Poison is fun. He has to make a save every round. Each round he fails he takes the 1d3 Con damage and is staggered. He must make two consecutive saves to end this early, assuming he failed the initial save. If he doesn't he ends up taking up to 6d3 Con Damage and is staggered for 6 rounds. Poison...
