Technically, with a failed concealment check, the action is wasted before rolling. Knowing a "20" is coming, and using Hero Points to go sideways into a parallel dimension and snatch CS from F is... not possible without a liberal interpretation of how probability events in succession are supposed to function.

Yeah what Rannarix said, effectively it is playing a system, so the most fair case is to reroll both: conceal and fire, but it would need to be agreed with GM before. And chances of success in such setup (concealed are lower),

I got mine, it looks good. I will fill in the downtime. Thank you for running the game PaleDim! And here i have some doubts, we have two people at dying. With Rose I can walk towards one and give them healing potions, But then I spend my whole round on it.

I see that Shayla has soothe and hymn of healing can she use one of it to heal Yuan?
