I am... .looks like miyako was a standard 400 point build, so I'll have to adjust a bit.


Here 's a covert op replacement I played here some years ago.
I'd have to check my chummer file for how many points were used and adjust accordingly.

Sorry guys, but my interest in this has waxed and waned all over the place; I'll have to drop it for good I think, just can't get back into it, it just gets lost in the static of my other campaigns.

Lots of thanks to Davachido for trying to keep it going...and Droid and Crix and Jack thanks, it was fun to learn a new system ( to me at least) with you guys.

"Well, stealth and general sneakiness is my game." Miyako says, looking up at the roof tops to see if their a likely place to maintain surveillance of the rest of the group.

Miyako looks down upon the subterrean town, her eyes scanning back and forth.

At Jack's comment, she looks sideways at the boy, "Indeed, you did well. More dough for a successful extraction...I think we can accommodate you, Pip." she says with a small smile.

"Let's be off then, Mr Turner isn't getting any younger." she says over her shoulder as she leaves the shelter of the cave.

Miyako relaxes as everyone digs in, she herself eats some noodles and tea.

Sitting down at the table, Miyako motions to the waiter that the tab will be on her; then motions to the others to order whatever.

She then slouches back in the padded chair, a sigh escaping her lips as she allows her aching torso a brief respite.

"Well, you two will just have to restrain yourselves on this one. We need intel from this mark before we hand him over to KE..." Miyako says conversationally

Miyako gratefully stands still as the medic makes passes over the medkit and its various appendages addresses her impact wounds.

Nodding her head wearily, as the ache from those bullet impacts comes back to her "It would seem you have us at a disadvantage...however, we're currently on a 'run, you'll have us risk losing our other commission, are you going to cover that 10,000.....each?" Miyako says on the same comm channel, all the while recording the KE particulars through her eye ( faces, ranks , names...for future reference)

Miyako lowers her smg as the thug falls backward, eye's rolling up into his head.

As Jack jumps to aid the hostage, she turns alertly to counter any new threat from the hackers. The sudden arrival of the Knight Errant doesnt' faze her.

Returning her smg to its harness beneath her jacket, she crosses her arms and leans against a magazine stand, waiting for the KE to explanin themselves.

Miyako has been holding her pistol in a relaxed but firm grip aimed at the hostage taker's forehead.

Seeing that the man was getting a little antsy by the magical tiger. she decides it may be time to end this little drama.

A quick scan reveals that for the moment, no hackers present an immediate threat. Frowning at the cowardice of the Hacker holding the woman ,Miyako sub-vocalizes back to Droid "OK, but hurry, this one looks a bit twitchy."

She then slings her SMG and draws her pistol, allowing her smartgun system to center her aim in the middle of the hostage taker's forehead.

Take Aim, 1 round , +1 to die pool.

Swaying in her seat as Droid maneuvered through traffic, Miyako says "Droid, mind swinging by my condo. I have some gear I'd like to pick up before we venture underground."

Miyako will grab weapons , armoured jacket , basically all of her gear necessary for a venture into dangerous territory.

She then checks the peephole, to make sure the coast is clear. When it is, she will exit Fiona's room (holding the door open for Jack), trying to avoid the cameras as before.

Activating the Maglock and sliding the door open, Miyako glances at Jack and nods.
Slipping into the room, she pauses and surveys the room, checking the bed then the bathroom for occupants.

If no threats she will then go to the front door and await Jack's arrival.

Can I assume that the monofilament chainsaw is very quiet, as it is a b&e tool. Also can it be used to cut a hole in the glass of the door? Without attracting attention noise wise. Miyako would probably know thus stuff...I don't :)

Eyeing the balcony above and the distance between balconies, Miyako pulls her stealth rope from her mission pack and secures it yo her climbing harness.

"I'm going to make this jump, you hold onto this rope in case I don't ." Miyako says to Jack as she shrugs into the harness. "I'll let you in through the front door."

Slinging, the pack onto her back , she lithely climb up onto the railing, looks back to make sure Jack has the rope in hand, then turns back to the 5m expanse of air she must traverse.

A couple flexes of her powerful thighs and Miyako launches herself into the air.

Eyeing the gap between balconies, Miyako sees that its too close to the max that she can jump. Looking up, she tries to estimate how far it is to the next balcony above or if none to the edge of the roof.

"We're going to go take a look in Fiona's room." she responds to Droid.

Satisfied that the room is adequately secured, Miyako checks the window. Does it open. If so, is there a balcony?

Waiting for Jack ( right now a cat with glazed eyes ) to come back and report on his findings, she transmits to Droid "Hey Droid, could you put up a drone with thermal imaging on Fiona's room?"

Entering the room, Miyako immediately sets up her jammer to counter any wireless surveilance, then searches the room for sign of any physical surveillance equipment.
