gotta call BS on that. some of those are min/lvl, haste is rounds/lvl. to do all those fights and search the rooms was plenty of time for at least some of those to be gone.

and its a DC 0 perception check to hear him casting a spell, so shooting the square the cleric is in should stil work.

And that's fine, I agree with the theory behind it. But when you ghost me and I end up flanked on the opposite side of the tunnel from the rest of the party, that I take issue with.

I disagree. It's a single spell (Summon Monster II). She identified it and she targetted the spell effect. If Tywin wanted to dismiss the eagles he could also do so with a single action and if he would use his SLA all three would disappear at the same time, so they absolutely are still tied together

Pokey also pulls his wand of infernal healing and uses it on himself, then resets his spring loaded wrist sheaths.
He then pulls his wand of Mage armor and uses it on himself and Malik, Ebon and Targost.
And finally after hearing the woman scream he uses his wand of abundant ammunition as he heads words the stairs.
