Wade swallows his pride and supports the bluff of holy men "that would be me, I am chosen by and distant defendant of the divine"" he summons a halo of light with a mote of will, leading credence to this

I take no blame for your situation. But before you render "judgement" note how few of you there are, and how many there are of us" he smirks as he raises his scythe

I take it this means I can post?
Wade wakes up jerkily and dazed "eh, where am I, what happened" he asks before clutching his side with a hiss as his wounds react to the sudden movement

Wade tries to slice at it again, but the blood loss on top of his existing anemia leaves him momentarily light headed and he ends up dropping the weapon "the f!&~ was that thing"
Male (M) Aasimar (perikin) Oracle (bones, aboleth curse)
Sorry I misread my initiative and thought I was going after the monster on the count of *five* instead of *fifteen*
Wade isn't sure what's going on but he swings his scythe anyway, trying to kill the creature scythe to hit:1d20 + 6 ⇒ (16) + 6 = 22damage:2d4 + 6 ⇒ (3, 4) + 6 = 13

"Wade Willhelm, son of Wulfric Willhelm, I am a mystic and a smith. We shall preform our tasks better without your posturing Anastasius. the Aasimar says boredly as though this were obvious, not even looking up from sharpening his scythe. "we don't have to trust each other in the broader sense, given that we know that if someone tries some sort of petty betrayal they'll be cut down like the dog they would have proven themselves to be
Male (M) Aasimar (perikin) Oracle (bones, aboleth curse)
neither one replaces the class feature and the way they overlap is rather simple?
Different DMs rule different ways on this one, but I took the acceptance into the game as the DM allowing that
if that's not the case I'll swap black blood for vampiric corruption or deep one corruption (or if third party is allowed, branded would fit well)

buildnotes:
Crazy good stats except for that nearly dead con (if this is too good for you to be comfortable with my going vampire, I can change the forbile to wisdom and it would not change the character much)
I’m trying to decide between Aboleth, deep one and black blooded for my curses, I really wish there was a triple or quadruple cursed archetype lol
Anyway I’m planning on going for a classic necromancer build with my spells, mostly healing and debuff/buff with spells cast in combat, with melee either from scythe or natural weapons depending on the weapons
Out of combat he’ll be able to craft weapons for the party, use party face skills and will provide coverage for two knowledge skills
Personality wise he’s prideful and confident and a bit of a flirtbut not one that cares about being in the spotlight. Regarding character flaws he’s somewhat vain, unused to hardship and very power hungry
backstory edit:
ade willhelm is 6ft 2 red eyed, gold haired aasimar with somewhat pale skin, he has rippling muscles from his profession as a blacksmith and well groomed facial hair that rings around his mouth
Wade Wilhelm was an upper middle class Aasimar blacksmith and merchant, he made and sold blades and armor along with a few alchemical trinkets, and had many customers, due in part to his celestial heritage
all in all many would have been comfortable with his life
but
Wade Willhelm has never been a person who could stand to be content, always he was looking to improve himself and his work, one day he found an old book written in the tongue of the aboleths, detailing ways to use dark necrotic rituals to strengthen materials when he forged them and himself, he preformed a few of the preliminary rituals out of curiosity as to their veracity
that's when he started to hear the whisperings of strange dark beings from deep within the waters
he delved deeper into them preforming rituals, stealing from graves, meeting with powerful undead like vampires, paying whatever price he could, including his own blood, whatever he could do to further his abilities
at last he began to know true power, the power over life and death, power over minds, and the promise of immortality just over the horizon
inevitably however the pale road lead him into troubles with the authorities as they caught him in the act, coming back from steeling bones from their resting place
and so here he is
awaiting his death
will he too become one of the whispers for the next fool to find books he should not
or shall he escape and make them rue the day they sought to “punish” Wade Willhelm!
