OK, I honestly don't know how to respond to that?!?

My FIRST response was "STOP giving the GM ideas!"
(Because I usually give him scary ideas) ;P

My SECOND response was, "That would actually be really cool!"

My THIRD response is, Justin screaming "STOP SMASHING!" because he just realized they may have discovered something really cool, like a pyramid/spelljammer! ;P

Though I have to say - a mummy-run pyramid spelljammer ship is a hell of an idea. I’m gonna salt that away for later

Fun fact, my sister is the assistant to the director of the live action Moana. They're working on post production as we speak.

Rags/Justin looks forward to it. With both Anticipation, and dread. ;)

Just a note,
I'm actually getting out of my house (and town, and state!) again. (For the SECOND time in as many months!) ;P

I am making the most of my available Spring break at work (university) and my better-ness after the past 3 years to get out and hopefully have some fun!

SO, I will probably NOT be available for this next week. Leaving Sat early, returning Fri night late.

I will be in a hotel with free wifi, I just dont intend to spend much time in said hotel other than sleeping.;P

PLease bot as needed, and I hope everyone has a Happy Easter!

Have fun Rags! I’m finishing my final project, and then I’m graduating my college course! At the tender age of almost 58 >.<.

On tonight's episode of Stargate SG-1, starring Hamar as Teal'c, Justin as Daniel Jackson, and Alessia as a backpack full of C-4...

LOL!

Yes you are! Thats why we like you! :)

No worries, my wife went back a few years ago to add another couple of certifications to her Already-existing Teachers Cert.

After realizing it was only a 'few' more classes, she now has her Masters Degree in Education, AND lots of cool certifications, at the tender age of 56! ;)

Annnnnnnd I'm back. :)

Working to catch up.

Fun Fact.
The new Universal Studios theme park, "Epic Universe"?
I scored preview passes and went 1 day last week.
It. Was. Epic. :D

Cant wait until it opens, and all the crowds and newness gets worn off, so I can go back and see it again! ;P

They did great on everything.
I don't want to get started on it, because I could talk about for a while. :)

There.
THAT oughtta get the party started. :D

(Or NOT. Hopefully. If I'm being honest.) ;P

Seemed like something our impetuous wizzie would do.

(He REALLY needs to work on his impulse control!)
>_<

Apologies,
But did I mention that Justin/Ragadolf really needs to work on his impulse control? ;P

I'm just making stuff up at this point. Rolling with how Pat describes things and making up game-lore in my head. ;)
But Pat is so good at making stuff up, I'm hoping he wont mind! :D

Pat, I really wish I could get you and one of my best friends 'Tiny', (ALSO Pat) in the same room together.

Between your and his adventure-game creativity, the resulting brain-storm(s) would flatten most 3rd party (and probably some primary) adventure-publishers! :)

Ragadolf wrote:

Just wait until he finds the Head of Vecna.

Seconded. There's a reason I've stuck around these games even after ditching the rest of the forums. There have been times when Silver Rose has been the only thing keeping me going.

If that happens and you guys end up writing something, I'll do the cover art for free.

Also, this isn't directly game-related, but it's kind of Planescape-y, and I couldn't think of anywhere else to share this:

The Greedfall rifle is real...

That is,... cool.

Amazing what you can figure out how to do things, when others aren't telling you that you 'cant do it that way'!

Roman candle muskets, sheesh, that sounds,... dangerous, now that I think about it,... O_o

This is an improv endeavor. Quite honestly, if there is something I have learned in my 45 years of playing, it's that you have to be flexible. This scenario isn't going as I had envisioned, and that's ok. They rarely do.

Yeah, sorry about that... but uh, you should never send a Barbarian in to look at technological crap!

You ARE the one of, (if not THE) best at 'taking it and running with it' that I have ever met. :)

For good AND 'not so good', You always run with it!

(Wizzie who shall remain unamed giving a Power-erased name to a friggin group-mind MODRON anyone?!?!?)

;P

Always fun!
Just one of the many things that makes me keep staying and coming back for your games!

I was going to link to this cartoon last night LOL, but was too damned tired to find the relevant clip.

BWAHAHAHA!

THAT clip is funny, and totally appropriate to our group.

Man I do miss the Sat morning cartoons.

So, mayhap Memnon might have a solution to the issue…

DO NOT STICK FINGERS IN CAGE

He might need the assistance of someone who is immune to necromantic energy tho …

DO NOT STICK FINGERS IN CAGE

Rags, I know you made stats for Memnon at some point - could you post them here? I want to file them on the alias I have for reference. I might tweak a few as well

Yes I did,

Memnon's build are currently in what I laughingly call "VERY long form".

A many-page word doc starting with our build of 'Spirits who inhabit vessels' in general, and ending up with a list of probably good choices for Memnon's particular set of skill point choices. ;P

I never have gotten around to actually picking his sub-class, since he can't really use bombs, (At least not when starting out, although he could now using mage hand I guess?) I figured pick a sub class that removes them anyway?

If you trust me with an email, I can probably just email it to you.
(You can PM me whatever you want me to email it too)
Otherwise, I'll at least post Memnon's current (mostly-built) build under my version of his profile here. Give me a minute. Or three,... ;)

Hello Flesh-bags!

FEAR my Stat-pages! (If you dare!) ;P

All 5 pages of (incomplete) current specs are on there.

Need to add his Wiz lvl, and finalize a few things.
I'm happy to do it, just let me know what you think and I'll fix it. (Eventually) ;P

(I havent even picked his feats!) :(
Figured the basics, like the Share Infusion Feat, otherwise,... YOU tell ME! ;)

I think I Am going to give the purple winter solstice ornament broader skills while sacrificing his higher scores in some of his K skills. He’s more of a jackass of all trades.

Somehow I feel taking advice on dealing with women from a barbarian falls in the same bucket as asking him for tech support
