Got my email! Pumped to be able to read the conclusion to this amazing AP!

I love that cover art! Quinn's got to be my favourite iconic.

I was so on board, had one of the gift boxes and a bag of each flavour... until I saw shipping to Canada was ~$50. Oh well.

I'm debating whether to pick this up from my FLGS or just the pdf. I'm reading that the art is amazing, so it's pushing me more towards physical. I'm a sucker for fantasy art and PF2e has been on point so far.

Congratulations! Very well put together!

That was a great read! Well done!

Okay, that makes sense. Have you had a chance to look at the Blood Hunter (another Matt Mercer semi official homebrew).

I want to do a Van Helsing style monster hunter, and the ranger subclass hasn't been modified with the revised ranger.

Here's a link to it on D&D Beyond: https://www.dndbeyond.com/classes/blood-hunter

Also, Tieflings? The players guide says they are fighting the crusade, despite some understandable caution from others. Is that your thoughts as well?

I was curious about the artificer too, and the gunslinger fighter subclass. I'm thinking something along the lines of the Dune Drifter cavalier archetype.

It would take a while to get online in 5e, but a mounted gunslinger would be really awesome riding around the Worldwound.

Hi Fabian, what are your plans on converting the mythic rules to 5e, or are you going to balance encounters so it's not necessary?

Here's what's in the PHB about Unseen Targets:

"Combatants often try to escape their foes' notice by hiding, casting the invisibility spell, or lurking in darkness.

When you attack a target that you can't see, you have disadvantage on the attack roll. This is true whether you're guessing the target's location or you're targeting a creature you can hear but not see. If the target isn't in the location you targeted, you automatically miss, but the DM typically just says that the attack missed, not whether you guessed the target's location correctly.

When a creature can't see you, you have advantage on attack rolls against it.

If you are hidden — both unseen and unheard — when you make an attack, you give away your location when the attack hits or misses."

Not sure of the page, but here's the D&D Beyond Link

Seeing Aubrin tend to her and the Dwarf's wounds, Kudvathalas rushed to the front window. He wanted to see what else was attacking the town.

Perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10

I'm still interested, and happy to play as either of my characters.

This looks really interesting! I've been looking forward to giving this AP a shot.
With the different races in 5e vs Pathfinder, are you looking mostly at the core races?

I'm going to make a wizard who wanted to come out and live a quiet life as a spellmonger in a small town.

I'm thinking of an elven ranger (or slayer if allowed) who has dedicated his life to being a demon-slayer. The worldwound seems like the ideal place for him to practise his art.

His background will be focused around the chance encounter (mythic path of trickster) or the stolen fury campaign trait (champion path), whichever will fit better with the rest of the party.

I'd be really interested in giving this a go. The recent kickstarter really piqued my interest in the campaign.

I have a couple concepts that I can put together for this, and am happy to fill in any role that is needed. I'm still relatively new to pathfinder, so staying close to core could be interesting to keep the number of options reasonable.

I just recently got into pbp on the Roll for Combat discord channel, and I love the concept, as my schedule isn't regular and makes it hard to commit to a regular timeslot. Currently I am only part of one pbp game, and it's a Starfinder society game.

I have a tonne of pathfinder books from the Humble Bundles, and I had the AP subscription for PF2e until Age of Ashes was fully released, and an running that on a vtt. I've really got into second edition, and have bought all the books from my local game store.

Hopefully you have a spot for me, let me know if there is any more information you'd like.

I just started listening to this group a few weeks back. They're a real joy to listen to. Congrats on the partnership!

I've been loving these lore blog posts. I can't wait until Thursday!

Actually, I just read the spell better. Turns out I'm an idiot.

Disregard.

Arcane Sense currently reads like this:

ARCANE SENSE FEAT 1
Prerequisites trained in Arcana
Your study of magic allows you to sense its
presence around you instinctively. You can cast level 1 detect
magic as an innate spell at will. If you are a master of Arcana, it
becomes level 3, and if you are legendary in Arcana, it becomes
level 4.

It seems as though it's missing level 2 detect magic at expert level. I can't see why this would be intentional.
