Thanks for your questions! These spell cards will not be part of the subscription, nor will they have a PDF version. I have updated the product description for clarification.
Just to confirm, these are for SECOND edition, correct?
These cards were announced Oct 22, 2019.
Paizo stopped releasing PF1 products in July, 2019. Any Paizo product that has a release date after Aug 1, 2019 is PF2.
Yes these cards are for second edition, but it is not true that everything released after July 2019 is for second edition. There are still pocket versions of first edition books being released, some this month. The product release schedule lists everything upcoming.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, folks, but it looks like all of the spell cards have been pushed back. We are now expecting them to be a May release.

Are the boxes big enough to host all cards when sleeved?
Just sleeved up the whole Divine set with ultra pro penny sleeves and there is room to spare in the box. Not alot of room, but enough to get your fingers in and pull them out. The penny sleevs sit SLIGHTLY higher than the top of the box so it does push it up a cm or so.

I have a book of card sleeves I bought in anticipation. Haven't yet had a chance to see how they fit or if I have enough sleeves. :-)
It seems there won't be any cards for the spells in Gods & Magic, which is unfortunate, because it's the content from the 'minor' releases that you tend to forget and would most benefit from supplemental accessories like the spell cards.

I wonder if we might see collected spell decks for things like Gods and Magic. As these have been 150 card decks and there are only 30 spells and 36 Focus spells. Even if you did a card for every spell list you are only halfway to a deck. But maybe we get Gods and Magic and Legends as a deck for example.

I really don't understand why Paizo didn't label its accessory line with the Second Edition logo like they did with their rulebook line. People are STILL asking if these decks are 1st or 2nd Ed. on vendor sites.
