, the synthesist can use all of his own abilities and gear. In all other cases, this ability functions as the summoner’s normal eidolon ability (for example, the synthesist cannot use his summon monster ability while the eidolon is present).
Fused Link (Su) Whenever the temporary hit points from his eidolon would be reduced to 0, the summoner can, as a free action, sacrifice any number of his own hit points. Each hit point sacrificed this way prevents 1 point of damage done to the eidolon (thus preventing the loss of the summoner's temporary hit points), preventing the eidolon from being sent back to its home plane.
Making Good on Promises At some point in the past, Professor Lorrimor did you a favor under the condition that he would call upon you someday to repay it. After he came to your aid, however, you never saw nor heard from him again, leaving you with a sense of unending anticipation that each day might be the day you were asked to return the favor. Yet that day never came, and your fears and anxiety about what the professor would call on you to do abated. Assuming the old man had either forgotten about you or died, you eventually assumed you'd never have to follow through on your end of the bargain. When you received word of the professor's death, and that he had named you specifically in his will, your dread of what he could possibly want from you has grown throughout your entire journey to Ravengro.
Years of living with the fear and uncertainty of the unclaimed debt to Professor Lorrimor have inured you to extreme anxiety. You gain a +2 trait bonus on saves against fear effects.
World Traveler Your family has taken the love of travel to an extreme, roaming the world extensively. You've seen dozens of cultures and have learned to appreciate the diversity of what the world has to offer. Select one of the following skills: Knowledge (local), or Sense Motive. You gain a +1 trait bonus on that skill, and it is always a class skill for you.
I'll stat out his eidolon if I am selected. Let me know if there are any changes you would like me to make to the character. I'm easy to work with.
Gaius Tindareus
Here is Gaius Tindareus, Taldan Priest of Calistria. The rest of his information is in the profile.
Name: Gaius Tindareus
Chaotic Good Human Cleric of Calistria
Age: 24 Height: 6’1” Weight: 195 lbs Eyes: Green Hair: Brown
Languages: Common, Celestial
Favored Class: Cleric
Tall, Dark, and Handsome. The epitome of what every woman wants...until they hear him speak. If only someone could love this man as much as he loves himself, maybe they'd succeed in wooing Gaius. For all his arrogance and narcissism, though, he is willing to right the wrongs suffered by others. Where do his true feelings lie?
As he knew nothing else (and rather liked the rewards of worshiping a deity of lust), Gaius decided to become a priest of Calistria. During his "studies" a terrible affliction that appeared magical in nature began plaguing the prostitutes and their clientele at the temple. Professor Lorrimor was in town investigating related matters and convinced the clergy that it was a deliberate act, a magical attack by a rival of the Church of Calistria.
Through the Professor's urging, and his research and advice, the priests and priestesses were able to stop the spread of the disease and find the culprits. The Professor accepted no payment for his help but asked for a favor in return, should the time come for him to require it. The Church accepted, and now heard about the Professor's passing. They sent Gaius to the funeral to see what final request Lorrimor might have made, to investigate any possible foul play in the Professor's death, and to seek vengeance on any culprits...

I would like to submit Abernathus (Abe) Burbuckle, a halfling paladin, for consideration.
Description and Personality:
Background:
When Abe became an adult, as soon as he was able to, he escaped his master and hopped on a ship for Absalom, where he knew his artistic talent would be much more appreciated. There he enrolled in an art school run by the temple of Shelyn.
After training in arms he embarked on his mission to bring art and beauty to the darkest corners of the world. This has landed him in the strange village of Eran's Rest, where he wishes to eventually find work as an art teacher. It was here that he met Professor Lorrimor when he was visiting the town. Lorrimor was taken by Abe's friendly demeanor and stout heart, and asked him to serve as his bodyguard while he was in the town.
