How do I post all the cheering, applauding, exuberantly screaming, proud memes here I can?

Thank you for continuing to give representation and a voice to many, creating even in challenging times, and celebrating Pride! I'm so proud to know Paizo is openly there with us!

Sometimes we celebrate, sometimes we fight, but at all times we do so together.

Thank you!

Much love and support to all during this difficult time.

I'm very optimistic we'll get together at GenCon and celebrate!

Thank you Paizo staff! I hope there's something virtual during that time instead, count me in if so!

What's everyone hoping to play with a circus theme?

Since my ashes character was martial, a gnome or goblin sorcerer who provides the fx (visual and auditory) during the acts, explosions, ghost noises, amplification of sounds for clown slapstick, the works.

Ah I like this, some illusion and some evocation? Sounds like a little bard multiclassing maybe?

I have four players wanting to play a wizard, a ranger and two rogues (acrobat and escape artist sister duo).

Genuinely hoping the hooks are strong because one or two of my players seem immensely more committed to the circus part than the adventuring part.

A diverse group so that's good, especially the rogue duo!

And the guide is up for download!!!

Gnome Cleric of Shelyn who does an aerial ribbons act.

Oh that sounds great! You could probably work some faith prayers or ritual spellcasting into that!

I'm guessing there's a live/online product issue, in this case the product being the guide. Perhaps it's been turned on or live, but the page is still cached so the redirect is continuing to hit. Content and marketing pushes can usually be timed but catalog changes are usually once a day so it's probably just a timing thing. I'm sure we'll get it soon!

Hey, Rob Pontious here! It was amazing joining the Order for their 150th module! The immersion is all encompassing with the efforts Adam takes and the Order helps contribute toward: scenery, lighting, music, in character discussion. Matt's captaining led everyone well in preparing for an intense underwater exploration! Everyone was incredibly friendly and as excited as I but there was a marathon to be had! Despite my best efforts the fear I had got to me - or Ezren - as he heard that banshee's wail. I'm excited to wipe the X's from his eyes because you can't keep a good Pathfinder down!

If I might also point out the Order of the Amber Die. I was privileged to attend marathon 5 of the Azlant Odyssey (Ruins of Azlant) with them. It occurred to me that more than half of the table identified LGBTQ. There was open communication about PRIDE events coming up in June at one point. Everyone was positive, friendly, and it was just normal friends talking. I expressed to Adam the value of being able to be a part of something without feeling separate or singled out, even if you were accepted. It was an extremely positive experience with an extremely wonderful group of people while playing a game we all love! Again, special thanks to them!

Long have I appreciated the GLBTQ representation and support in Pathfinder. It was clear all the way back with Burnt Offerings' retired paladin Jasper and his boyfriend Cyrdak the theater manager. My friend and DM was so excited and pointed it out to me. I was so glad to see it. Representation matters. Thank you.

Another thing that excites me of 2.0 is the continuance and growth of the story, the world, the people of Golarion. It's especially exciting for those who've played an adventure path and now their actions are reflected within the world. It's exciting to see and feel the impact of not only character actions but numerous developers, authors, DMs, and players.

I've loved Pathfinder since it was teased/playtested and its treatment of Golarion - even if I was initially running a game in a different campaign setting - struck a note with me, especially the reflection of the cultures and the history of the world in its characters. I'm especially interested to see if any modifications to rules, spells, classes, races, etc. are reflected through historical events.

I'm very excited to read the lore come Gen Con!

Does Ruins of Lastwall have a product page yet? Also can you do a Pathfinder Battles subscription with it?

EDIT: I'm a bad person and forgot I asked this on the Subscription page. Marco was kind enough to reply here.

His post reads:

Marco Massoudi wrote:

I'll ask Mark Moreland, the franchise manager in the minis blog about it.

It should probably go up sometimes in the next two weeks.
I'll keep you posted! :-)

EDIT 2: And I missed his post above. Gah, I'm sorry. I was up late with friends watching the game.

Thank you Marco!

That is awesome, your players are very lucky!

Thanks! Honestly I'm the lucky one. I've got good friends that are strong gamers and enjoy roleplaying. We've had tremendous games, including an all wizard of high sorcery Dragonlance game. Strange Aeons has made them really take it up a notch considering the difficulties and what's at stake. I'm not pulling punches and they're not either... except when they decide it's time to jump off the Fort's walls and retreat of course!

I wanted to share my Dwarvenforge set up for beautiful Iris Hill!

It took a while to set up, but the look on my players' faces was well worth it! I took slight liberty with the main manor building but I kept the right number of rooms, relative size, and layout. It'd be nice to have more roofs but almost nearly enough!

My players went through the hedge by way of their Druid killing some of the plant life. He wished he saved it though as they fought the topiaries! They've yet to go in the main manor house but have really enjoyed their exploration so far as I keep it dark and with the foggy mists rolling over the estate.

Continued thanks to the Order of the Amber Die whose patreon help and full playthrough have greatly aided my set up, handling of the encounters, and more!

Edit: So I think what I'm gonna do is save Risi for a little later, if the PCs ever leave the Fort to rest and stuff, she'll be waiting then. Kind of like Melisenn getting desperate and sending her best out to take em out. So it'll be awhile on that.

Good call. She's a useful menacing evil that way. My players killed her as they struck at the Fort and she tried to use an opportune moment to stab their psychic through the throat. But they left her body and perhaps someone grabbed it... There might be more Juju zombies - at least one - in their future!

Did anyone use the aqueduct to enter Fort Hailcourse?

I had one player mention it, but ultimately they chose to try to talk their way in and then attack. They partially climbed up onto the fort walls, only to end up jumping off and retreating. They came back however with a formed assault plan and their friend Winter due to all the "weird zombies" on the walls. She didn't need to do much; their new plan worked well. Later, they found the aqueduct entranced and at least wished they'd consider it.

My players took some time to clear it out and one player admitted to eating "intelligent creatures they'd already killed" since back at the Asylum. He wrote up a wonderful log.

Tonight we're back on after a few weeks due to some travel I took. They want to check on these standing stones they've heard about, review some of the things they've been reading, maybe check on some hags east and southeast of town, and maybe scout out the estate. I've prepared some caverns and swamp area for the hags. I think they might try to talk to them in a diplomatic fashion even, get some info.

Shout out to the Order of the Amber Die for their recent photos with black lights for the playtest. I picked some up for tonight and the future!

Favorite rules? Playtest.

I mentioned it on the Playtest but, the very playtest has been a great highlight of 2018. I didn't get to take my crew through the whole thing, but we were really enjoying the quick pace of it, how engaged everyone felt, etc.

Favorite community involvement? Order of the Amber Die

And thankfully we get the info from the Order of the Amber Die of their playtesting! They're Good to see how others have experienced it and the results by the numbers! Of course, I'm ever thankful for the Order's activities like running Ruins of Azlant and as a patreon member, having access to their full marathon details. They continue to be of aid to me running my Strange Aeons game!

Favorite product? The Return of the Runelords

I was psyched to see it announced. Gettingan adventure path that brings it all together, features references to other paths, and brings back those wonderfully crazy Runelords is thrilling! I eagerly await seeing more!

I have to agree with Brother Fen too, the Kingmaker game is great!

Thanks to all for an amazing 2018!

I love all these callbacks, references, set ups for the future, reveals of the story... I greatly appreciate this building on the rich history and story for Varisia and Golarion as a whole. I truly hope that Paizo does one of two things. Either they put out some rules on how to translate these APs over to 2nd edition (as I'm liking what I'm seeing of 2nd edition but truly love the Runelords series of APs) or that you put out new hardcover books for the Runelords Trilogy as 2nd Edition APs.

I mean, I'd buy them. I suspect a lot of folk would. But you could always do a Kickstarter or the like on that to gauge preorders and how much of these should be printed and adapted to 2nd Edition.

I suspect that'd be a good choice for modules that are deemed popular enough for a formal reprint or hardcover. Probably be good for this trilogy / Sihedron Heroes stories. Maybe Kingmaker too, eh?

Otherwise, translating the rest of them might be a great community project if given allowance!

Wonderful first post and outing with the Pathfinder Playtest, Order of the Amber Die!

I'm shocked you didn't have any character deaths! I really thought my players would escape unscathed, but maybe it was the last of hero points that got one done in. Our human monk who excelled against Drakus fell to centipedes after they came back a third day to 'clear up' the rest of the Ashen Ossuary. I also dropped numerous characters below 0, though at least 3 of those were the barbarian within the same encounter. Try as the Cleric might to heal him, I brought him down!

Love that goblin alchemist mini!

Question for the DM and Sajan: with the flurry action did you do the two Strikes as 0/0 or 0/-4? We did the 0/-4.

Thrilled we'll have your updates to follow! Thank you!

My current issue is that we have no feedback on tracking where our deliveries are. We all know that Amazon has this capability and is able to give you order status.

I can query their system to get "estimated delivery dates" on all orders, but many orders do not have specific tracking information, and approximately 98% of the shipments that are trackable have already been delivered.

If Amazon offered an API that we could query to retrieve estimated delivery dates or tracking data, we would have built something to port that data into paizo.com... but they don't.

Yeah they can't handle what they promise probably so why give you a way to see that? Maybe they had trouble raising the money to get the drivers or vehicles to move it? I have a friend in corporate fulfillment services who said it's been tight recently and bidding has been stiff. I hope Paizo's legal team helped put some hard lines in the contract. How embarrassing for Amazon.

Loving we're playtesting and while the delivery delays suck, at least the site never stopped responding during downloads! Amazon should have helped Paizo make this an easy delivery win. A shame.

Thanks for continuing to update us all Vic!

Hi all,

Can we avoid putting anything adventure related in here?

I flagged Maxim Nikolaev's post that while I think was well intentioned it should be at least hidden by a spoiler tag or discussed elsewhere (DM feedback).

I'm advising my Players to be very careful about reading anything until we finish Chapter 1.

Thanks.
