I'm looking for some ideas on making one. I'm curious as to the builds everyone is making. I need inspiration

I would love another book in this series. If it happened, I would want these cities

1. Augustana

2. Highhelm

3. Sothis

4. Thronestep

5. Isarn

6. Starfall

thoughts?

I loved loved loved the book on Darkmoon Vale. It is still one of my favorite setting books in the line and I would like to see more books along these lines, bigger than a city but not a national book.

I just think the detail that can go into a book like that is something I would enjoy. Some ideas for them are;

1. Whisperwood in Cheliax

2. Verduvan Forest in Taldor

3. The Lake of Mists and Veils

4. Hellmouth Gulf in Cheliax

What would like to see?

Looking for some ninja inspirations. Please post your ninja info here: backround, builds etc

What do you think is the best archetype?

Thinking of playing an oracle and I wanted to know what your favorite mystery was and why

a paladin PC wants to swap out spells for an animal companion along the lines of the ranger

thoughts?

Have you ever considered an Adventure Path that began at a later level such as 3rd or 4th so that it ends at 20th?

I noticed in the Heart of the Jungle there are a lot of references to totemism and shamans. Will there be any more rules concerning totemism or a class/PrC for Shamans?

The ideas intrique me and I dont think are covered at all well by druids and the like

I was thinking that the RPG Superstar for next year could be a little different. I was thinking that instead of the winner designing an adventure that got published, why not a new base class

Just to change things up a bit

thoughts?

anything juicy yet over there?

Which is better in your opinion and why?

I loved this Chronicles book. It took a smaller areas and really explored it in depth. I would love to see more vales, woods, etc etc get a full 64 page book treatment

Just curious as who you like and why. I love that crazy barbarian. The back story is sweet

Thoughts?

Why are some books available and others not? Many of the Council of Thieves AP are not available from amazon and neither is Classic Horrors, but Guide to the River Kingdoms is. And the Andoran Companion will take 2 to 4 weeks before delivery

These clips are fantastic

when is the print version of the book being released?

I am curious as to how you guys and gals would handle a 5th level Paladin who, as a servant of Erastil, would handle a ranged weapon focus. 20 point buy.

Everything else is up to you.

Will there be Prestige classes in the book? If so, anything you can divulge?

this seems very useful

when is it out in print?

We have 17 base classes and by my count, only 6 don't caster spells: fighter, rogue, barbarian, monk, cavalier, and alchemist. And the alchemist creates spell like abilities. That leaves 5 strictly martial types.

To me, thats not enough. I would like to see a few more choices that don't include spells within the class. Even if that means spell less versions of the Ranger and Inquisitor.

What say you?

Anyone else love these new classes as much as I do? Forget for a moment all the amazing things they did with the old classes like the sorcerer bloodlines, rogue talents, rage powers etc etc etc.

I mean the Oracle is what the Favored Soul should have been. Why that wasn't the spontaneous divine caster to begin with I don't know. Focusing on a specific domain. Dead on.

The Summoner is just so unique. And the Witch. Dear God, I love this Witch!!! We are getting non LG Paladins, more bloodlines. I can't wait for August and beyond

It does not appear that we will be playtesting the Templar alternate class. I would love to be able to try out these non-LG holy warriors. But since we can't playtest (I think), what would you like to see in the alternate class?

Yes, now we can play Dr. Jeckyll. What do you guys want to see in this class?

Of all the new classes, this one seems the least "needed." The basic description is reminiscent of a cool Prestige Class not a base class

Having said that, what do we want this class to accomplish? What powers, abilities, etc?

well, the Witch one seems to be popular so......

what do you want to see in the Cavalier? What abilities? What do you think?

What do you want to see in the new base class. They have said there will be a curse mechanic, more important familiars and a combined divine/arcane spell list.

What spells do you want included? what kinds of familiars? what weapons should they be proficient in? what other things are there you hope are included?

I, for one, hope there is a health dose of polymorphing. Like the witch from Snow White

I was curious about the make up of your adventuring party. Who are the charatcers?

Just curious as to what RPG podcasts you guys listen to and which ones you like for Paizo stuff

For me, its the Oracle. It just sounds like a lot of fun from a role playing point of view

anyone?

I am always curious about the configuration of other gaming parties. List you characters and put as much backround detail as you like

does Pathfinder have them? where?

The Fang Hunter
The Fang Hunter is a specialist in hunting the lycanthropes that plague the night across Golarion but especially the poor souls of Darkmoon Vale. Many are members of the Fangwatch but membership is not a requirement. Instead, the Fang Hunters are sect of the Desnian church throughout the Inner Sea. These hunters follow the loose edicts of the Song of the Spheres. They well aware of Desna’s war with the Mother of Monsters, Lamashtu, and see lycanthropes as a manifestation of her domain of both monsters and nightmares, something the Goddess of Dreams cannot abide by.
Many, and most certainly most, Fang Hunters are rangers although barbarians, fighters, clerics and even the occasional druid takes up the cause. Most folk around the Inner Sea see the clergy of Desna as joyous, helpful, and even a bit disorganized. Yet, this militant group are stern protectors of those who seek selter under the stars and hunt those nightmarish monsters of the darkness.

Blessing of the Weapon: At 10th level, the Fang Hunter has a weapon of their choice blessed by Desna clergy. The Hunter can choose a weapon to receive the lycanthropebane ability.

I really like the concept of the ritual as used in 4th edition. Anyone else like it? How about for Pathfinder?

Do we like additional base classes? I know 3.5 went base class crazy but I liked the various options myself although it do a bit kooky

Anyone else like more base classes? Anyone have any ideas?

We have tossed around the idea on other threads of a holy warrior without an alignment restriction. Some like a Crusader or Templar others think that same is covered by the cleric really

Any other ideas?

Here are some from me:

I like the idea of a Shaman. Some tied to and powered by spirits. It would be a bit like a druid for sure but there could be some changes.

I would like to see a Mystic class. Sort of a favored soul type, powered by raw divine energy. Maybe a little more spell oriented than the cleric.

I like the ranger/rogue feel of the scout class. perhaps it could be reworked under the name the Vanguard.

I also liked the Beguiler concept of a rogue/enchanter type. Perhaps that could be reworked into the Deceiver.

And, of course, a fighter/mage type ala the Mageblade or something

I always had these pegged as some of the more popular PrCs along with the Bladesinger. Any thoughts?

Post your party charatcers, levels, details. whatever you want
