Good advice from the lady.... brains and beauty. ;PWell, it won't help bruised bones, but a long soak in water with lots of epsom salts is great for sore muscles. Also, orange oil will help soothe muscle spasms.

Sometimes you can get that from pulled muscles. MSM cream does wonders. (One of the main ingredients of it is orange oil which is an antispasmodic.)
I do so love home remedies. :) It amazes me how few people know them though.
