Here is Ouachitonian's Lythari elf shifter (weretouched). Sort of a jack-of-all-trades (except spellcasting). He can fight, he can sneak around, survive in the wilderness, track, etc, though might not be as good at any as a single-purpose character. But if you want someone to slink around unnoticed in an area where wolves can be found, he's your elf.
Here's Ouachitonian's submission. I've played the first half of the AP before, as a paladin, and wanted to go a different direction. This run seems likely to be a bit chaotic, so I think this character will work. Liam is a Magus(Eldritch Archer)/Ranger(Divine Marksman*/Tanglebriar Demonslayer), recently relocated from Kyonin to assist Mendev in fighting their demons and facilitate cooperation and friendship between the two realsm (and/or because Kyonin was tired of dealing with him and wanted him out of their hair). He shoots all the things with all the of arrows. Also has a lot of skills, can roll all the knowledges, will soon have an animal companion, to better guard himself and any other "we stay in the back" types. Killing demons a particular specialty, naturally. *Ilsurian Archer with the Varisian/Iomedae flavor filed off. If that's not ok, just say so, GM.
Here's Ouachitonians character. Is there anything flammable around? It's been *hours* since I got to set anything on fire. Mechanically, Liam is a pure Pyrokineticist. He's all about ranged blasting, burning and destroying all the things. He does have some pretty solid skills, Stealth, Escape Artist, Acrobatics, etc., so he can potentially still be useful in non-combat situations. He does have the Elemental-Infused template, plus Kineticist 6, planning to go straight Kineticist the rest of the way, doubling down on fire at next level, not sure what he'll take for his third element. Maybe air or aether. Maybe Void if he spends enough time hanging out with undead between now and then. Now he has to go, there are some trees over there that look like they'd burn well.
Ok, this is Ouachitonian's character. Liam is largely a groom and courier in the employ of House Celverian, but he fancies himself also one of their men-at-arms (this is technically true, he has had some military training, but let's face it, if he ever goes with their knights to battle, he'll be taking care of the horses). Mechanically he's a plain vanilla hunter. This will be a pure mounted build, taking full advantage of the Hunter's bonus teamwork feats that he gets to share with his companion. He's got spells, but more importantly he's got a lance and a wolfdog that will get to benefit from things like Outflank, Pack Flanking, Precise Strike, Paired Opportunists, etc etc. I went with a wolfdog because Riding Dog, while it appears the Bestiary, isn't on the list of animal companions, and a regular dog isn't big enough to carry a halfling. Don't think of her as part wolf, I'm just using that to proxy for a larger dog breed, like a bullmastiff or something, if that's ok, GM.

Ok, here's Ouachitonian's half-elf paladin, ready to light up the dark. His background's admittedly a bit thin, mostly because we're jumping into the middle of an AP and I haven't played book 2 or 3 so I'm not completely sure of the set-up. He starts out as a pretty typical paladin, if not necessarily a typical Sarenrite: greatsword, power attack, full plate, smite the evil. What more do you want? But wait, there's more! He combines the Hospitaler and Warrior of the Holy Light archetypes, gaining a pool of channels that don't use his much-in-demand Lay on Hands, so he's not exactly a cleric, but still has a good bit of healing in a pinch. And what can he do with those Lay on hands, you ask? Well, first off, he can shed a 30 foot radius of light (much to the consternation of the Drow, one hopes) that boosts AC, saves, attack, and damage for all the allies within the radius. Also, I took the Sunblade feat, which I just discovered while making this character, giving him another way to light up some drow. A final point of interest is that I took the energy resistance FCB (from Human, but I'm a half-elf, I can do that), figuring it makes sense for a Sarenrite to be inured to heat and cold. One question, GM: I took the Fey-Touched alternate race trait, which doesn't seem to be PFS approved. Are you ok with that, or should I delete it?
Hey folks. I’ve recently gone back to school, flight school. I’m hoping to be an airline pilot in a few years. I knew it would take a lot of commitment, but now that it’s underway I realize the commitment is going to be significantly more than I even realized. As much as I enjoy it, I’m not going to have time for gaming for a while. Maybe I can come back in a year or so when I’m done training and just trying to build up my hours. (I’m not asking you to hold a spot for me, to be clear), but for now I have to step away. It’s been fun, and I’ll miss it, but real life has to come first. I want this career, and in the short term that’s going to require some sacrifices. Hope I see y’all around some time. Best of luck, and happy gaming.

Liam moves back, having no way to affect the swarm.
"I'll go with whatever." Liam says over his shoulder, as he casually flings a bit of acid into the fog.
Liam nods, but from he ways his brows are furrowed it's clear that he doesn't really understand. When Vivi moves off, he follows, staying close to her since she's...uh, whatever she is. He is not as quiet as she is.
Liam looks at Vivi curiously as her accent keeps shifting. he approaches her closely, bringing his head level with hers and looking her in the eyes. "Are you alright, V? You're talking strangely."
Liam shrugs and moves in to attack, flanking one of the others if possible.
After some quick words and gestures, Liam places a hand on Vivi's shoulder as he moves aside, ready to flank the scorpion.
Liam, noticing this odd behavior, follows Nima out of the room. Once he catches up to her he says "Nima? What's wrong? You seem upset."
Sorry for my absence folks, I work for a certain internet retailer, and the weeks around Prime Day is our busiest period outside the Christmas season. Not done yet either, I'll be pulling 55 hours next week at least. Hopefully things will taper off after that.
Liam blinks a few times, then smiles and hugs Nima. "Thank you so much! You have no idea how worried I was about never being able to see again. By the light of the Dawnflower, I am in your debt."
Liam hangs on to Vivi, shaking his head a bit as they walk along. "That sounds...insane."
I'm about to move. Next week may be spotty.
Liam feels someone place his hand on his...no, her belt and direct him. He leans in to the contact slightly and whispers "Well, not every day a lady puts my hand on her pants." and chuckles. Hmm. Not sure who this is. Might shouldn't have gone for a joke there. But it's better than thinking about how I can live like thi...nope, not going there. Hand on the lady's waist.
Don't worry about it. We're not paying you anything, so I'd hardly blame you for taking a vacation from the game while you're vacationing from real work!
"Uh, help? Can anyone fix this?" Liam says, waving a hand in front of his sightless eyes.
A look of consternation on his face, Liam swings again.
Liam's world goes dark, but he remembers more or less where the troglodyte was, so he steps toward it and swings anyway!
Liam moves up to attack the creature with his scimitar.
Liam shakes off the maddening noise and looks over the creature carefully as he draws his bow. Then he fires an arrow at it.

Liam follows the others.
Sorry, I wasn't even sure what map we were on, much less where we're going and what we're doing. Besides "back to the dungeon where we needed extraplanar deus ex machina to not all die."
Liam is...hesitant. "The last...day? Two? Has been such a whirlwind. I'm not even sure where we stand now. We fled, but, did we all escape? I thought I'd died. Liam says, in the silence.
Liam doesn't notice Sassarra leave, or even know she was ever there. He eventually wakes up and wanders into the hall where the others are eating, and finds an open seat.
Liam feels something across his face. His eyes drift open, and he reaches up to brush the hair from his face. But..that's not my hair. Its too dark. he thinks. Only then does he notice Sassarra's body next to his, her arm across his chest. Wait. Did we? No. he mentally shrugs, and reaches his own arm up from under her, returning her embrace, his hand resting on her lower back. Then he relaxes, trying to rest and enjoy a woman's embrace. It's a difficult balance, but eventually he drifts back to sleep. Maybe this is Heaven, after all.

Liam comes around confused. What is this? I thought I'd been killed. As Sassarra and Vivi disrobe and get in the hot tub, he tries not to stare. Is this heaven? But why would there be mephits? Shrugging, he removes his clothes and leaves them folded on the bench, then he joins the others in the tub. He is, however, careful not to get in too close to the others, for propriety's sake.
I'm busy being dead. lol
Liam slashes harmlessly at the leader.
"Uh, sure." Liam says, distracted by the newcomer. Where did he come from? he thinks. Nevertheless, he shuffles over to the other side of the door and waits to attack the first gnoll in.
Seeing no other viable option, Liam sizes up the nearest unchosen, then continues attacking.
So...what's our plan here? I thought we were retreating, but now we're attacking again?
As the unchosen's chains fall, Liam glances around nervously. Switching to a defensive weave with his scimitar, Liam backs toward the door and the retreating party.
rusting Aukan to handle the narrow ledge, Liam moves to head off the gnolls on Vivi, Bhashir, and Sendi's flank.
