Hi all. I wasn't on the internetz much this weekend, but I've read up.
Treppa - did you get your leg checked out? You should, because if there is any serious injury there, you may need a doctor's report for insurance purposes. Hope you are feeling better.
FHDM - I hope things improve. We're all pulling for you.

So, there's this guy that bugs the bejeebers out of me. You all know who and why. Well, he recently posted a picture of himself online, hugging his newly acquired copy of Ultimate Magic. He looked so happy, like a great big, innocent kid. Made me think, maybe I should strive to be a little more tolerant of people who bug the bejeebers out of me. Maybe the whole world just needs a copy of Ultimate Magic to hug. If that's the case, all I need is enough Sharpies to go mark out "Magus" and write "Warlock" in all of them.
HAHAHAHA! OOOOOOHOHOHO!!!
(oops! I wettum...)

Good sound effect, dude.

Nope, no checkup, but knee and hip feel much better today than yesterday. I mentioned it on both insurance reports just in case it was all swoll up like a punkin today. No such luck. My knees are so bad an examining doc would probably tell the poor guy he owed me two replacements. Hey, wait.....
How is your westward-ho thing going?

And see, that’s the problem with the internet right there; anonymity and distance mean that people feel they can be f!!*tards without the risk of being beaten to death and necro-skullf&+*ed. You find that people are generally a bit more civil and thoughtful when there are consequences to the things they say.

Sharoth wrote:Bleach is similar to Naruto in that it's several hundred episodes, swingy on power levels and continuity, and has seasons of filler arcs. if you liked one you will probably enjoy the other. Sacred Blacksmith i enjoyed, i liked the concept of the transforming/sentient weapons. A few minor plot quibbles but overall a nice watch. No regrets on it. Spice and Wolf i found to be solidly entertaining, not super extreme in any of its genres included.Mairkurion {tm} wrote:Recent anime: Sacred Blacksmith (complete), Spice & Wolf (ssn 1), Bleach (first couple of episodes). How are those three? I have yet to watch them.
Not a huge fan of Bleach, but I do like Naruto. It makes a MUCH better read than a watch, however.

Yeah, not sure why anyone would drink Heineken. As for PBR, I'll admit I've never had one. It was never big down in Louisiana, and since I've moved up here I've been heavy into Dogfish Head and other microbrews, along with more English beers.
If I were to lure anyone in, it'd maybe be with a homebrewed beer. Or maybe some mead....
