Back from ER, for the first time in 7yrs of doing this I have chemical burns on my face and right arm, as hot as it was yesterday I should have been more cautious but I was mad and not paying attention. The Termidor absorbed quickly into my eyelids and face, my arm to a lesser extent, I'm on home rest until next week. :(

How's married life treating you?
It's GREAT. She cooked dinner the other night (she doesn't cook b/c she burns water) by following the receipe and was happy.
The honeymoon was wonderful (no Urizen, no pics) and I didn't want to go back to work on Monday.
And your pain sounds horrible. You went to the doctor right?

I understand that spiders are actually good to have around, and we have at least one garden spider that builds a beautiful web near the house in the fall, but they still freak me out.

I went out with my son recently and took some nice flower pics. Click on the columbine pics especially -- I thought they turned out pretty good. Hoping to make it to Yankee Boy Basin next week to take pics. Looking forward to that.

As long as they aren't jumping at my face or crawling up my leg...they can freak me out, but they don't freak me out by just being nearby. Poor guys run from me more than I run from them. It's okay, Taig. You don't have to be LS of Nature.
Yes, my dealing with nature is more in the realm of "collateral damage".

Morning all.
Going to be a loong day. Not much to do besides Laundry. Watching TV and reading Conan. I may take more pictures of my gaming stuff simply because I can and that I have my book shelves oh 1/4 of the way organized. I am thinking of taking my LotR DVDs and Videos and putting them with the books so that they look good on the book shelf and are out of "borrowing" range. I have so many loaned out DVD's right now I can't say what my sister in law has.

My suggestion: Create a little library box or board with borrowing slips and names and dates. I started doing this when things started not returning.

No we do not have them in Kansas, Oklahoma, east Texas or Louisiana. Which is where I spend most of my time. I lived in Modesto California when I was in 2nd grade. Had a bout with Scarlet Fever at that time too. All I remember for a couple of days at that time was being picked up by a man staying at the motel my mother ran the night shift at, and waking up in the hospital two days later.What do you mean no Yellow Jackets? We sure have 'em in Dallas. When I was three I was stung on my right middle finger, right where my writing callous is now. I was told I was allergic by the big folk, and I always wondered if that was why my writing callous is abnormally large.
Now that I think on it a few years ago when I still LARPing NERO down in Dallas, they made me keep an Epipen on me the entire time we were out in the camp grounds. It has been several years.
