When Misty uses Startled Scream, any ally who was surprised by the start of combat is not flat footed. Anyone who wasn't surprised by the combat get a +1 Insight bonus to their initiative. In exchange, Misty is Shakened for the first round of combat. Oh, the shout is also very, very loud.
