i should get mine by 2005.
on avg it takes more than 15 days from when they say it shipped until i get it in my mailbox.
i live in Atlanta, GA... you'd think a large city in the same country as the publisher would mean it arrives on time.
but NNNNNOOOOOOooooo.
diaglo "1 copy since Dec 03 has been on time" Ooi.

Hey, Diaglo... fellow Atlantan here. I usually get my issues from either War Room on Indian Trail or Batty's Best Comic and Games on Chamblee Tucker. Occasionally I hit Sword of the Phoenix off of Peachtree at Brookhaven MARTA station. Usually these stores put the issues on the shelves as soon as they arrive.
I don't subscribe to the magazines so I can support my local gaming stores... but I've considered subscribing, if for no other reason than convenience.
(Oh, and if you've attended DragonCon this year, I was one of the people running Are You A Werewolf?)

Since we're all divulging our deepest magazine secrets, I'll pipe in. I'm stationed in Seoul, South Korea along with others that have subscriptions to Dungeon and/or Dragon.
We all regularly get Dungeon between the 5th and 10th of the month after shipped. That's about normal for a lot of stuff sent to us. I've received some packages within 7 days of shipment, and as late as two months.

Yeah military mail system can be a bit wierd. When I was stationed in Panama, it would take anywhere from a week to several months to get my subscriptions, and I'd often get two issues at the same time, or even a later issue before an earlier issue. I never figured it out, but I did manage to get every issue...eventually.

Still don't have it but no shock there, seems they hade a change a few months ago and now the local book stores get it before me. I learned my lesson about asking Paizo, each email seems to be a different "story" as to why. Almost 40 years old, I think I understand the mail system by now. What Paizo's customer service doesn't realize, most of us use the mail system every day and know it doesn't take this long to get something inside the same country.

Got mine last week. I bought it from my local "Gamer's Realm". I no long even bother waiting for my subscriptions as it takes over a month for them to ever get to me. I'm canceling my subscription when it runs out and just using my gaming shop which seems to put them out faster.
Issue #116 is okay, I only really focus on the adventure path which was wonderful this time. The two lower level adventures did not really speak to me. Has "Shackled City" made me hate all things not Adventure Path?! The next issue will tell because the path is over.

I usually get to enjoy about three weeks of suspense +1 day before I get mine in the mail. The +1 day means if I ever calculate the three weeks to end at about the time when I have a business trip or vacation or something when I think, 'hmm...this will give me a great opportunity to sit down and read through it without interruption,' it invariably arrives the day after I leave so I get to wait another week or so to even see it.
BTW...What?...no spoilers about the #1 adventure from the lucky few who have received their issue? Or does the issue cover say it all...

Still nothing here...
Amazing when I send them money, it gets there promptly without an issue. Paizo had no issues about asking people to come back and try the new format. Whom ever handles shipping, I want his job because it is clear I cannot do much worse and in the effect I screw up... no one cares, heck might even get a raise.

Generally speaking when do the issues tick off under the My Subsciptions feature?
We're going to mark off 117 today. Usually we'd have done this yesterday but wanted to give people a chance to respond to the "please renew your subscription" emails we sent out yesterday before doing so.

So PostMonster, I'm not a subscriber anymore in part for the angst experienced by the above corespondants and in part because when I have the time and cash I like seeing my local comic guy. Gets me out of the lair don't you know.
So what method of shipment are you using and what is a realistic time frame for someone to recieve an issue? Is it perhaps something that could be posted (maybe here)? Could we do the same for the other three mags? Is this perhaps an issue with the printer? Maybe I could help I work in the field. Is there anyway that a subscriber could help (like maybe putting down those extra 4 digits at the end of the zip code). I don't think anyone would object so long as they were kept in the loop.
Hope you get this in time,
GGG

These questions are answered in the FAQ. You can also find more detailed discussion about these issues in the customer service messageboard.

Actually we run all addresses through a standardization service that translates what you type into precisely what the post office wants to see, including spelling of street names and adding the plus-4 digits to the zip code.

I finally got mine this week. Haven't opened it yet, too much lately, but the cover looks really cool, and I can't wait to get to it.
I've noticed that recently the magazines seem to come later and later and have in fact gone to local game stores only to see a Dungeon and Dragon that I haven't gotten yet. As a subscriber that annoys the heck out of me.

Subscribers!
There really is no need to fret about subs being late. The post office handles magazines like they have no priority whatsoever. That is why you are likely to receive them on a day when your coupons and other rags do not come in the mail. Its more or less, as there is room available. You should see what happens to advertising in the mail not addressed to anyone. These can sit at the carrier's stall for a month before getting out to the street.--seasonal carrier.

I know this isn't why mine was late, I got absolutely no mail on Friday and my issue plus junk mail on Saturday.

Ok, I'm wondering something. I just got my copy of issue 116 today, over a month after it was supposed to ship! Has anybody else ever gotten theirs this late?
I live in Holland. A month late was pretty common when I subscribed. I even recieved issues 3 months late at times. I order through my game store now. Schedule is much more reliable. Issues are always in by the beginning of the month, often a lot earlier. I hear subscription deliveries have gotten better lately. Still, I wouldn't go back. I kind of like the fact that I have a reason to browse the gamestore from time to time.
