"VOLK!" Naranae exclaims hurriedly in hopes of preventing Colk from undressing only to end in laughing as he was unsuccessful. "hehehe,... Whether it be overwhelmed by the return of Gramlag, or the over all picture she'd painted in her mind as a third person, Naranae felt relief and happy. "Gramlag?,... it's good to have you back." A sigh of relief makes it way out, along with a half quizzical look at the used to be Dwarf gone orc. "Glad to have you back,... er, most of you" she'd finished jokingly.
"I'll keep that in mind..." Naranae continues, walking along side Nel and the others. The thought of Volk swelling with all these emotions and not being able to depict them clearly as others may left a inner laugh lit inside her. It would be fun to watch him grow more aware. ...Gramlag, here we come...
Narnae watches before moving over to Miss Nel, "You weren't joking,... " she says in a low whisper, a soft giggle sneaking out. She couldn't help but admire the tattoo, as she'd always wanted one. Making a mental note that possibly one day she would get one. That aside though, anxiousness ripped at her insides to finally have Gramlag back.

Naranae looks quizzically from Turnock towards the cieling. "I suppose this is the best we're going to get..." She says in general to the others.
"yesturday it was not my place to make or accept the offer. However I will give you what gold is on my person. I've a few hundred and no use for it personally" Thinking more on it, "what was it Saul offered you?"
"I owe sir Gramlag and Sabola along with the others. Like you owing services to this establishment. Should you help us find and gain the scroll imediately, without harming us by means you've had any push or hand in altering, I think we could agree on setting you free of this place. Looking to the others, "I know how you all must feel about loosing two close friends, we are also short on time however" Naranae continues walking in and out of rooms, grabbing odds and ends for stocking her backpack such as flour, salt if she can find any.
If Naranae is able to tell where about he is I will walk into another room still talking. "Does this sound like a deal Mr Imp?"
Naranae, after preparing her spells for the day, begins speaking as if the imp can hear her. "Imp, show yourself and let us strike a deal. That scroll is something I myself would like very much, as I owe a dept. She will then wait for response before continuing. going throughout the building if need be repeating.
Naranae wakes up, yawning slightly before packing up her bedroll and placing it into her backpack. "Did we, or did we not want to find the imp?" After getting an answer she begins preparing her spells for the day.
"This is simply to rule out the fact it can walk or they rather, that is, if there is anything else down here besides us" Naranae smiles brightly before climbing the ladder and following the others. Relief, even if only momentarily washed over her like a wave as they retreated the unknown cave. It is not somewhere she wanted to explore if everyone wasn't at their best. Be it intuition or not, this place felt like it held something dangerous. "We have the resources,... might as well utilize them"
Naranae nods in agreement, "shall we then?" Naranae finished making a mark on the wall with her chalk then spreads some flour on the ground at the intersection. As the others begin leaving Naranae will pour and spread it out so that it settles undisturbed. "Don't mind this, I just want to see if while we're gone anything is moving through these tunnels."
"either way, standing here waiting to see if something comes to us instead isnt something I'd like to count on, lets take a vote?"
"there might be other evil beings down here, should we return or keep going?" Naranae give s look of discomfort as she walked away from the skeleton's remains. Pulling out her chalk she makes a mark signifying the exploration of that sections of the caves.
Naranae smiles at Ternock, not saying a word she makes her way forward taking care to look thoroughly around. Then looking into the aura it gave off she peers deeper to learn its more specific ability
Naranae uses detect magic and checks the chest concentrating on it, as well as the water in search of any magical objects or effects left behind. "Im starting to wonder just what else there is down here if there was an undead casually guarding a chest...."
Naranae uses evil eye to lower its attack to hit by 2 DC 15 to get debuff for only 1 turn, otherwise for 8.

"we were just in a fight, of course id keep him hidden and on my person, he's important. As for food, I don't worry much over it, as he normally isnt in there. So long as he's safe is all I could ask for." Looking to Volk, "perhaps I was wrong in thinking that we were only going down to investigate a little ways in the case it was a trap? If not then the more the merrier. Naranae would approach Nel and in a hushed wisper to her, "If I were to waste a spell keeping him where I normally do, then I wouldn't be as much help in the time to come, generally when people see an owl with someone like us,... they kill it." Her words were hollow, as if she feared them becoming truth. "many users of magic utilize the help of familiars,... For me, we truly work together to help one another survive."
Volk, wait a second, I will be coming as well, at the very least I should be able to help with sensing items holding magical properties as well as I can send my familiar for help should we come across anything in need of" Naranae pulls open her backpack so her owl can climb out, "Wake up, Artmeis, I may have a job for you" Naranae would let him perch comfortably on her pointer finger and rub under his neck with another."This is Artemis,... glancing sideways towards the owl, "should you sense any danger or it becomes dangerous I'd like for you to come back here and alert the others Artemis"

Naranae grabs some flour as asked, and any dried food products available to pack away and take with her returning to the party at the drop into the hole. Naranae looks to Volk, smirking slightly at the hilarity in his last few words. "I'm talkin about supplies we can find here in the building... Like food and spelunking related tools. Not all of us are all that great at climbing and such. Nate said with a slight smirk, her cheeks flushing vaguely, a bit of guilt heard in her tone. "I'm saying down here might 'be' the trap why else would he have locked it away the way he has?" naranae excalims with a matter of fact tone. "call it a gut feeling, but based on the knowledge we have of him and the lack of it as well I don't believe this is just here because it leads to some simple minded treasure room. My guess is it goes below sea level at the least as well,... That said, keep a good eye out for anything suspicious, it's not easy climbing out of a hole, let alone in the darkness." Narenae continues checking her backpack one last time taking inventory of the supplies she grabbed in the kitchen
"Why do you want flour?" Naranae gives a quizzical look.
"As much as it makes me curious and anxious to discover what was hidden away by Saul, it may be another trap laid out for us. That in mind, we should take supplies with us." She would then look to Bojask, "So Saul has never spoken of this to you or anyone as far as you know?"
Naranae reaches in her bag and pulls from it a ration. Sits at the nearest table and waits for the others for some direction. With the enemies wiped out she begins humming softly to herself. "I think I may look in the kitchen and see about any loose floorboards etc""," shrugging while doing so, "It's worth a look, right?"
"seeings as we're all in this together, none of us should be spared to look away. In their deaths we should celebrate their lives. While the world is cruel, its thanks to our enemies that allow us continua growth... We all walk a dark path together now, I hope one day we may find somewhere peace exists." Naranae would fold her arms, and watch. Trying hard to hold her ground as well as the pain left her own words easily pierced her. A single tear made its way down her cheek without a movement of having tried to stop it, or wipe it away. She was never good at hiding her feelings, each death she watched was becoming easier though. That was what scared her...
"If that is the verdict we've reached then I will assist in ensuring they cant run from you Volk... not that you'll need it", Naranae would watch the gendarmes preparing a spell and waiting patiently from a slight distance from Volk as he administered the death sentance.

"that's good and all Nel, but can you honestly say that in this world, he'll, this town that in humiliating then is any better? Revenge gets revenge gets revenge. Today is proof of that, these gendarmes might have or haven't gotten their hands dirty but their honor or their hate will seethe through in my opinion. Most the people here are tainted with disgust, revenge and self pity which leads them to poorl made choices. Not saying you're wrong by any means, however it is in the town and our best interest to stay close to our allies and closer to our enemies on this one. Figuratively and literally." Naranae turns to Turnock, "I have no care with what you do with the body, it will send quite the message to whomever finds it. Whether that's good for us,... Or not"
"why don't you just get what info you can out of them, then in return they can be treated as dogs on a leash, we will watch them closely, if they begin acting out of line we put them down like dogs." the ferocity was strong in her voice, as Naranae both believed and supported her own words like that of a religion to most. It was obvious she was slightly angered by the damage the gendarmes had done to the town, even if only by orders. "I see and understand both of your points however,... So in a sense we could always go this route as well,... Nel?, Volk? Why not give them a fighting chance? Take their armor from them, and give them a chance in battle with you so they aren't completely helpless, that way they can feel what it was like for the lives they took with no mercy. If it comes to them dying out of it then they can have died a warriors death. If not then we can go from there?". Naranae didn't smile her usual smile whilst saying any of this, nor did she let any of her words sit without giving them notice of the weight they held. Deciding how ones fate should be was not something she enjoyed doing outside of battle. In that all as it could be seen earlier, (with the three Volk had saved), it left her disposition with a sour taste. She would think for a time before continuing, like solving a long equation she analyzed even what she was saying breaking it down further. "either way, so long as they don't have a shred of a chance to cause anymore harm to the people in general, then I'm okay with it. This town needs to be turned around and cleansed in a sense" She kept close eyes on any movements from the unconscious enemies, expect the unexpected. "it's open for discussion as I'm only giving my views to best solve both of your thoughts mid ground.... There very well might be a better way I haven't yet given light to."
Naranae gets up and casts Cure light woulds twice on herself, pulling the bolt out of her shoulder...
"You have a good shot Laurer, a damn good one..." Moving over towards Nel she would give her best look of sympathy, "Nel? Are you okay?", thinking a bit on her words only a few came to mind, "When the we have returned with the others we should possibly look into the burial of those that died fighting for what they thought to be right. Though I didn't know Gramlag or Sabola very well they have my respect and gratitude as I wouldn't be here today twice as of now without their efforts."
At reaching Saul, Bojask, and Volk Naranae looks at the hump of what was a body..."Volk?... . Seconds were all that passed before Naranae appraoched Volk wrapping him in a hug..."You all faught bravely, while two have passed they did so trying their hardest to protect us all. The scars left with us today will only make us stronger tomorrow. I'm am truely sorry for your loss Volk, for everyone's loss..."

Naranae is going to move 30 ft behind Volk's wall, then cast cure light wounds on herself
Naranae winces in pain as the dagger cuts into her shoulder deeply. "Seeker, above us!" Naranae looks back at Saul and uses slumber on him while fighting defensively and then moves under the catwalk so she is out of sight of Saul, gaining cover.
Naranae moves 30ft north then uses slumber again. This time on the gendarme farthest north out of reach of seeker's glaive. Smiling curtly almost with a taunting aura about her, Naranae launches her version of assault to the gendarme.
"Nel? Gramlag? are you alright?" Naranae moves up beside Seniko, her eyes glow once again though this time its different, they seem to be giving off a slight mist-like effect. Staring at one of the men on the pedestal she slightly cocks her head not relinquishing her concentration.
Naranae double move's up to beside Seniko drawing her javelin
"I don't care either way, so long as I'm not killed in the process, dieing isn't,.... pleasant..." Naranae shudders briefly before staring intently at the sleeping guard. Ternock and Volk can see her eyes now have a red hue to them now.
"I'm not sure we will even be needed at this point..." Naranae says in a hushed voice to Seeker and Seniko. "one of them might have the key Volk" Naranae would then continue over to the guards and begin searching for any keys.

Making her way behind Volk silently but on the ground Naranae pulls her long spear out her mood seemed...different. About 30 feet away her eyes glow with an eerie neon blue glow, a chilling frost was apparent in the air as she moved. The aura of innocence she conveyed was gone.
