At the risk of alienating people I consider friends, I'm going to be honest. I get the same sick feeling in the pit of my stomach when I read posts satirizing and trolls as I do reading actual troll posts. They are all mocking other people, which contaminates the fun like the damned croutons on a salad. Sorry if you disagree, but that's how I feel. I'm disappointed every time I read a post like that. Wish I could delete "Ruffled Feathers" now that things have gotten so ugly.

Fer chrissakes, I can't even look something up, like I have been TRYING to do for two days, to see what the community thinks about a particular feature or rule, or what...I know how you feel I tried to come up with a way to do psionics so that it worked like magic and used the same nomenclature, but still had some of the feel of the current rules (so you know a compromise). That got shot down in like six directions, and very few were even I don't like that idea.
It's always the same few folks too. They know who they are, they shit just to shit because they can't stand anyone else on the pot.

Seems like I missed some "fun" while I was having a weekend. :S
I had a busy weekend. I spent some time with my whole family, then my wife and I drove back to Charlotte to watch a Panthers preseason game, then we drove back to Kernersville for lunch, and I had a fantasy football league draft, and now I'm back in Charlotte.
Time to catch up, before True Blood comes on...
taking a break from cleaning my apartment. When I am done with that I am heading to a bar for a date.

Something strange is happening here. It's Saturday morning, but when I came in to open the store, things were awry. There were no broken bottles on the sidewalk in front of the store, no piles of cigarette butts, no puddles of puke. What happened? It looks civilized out there.
