Given the time Elves have to waste learning obscure skills, I suspect many could wiggle their ears (if they desired to). I put a lot of effort into into it when I was 9 or so.
More seriously, ears (particularly prominent ones) are often part of the body-language of animals. Elves, having larger ears, might have evolved them similarly. This might substitute for eye-rolling and other ocular body language impossible with a monochrome eye.

This is very relevant to my interests, since I'm the artist in my current Pathfinder group, as well as the GM. I've looked everywhere, but I haven't found any info as to whether or not elves can move/wiggle their ears. Any help at all would be appreciated.
...and yes, my group is silly.
I think that.. despite everyone else's musing in the end it is up to you and your group if you want to have the elves being able to use their ears for wiggling.
To me personally it sounds logical that they can to some extend.

Silly is fine.
When you get some artwork done, post a link. It's always good to see more PF Gaming art.

Given that Elves have a +2 bonus on perception checks, this could be translated as elves being able to orient their ears the way many animals do.
On the other hand, elves do not use their bite as their primary attack (most of them anyways), therefore they don't have to 'retract' them in a fight like most animals do.

If what you're really asking is, do elves have gigantic, Deedlit-style, ugly-as-sin Mialee ears which they can wiggle and wriggle anime-wise, then not only do you get no biscuit, but I will tie you to a chair and make you watch me feed all 100 of your biscuits to a slobbery goblin.
Hey, hey, my players wanted to know. Personally I'm more on the side of 'they can kind of flick them, but...no, they aren't like dog ears'.

Elf ears are larger than human ears. There are more muscles in elf ears. Elves have a +2 bonus on Perception checks.
What this more or less means is that elves CAN move their ears a bit more than humans... but not THAT much more. I'd say there's about the same amount of ear-moving powers among elves as there are in humans, but that elves who CAN move their ears can move them a little bit more dynamically than humans.
They can't make them droop or perk up or stick out straight from their heads though. That makes too many people angry.

You're slipping, old chap. You should be supporting the witch's hex Prehensile Ears. Or perhaps it should be an Alternate Racial Feature.

i like the idea of a druid that moves his ears like an animal. Perhaps its a carry over from shifting too much.
So overuse of wildshaping will influence your behaviour?
So druids tend to urinate when the moot strikes them or to mark their territory, lick their own crotch, sniff other people's butts, hump people's legs, yell excitedly when they hear something, chase carriages, fling poo at others, or tell others to rub their bellies?
Now that's a fun concept.

Nah. I prefer the prehensile hair hex. I want that expanded. I want hair armour, summon torture implement, demon hair binding, and, of course, quadwielding weapons that are a combination of firearm and traditional martial arts weapon (like gun-chucks and bazooka-tonfas). And the Brew Lollipop feat for potions in lollipop form.
That would make me feel like a -ing celebrity in this town!

I have no mercy, morals or shame. I will do everything to spread chaos. If I have to shapeshift into something cute to do it, so be it.

y'know what would be funny? Having a wandering troupe of Elven performers in the Tian Xia area that "specialize" in the art of not only moving their ears but doing minor stunts with them (flicking tiny rings around, f'r instance), something that most normal elves wouldn't wish to aspire to- it might even be something like our own real world "Australian Genital... stunt show" (yes, probably NSFW).
Of course, it wouldn't go over all that well with some biscuit rewarders ;) and it might skew some Tian Xia perception about Elves too.

Oh wow, thank you -so- much for replying! It really means a lot.
I'm currently running a game where I find myself wanting to draw the PCs a lot, and, well, one of them asked if his elf's ears moved to the point where he'd draw them back during times of stress or something, and since that sounds a bit....like something that would anger people, I though I'd ask before giving him the go ahead (yes, I know it's my game, but I figure we're playing in Golarion, we better do our best to get the setting right). As it stands, I told him he might be able to flick them, but that's the extent of it, and he's cool with that. Once I figure out where to post art on the boards, I might post some of the art I've done. Don't worry, there won't be ridiculous elf ear acrobatics.

Elven Earrings of Flight
Aura moderate transmutation
Slot Ears, wearer must be an elf
Description
These earrings appear to be ordinary earrings shaped like feathers. On command, they let an elf fly, without having to maintain concentration, as if affected by a fly spell by flapping their ears like a hummingbirds. He can fly three per times day for up to 5 minutes per flight.

It also makes me picture dwarven women as little orange Snookis. I now understand why elves hate orcs and dwarves.

Isn't Snooki a little orange Snooki?
Anyway, you have now given us the most perfect reason to exterminate the dwarven race on all worlds.
I'll go gather everyone, you go grab the Great Weapons. We cannot risk any soul surviving!

You rock with this idea!
I never thought of it before but I could imagine a twitch or a turn of the ear as a great flavor for certain elvish characters especially an elf with animal companion who shares some of the traits of the companion (just for flavor). It would add some great flavor to the enhanced perception of an elf especially if they use feats and/or traits to enhance their perception even further.
Inspiration from this post:
- Adding a bit of flavor to an animal/nature-centric elven character
- Putting a bit of description behind perception enhancing traits
- An elven trait that takes it a bit further. Twitchy Ear - Your ears cock and turn to unexpected sound. Benefit: You may reroll one perception check (when the check involves sound) for a roll to discover surprise per day. You reroll before the results are revealed and must take the result of the second roll even if it is worse. I like this as the ears move making it more likely to catch surprise but it may result in failure e.g. - "Did you hear that? must be nothing".

I believe any animal CAN wiggile their ears, if they learn the muscle cordination... I don't see why not in this case...

I don't watch the stuff, either. But I've seen short scenes, some pictures, and of course the memes. Suffice to say, all dwarves must die now.

Droopy ears, why not? Why not a subrace of elves that have dachshound ears?

I made it clear that in my homebrew (and any campaign I run that has elves) elves do NOT have the ridiculous donkey ears like Deedlit or in WoW. Elven ears are like those described by Tolkien, slightly leaf-shaped and barely larger than a human's ear.
And as a race, they can't wiggle their ears. Individually (PCs) maybe.
