Wow! That was one of the best blog posts ever! It had its own personalized art, with added SKR coffee stains on the outline.

That goblin was amazing!

We now that the mother octopus dies after her eggs have hatched. What happens when a new Paizo book is born? :.-(

They become more powerful than you can possibly imagine, given their production schedule, they are infinetely more powerful than you can possibly imagine!

Seconded!

Er, I just hope there will be good traits and feats for *Chelaxian* dwarves, too, and that are mechanically superior to the rest of the bunch! ;)

*groink* more Crystal ! She makes us piglets giggle !

That was a great blog. I really enjoy her writing style. She just uses great colorful way to explain things.

Wait a second, Goblins don't write. Everyone knows if you write the words get stolen from your brain and you can't get them back.

Funny, that happens to me all the time, even when I don't write.

You aren't suggesting that Paizo staff are undead, are you?

I agree. Two beautiful blogs from Crystal.

*sigh*

Now you know my shameful, shameful past. I've been expelled by my noble tribe and forced to dwell among the smelly, ugly, primitive humans... who are also smelly, ugly, and primitive. My natural gift to write without losing the words in my head has made me an exile.

Did I mention the humans are ugly, and smelly, and primitive? Because they totally are!

Great, now everyone's going to think I drink coffee. :p

Well then, that's okay then. :) Just don't start dual wielding scimitars and acquire a panther animal companion.

Either way, awesome blog, and a good illustration. :)

Yeah, Crystal smiths a fine blog!

If the octopus does not hatch out its eggs, the baby octopi will never be born. Paizo is the mother octopus. Pathfinder is the brood of babies.

That would explain who munched the "k" from the "(k)now" in my post.

Or maybe I was only typing to fast ...

Are the "cave raptors" you are referring to the company's pets or the Paizo staff themselves? I ask because I've seen pictures of when pizza is delivered....

Great blog, and Awesome goblin picture - If you haven't clicked on it to see it full scale, do so Right Now! (lots of extra details)

Ah, Paizo has a special contract with a group of shadowrunners to procure them diamonds. Such petty things as death can be over come with such investments.

Another great blog and illustration... "The twitterpated Sean Reynolds" made even this grim and rough Chelaxian dwarf smile, although Crystal forgot the everpresent, enigmatic 'K' from his name (and SKR will undoubtly make her suffer for that! ;P)

... and then there are cats! Huzzah! I'm a cat person (read: "The Worthless Servant Assigned To Please My Every Whim", as my own cats have apparently always named me), but before Kae mocks me for that, let me tell you that all of them have been *FIENDISH* house-cats (who are not only capable of killing commoners and 1st level wizards; they get to Smite Good, too!). They maim and eat people. For fun. And the glory of Asmodeus, naturally.

There is no other kind of cat.

All hail the Reptimen!

Crystal's blog now comes with KITTENS. How awesome is that ?

Also:

Quote:

Crime rates skyrocket, property values plummet, and we are all left unprepared for the forthcoming invasion of the reptimen from the Earth's core!

and

Quote:

Being on productive and nonviolent terms with other publishers also helps, as the RPG industry is made up of a mere 73 people, all of whom know each other personally and frequently gather for the imbibing of caustic organic solvents.

are both epic win.

Again a great blog with great art!

Tune in next week, when we examine the art of art, and stretch the octopus metaphor to it's breaking point!

We all want to know the breaking point of an octupus!

Crystal Frasier/Immora:
In addition to the praises which were showered on you from various directions last night at the chat, I will add: Don't undervalue the ability to make people smile and really brighten their days. :)

I have to admit a serious fanboy crush on a lady as lovely as Crystal with such powerful writing talents. The weblog posts have been informative, and hilarious. Her metaphors are apt, carried as far as they'll go, and then go no farther. Her art complements her prose. And she makes it all look effortless.

(And if you find her web site and look at her animations, you'll find out she's smart about other stuff, too.)

I place my elbows on the desk, my chin in my hands, and sigh.

Did someone write in their Paizo blog about exercising octopi? I knew they did.
