In both 3.5 and Pathfinder, magical weapons radiate evocation, and magical armor/shields radiate abjuration.

That is according to the table at the top of this page, which exists in both rule systems.

Specific items can deviate from that table, but that will be mentioned in that item's write-up.

Thank you very much.

I suppose this would apply to 3.5 or Pathfinder RPG. What aura does a simple +1 magic sword radiate? Usually you would specify one of the schools of magic but in this case that does not seem to apply.

Thanks,

Jim

Thank you for the clarification and that makes sense as well. I'll just order past books along with the subscriptions.

OK, what is a side cart? Feels like I'm getting closer to my answer.

Thanks Eric.

Your sidecart appears after you have clicked on an item that you want. After that, you can either add more items or buy them at that point. Your discount, if you have any, will then be added when you check out. You can also adjust the quantity of the items that you want in the sidecard. For example, I want 5 sets of dice. I click on the button and it add the first szet to my sidecart. I then go to quantity and change it to 5 and then update the sidecart.

I hope that my explanation has helped. Welcome to the Paizo forumns. May you enjoy your stay.

edit - Top right hand corner. It says "Shopping Cart". That is your side cart. All items not bought and paid for appear there.

To prefix, I am not concerned with a discount at this point. I am looking for choice.

Thanks for the welcome. I am a huge fan of Pazio and have heard that I can get books cheaper from Amazon but I support you by using this site.
OK, In basic speak, point me to the place that explains how I can get past Planet Stories books as part of my ongoing subscription. Or, tell me that is not possible. If the later then I will just buy them outside of my subscription.
I understand the shopping cart concept. Still a little confused by the side cart concept. If that is how I can get past issues then I will figure it out.

Thanks,

Jim

This has probably been asked before so sorry for not looking through the forum.
My question is since I just started subscribing will I ever get the back issues or will there always be new one?
For instance, I would like The Anubis Murders (Trade Paperback) to show up and surprise me someday. Will this ever happen?
If not, I'm not sure it makes sense that I can't pick which books I would like to receive since they are all the same price.
Thanks in advance.

Jim

I'm also wondering if the Pathfinder Chronicles Campaign Setting is still valid with the new rules. For that matter, is there anything *Pathfinder* that will not work with the new system? I'd hate to start buying books only to find out they are going to release newer versions.

Don't know if it'd be in the 3.5 DMG, but the 3E DMG had a list of possible technological differences for different time periods and advice as regards introducing future or past technology into a vanilla D&D game.

The Arm's and Equipment guide 3.0 has Weapons and Armor technology charts that has stone age; bronze age, dark ages and crusade.

I ordered Kobold Quarterly issue 2 and 3 PDF and Kobold Quarterly 4 in print form and received Kobold Quarterly 3 in the mail.

Kobold Quarterly 4 Print Edition Shipped May 5, 2008

So, I was wondering if I am still going to get issue 4 in the mail. I don't need a pdf and a print version of issue 3 and that isn't what I paid for.

Thanks,

Jim

I apologize for the incorrect book! I will get the correct book shipped out to you as soon as possible. Please feel free to keep KQ#3 with our apologies.

Thanks,
cos

Excellent. If you ever offer issue 1 and 2 in print version I will buy them also. I really enjoy the print version.

Thanks,

Jim

I haven't received this package yet.

A package containing 1 item from Paizo Order #908827 is about to ship from the Paizo warehouse via USPS Standard Mail, estimated 3 to 10 business days in transit.

The email had no tracking number for UPS.

Please help.
