Sorry guys, it's been rough over here. Still in inspection/inspection resolution stages, Sven, but things are all over the place with that. We've had to ask for an extension on providing our thoughts on the inspection because a strange twist of fate did not get all the results back in time and it's nuts.
I would appreciate it, personally, if you would not try to check on me/urge me along several times a day. 99% of the time I cannot post during business hours and evenings are at least partially absorbed by child every day. I will post 1-2 times per day on average. The GM knows where I'm at and what I'm doing. If he feels there is a huge problem with my posting, he will tell me. Trust me on that. Your constant checks are actually making this stressful for me.
Ok, this is a lot to catch up on. I've skimmed it while I was boiling water for dinner, but right now I have to finish cooking and then go look at houses, so I can put more input in later. I will say 2 things for now: 1. I don't give a flying fig if "loot distribution" is 100% even, as long as it is fair and sensical. I really don't think we should be selling weapons/armor that people actually need to make themselves better, nor do I think they need to be docked crazy amounts of treasure as a result. Better to just say, you got all the items so you'll get only a half share of the gold, or whatever. 2. I have no idea at all where the numbers for how much money my character supposedly has came from on that spreadsheet. It makes no sense to me at all.
GM Mezegis wrote: I wanted to ask about that. For HP, do we want to run PFS style of half HD+1, or risk dice rolls? Doesn't matter to me any, but I'd like it to be a group decision. I'd answer, but it seems we already have a majority. My opinion is therefore moot. >.> @Kalt: I'd agree that we lack range, but you should do whatever you think is most thematic. I would agree with Sven's assessment that you have the best option of the 3 of us to be a good ranged fighter. However, I played this character to branch out into new ground and get away from my typical elven archer, so I can totally understand the desire to want to do something different from your norm.
"Come back here ya cowards!" Lachna shouts after the retreating pixies. Knowing it's useless to chase the tiny buggers in this terrain, she looks around quickly for the location of other enemies and sees them all woefully out of reach. Spotting Sven on the ground, she begins to make her way back in the direction of the main group.

I already asked him after the last time not to GM NPC me during working hours again as I was clear in the beginning that I would mostly be available for evening posting.
Lachna relaxes noticeably when the last zombie has fallen. "Well, th' was a nasty s'prise. Let's hope there's not more o' them about." As Ankih has already noted that he will take care of Avora's leg, the dwarf leaves him to it and begins to survey the surroundings. A quick survey tells her that a downed carriage is the least of her concerns. She is more intrigued by the people laying around the ice statue. What could cause that I wonder? She looks the statue up and down, trying to see if there's a lever or anything, a button, any holes. She puts her face quite near it, but does not actually touch the statue at all at this point. Perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (17) + 6 = 23 for examining the statue At Sven's question she looks up for a moment and looks ponderous, as if trying to remember something. knowledge nature: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (10) + 4 = 14 to see if she knows if wintertouched are linked with undead
So, my apologies to everyone, but it's going to be a slow day here. I'd suggest not waiting to see what Lachna does, for the rest of you high on initiative. My computer monitor failed to turn on this morning and all my attempts at a fix failed. I can't see the map right on my phone. So, it looks like my actions will have to wait until after work when I can get out to buy a new monitor. :(

Oh yea! I totally remember that. That was hilarious. Thank you. It was really bugging me.

In my family, those from Minnesota tend to end up going to other cold climes in winter, but then again we're weird. One of my cousins who lived up there wore flip flops every day for a year straight once just to say she did it. *sigh* |
