What PbP post rate best fits your interests and schedule?
Usually I am able to post at least once a day, more often if situation and game speed allows.

Afternoon and night UTC +2
GM Mikkel wrote:
Do you expect to have any periods when posting is impossible? (And if so, how do you feel about the GM bot-ing your character?)
Probably (getting sick, daily before a test, stuff like that ) planing to be abroad for a month in the summer (should be able to post from time to time ) no problem with Gmail botting

I assume you are taking about pnp;)
Creating interesting characters and seeing what happens. I also like interesting fights and challenges.

Why do you want to play in this game?
The setting sounds interesting.
GM Mikkel wrote:
Why would you be a good fit in this game?
I think I fit well into this game, because I am good with creative problem solving and like good roleplaying.

1-2 character ideas including race, class, country of origin, a short background summary, and personality. Essentially a sense of how they’d fit into and interact with the party. (Details and crunch are not required - I’m much more interested in choices your character would make, not choices you’d make for stats.)
The bar is filled with the rowdy chatter and bad singing that is to be expected of such a disreputable tavern. The bar is the only place with any seats left and you make your way over.
"Take a seat," the burly barkeep says sourly, "be with you in a moment. I'm a little busy."
Looking around, you can't help but notice that even as full as the tavern is, the barkeep isn't serving any drinks.
The tall girl sitting at the bar takes a second look around the room looking for the reason for the lack of drinks and everyone that looks like he could put up a good fight.
The martial artist turns back to the bartender and asks with a grin "who or what do I have to punch around here to get some booze"
She rubs her scar, that is both inconspicuous and impossible to not notice, absendmindedly. "I've got coin if that's the problem "
@Sasha: I have finished updating it ;), Dockside Brawler doesn't truly fit her background and is useless as a trait(for me), I will go with Eye for Plunder, it fits better and gives me an actual benefit

Directly after his statement he sees his captain being dragged in by Keila.
Keila enters and waves at the captain "Captain, look what I have found."

Yet you know his name without being prompted... Curious. Captain Ventra says very sarcastically as he draws a vial of Alchemist's Fire. Tell me what you know, and I promise I will not torture you to death...

Keila is also up for pilfering (she was a bandid once after all :) ). Killing the captured pirates and priest would be ok with her(she would just demand to kill those she took down herself( an honor thing)), but she would also be ok with letting them go(the boy survived, so there is no need for any more killing)

if the head priest has surrendered, Keila will charge the pirate captain(or a pirate between them)
Idea for charge attack:
if the attack is strong enough to knock the target out, Keila could do a "charge-jump-and-grab-targets-head-to-smash-it-into-the-floor"-move, followed by taking a step back(to stand were she's spposed to be after a charge), dust herself of and grin at her next victim enemy

So ... How do we continue pirate hunting if Umberlee hates us?
I can't see us giving her big enough sacrifice that she forgives us(unless it's clerics of another evil god)
We could try to get the favor of enough gods of travel, weather and nature for save-ish travels.
Or we could upgrade our ship to an airship and become air pirate hunters.

'this whole thing could be fun after all'
Keila seizes up the pirate captain, trying to determine his most likely fighting style based on his stace, choice of weapon and all the other tells a experienced fighter can read.
perception/sense motiv:1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11
'he is using a rapier, that means his style is either based on precision or on speed, his main talent is close combat, or he wouldn't have engaged me in melee'
if nobody (conscious) is behind her:
Keila, guessing that he is a weapon reliant fighter, attempts to disarm the pirate captain by slapping the blade of his weapon aside and leashing out with a kick at the pommel and the hand holding it.
disarm pirtate captain; treat as two disarm atempts if the first fails
if succesfull
the Martial Artist attacks her enemy with a vicious elbow strike and catches the flying weapon with her left hand.
else:
Keila, unwilling to be bothered by the small frys while battling a dangerous opponent (the captain is ususaly the most danerous member of a pirate crew), lashes out with a devastating back kick at whoever was stupid enough to try to attack her from behind.
attack enemy behind Keila ; if he survives attack again (roundhouse kick) else disarm pirate captain(first spoiler)

if Keila can reach the head priest priest with a charge:
Keila, realizing that the boy's time is running short, charges the heap priest to break his hold on the boy.
attack/combat manuver:1d20 ⇒ 15+5 power attack/combat manuver, +7 charge+power attack/disarm, +6 dirty trick damage:1d6 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6(+2 (if power attack))
use attack/whatever combat manuver is best suited to make the head priest lose his hold on the boy
if AoOs are provoked, Keila will click the heals of her Daredevil Boots before charging/moving ( if possible I would like to reflavor them from boots to kung-fu shoes (still bright orange with flame motive ;) )) acrobatics(if needed):1d20 + 13 ⇒ (3) + 13 = 16
else if a good shot at the Head priest is posible:
Keila, realizing that the boy's time is running short, takes her sling out and unleashes a bullet at the heap priest to break his hold on the boy
sling attack(reach +10 ft.) at head priest, attack -> first spoiler, move before attacking if necessary (only do if I end up closer to the head priest) else move as close to head priest as possible
else if Keila can reach a priest with a 5-foot step:
Keila, frustrated by being unable to reach the boy while knowing that his time is running out, unleashes her frustration in a series of devastating attacks targeted at the next priest in her way.
'I know I can't save everyone, but I will ***** try, again' brawlers furry against priest, first attack -> first spoiler -2 (using power attack) second attack:1d20 + 3 ⇒ (11) + 3 = 14 second damage:1d6 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10
if Keila can't reach a priest with a 5-foot step:
Keila, frustrated by being unable to reach the boy while knowing that his time is running out, unleashes her frustration in a devastating charge, concluded by a flying side-kick, at the next priest in her way.
'I know I can't save everyone, but I will ***** try, again' charge at priest, attack -> first spoiler (using power attack)

@Halrian: Would you be willing to craft a Belt of Superior Maneuvers for me? I would offer my daredevil softpaws as payment(I am not sure what I was thinking when I bought them)
Female Human Brawler1 ;Init +4; Perception +6;Martial flexibility 4/4
sweeeet :3
Keila, realising that a desicion has been made, charges, kicks open the doors and strikes a heroic pose, shouting "STOP YOUR EVIL ACTIONS, EVIL DOERS!" part having been a masked vigiland and part tactic (a fight is much easyer if your opponend doesn't take you serious
Shifting from her heroic pose into a relaxed fighting stace the martial artist looks at the group of pirates, stage wispering "man, what an ugly son of a goat and a blobfish" should fokus them on me and not on our sneaking captain or the casters
Female Human Brawler1 ;Init +4; Perception +6;Martial flexibility 4/4
initiative:1d20 + 3 ⇒ (14) + 3 = 17
I will use disarm on the pirates (they should be pretty weapon dependant). Keila is happyer with the way things are going now, but she would have been able to accept the other route (begrundgingly)

a few questions on crafting: can I take 10? how much time do we have (per day) for crafting while we travle? how do you handle crafting cheap items ( like Dan Bongs (1 sp))(I could make one per hour when taking 10)?
