A couple of questions: a) can I move while casting a Communal spell (i.e one of the divide duration among "creatures touched" type)? b) if so, is there a set number of creatures I can touch and does that include myself? Basically I'm looking to cast Comm. Resist Energy & I think Ksarress and maybe Ivan would like a taste if I can get to them (or else wait until they are closer to our clump by the stairs)

re: a channel I've marked it off, so yes. I figure between that & wands in the downtime we've had, folks should be feeling spry (followup) I mentioned it over on Gameplay on Tuesday when we were done with the hags ("unless Nathan wants us to be more explicit, I figure I've burned another Channel and we wand up the difference?") and nothing was said then (we'd just hand-waved the last Hag so it didn't seem especially out of line). Easy enough to miss during the wrap-up on that. It's at 5d6+1 now, so 18-19 on average.

To aid prep discussions, of longer-lasting buffs, I have left Freedom of Movement if anyone wants it and Communal Resist Energy (for Resist 20 now). I have 3 Breath of Lifes available between the First Aid Gloves & 1 spell prep, but let's hope we don't need 'em. By my reckoning, the Magic Circle is still up for a while longer (over an hour, I think)

Not IC as best I can tell. It's a concept I came across prepping a swordsmanship manual, "Avoid the "closed door of knowledge", a learning plateau that comes with the impulse to say, "I know" whenever new information is presented. Instead, fight it by formulating a question about each new idea. Consider the question "I know that, but what am I actually DOING?." The term came to mind as I wondered, "what happens if we go in the room & shut the door?"
