The paladin gives him a pat on the shoulder before hugging each of her siblings. "Farbie and I are going to go visit mother and father for a while, catch up, and then go our separate ways for a while. Our new friend here's been keeping Faribus busy for quite some time. And I go where my goddess needs me, which meant following you for this chance to save Bartelby, and now? Who knows! Magdh tends to surprise me."
Faribus nods, turning partway towards the exit. "We'll update the House on your progress, but do make sure to write more often. Father is growing worried that he's been demoted to your personal scroll scribe."
Julania interrupts Xallis' potential offer with her usual perfect timing. "And no, don't worry about teleporting us. We'd like to use the walk to talk about something other than the Lotheeds for once."
The siblings share one last farewell before they depart, leaving the middle child with his friends and former rival.

Julania considers intervening with the warpriest, but decides against it. She would have wanted to die in battle and service to Gorum, she presumes.

She glances over to Navia, who seems down for the count, but she knows that the eidolon's life is not in danger so long as her brother is safe. Instead, she bears a cocky smile as she attacks the warpriest with her own badge of office.

The paladin takes a stride into Hulgra's kill zone in hopes of catching her on the backswing. Sensing her moment, she thrusts her dagger forward in an attempt to drive it between the hilt and the warrior's palm!

Also, Julania has a trait that boosts all Luck bonuses by +1, so the luckstone might work with her well. But it's also a pretty strong item and it might serve the party much better better on a main PC instead of a cohort.

Julania follows after her brother, gracefully stepping over the rubble and making the best of her dwindling quickness. When Xallis stops, so does she. The paladin raises her holy symbol and concentrates, causing it to glow with divine energy.
"Alright, let's clean up." she says, hoisting her blood stained scythe.

This could prove to be more difficult than she thought, and she's not sure if she can get it open with one swift kick. Instead, she turns her head towards her brother in hopes of getting a hand in the matter.

As the crew prepares for their investigation, the sound of galloping hooves follows along the path behind them. The source is a horse briskly approaching, ridden by a well toned woman with long, raven hair. She wears armor with a forest accent and swirls of blue beneath the green leaves and vines built into its design. Across her back is an ornate scythe made of cold iron.
She dismounts and hits the ground with a thud. As if on cue, her mount dissipates into nothing.
"I'm just in time. Greetings, everyone. I don't think we've been properly introduced yet. Julania Livara, paladin in service to the goddess Magdh. And, paradoxically enough, retainer of the Livara estate."
Xallis opens his mouth to speak, but Julania is quick to answer his unspoken question. "Remember your connections to father, dear brother? And the scrolls he promised to craft for you? You've been neglecting his kindness, so I opted to make a request for a pair of scrolls on your behalf. One of which I used to get here."
And again, she deftly intercepts the followup question. "No, I do not know how to cast it. But a magically inclined gentleman was able to cast it for me.... in exchange for the other scroll."
She smiles, hefting her scythe. "Now then, I'd love to see this 'extended family' of yours in action! Shall we?"
