At this point, I'm rather irritated. We all know things go wrong and outside factors can make the best plans go awry, but there is absolutely no excuse for the current lack of communication to their supporting subscribers.

When things go wrong, part of the Customer Service responsibility is to keep the customers informed. Yes, the digestive biproducts may have hit a rotary air moving device in the warehouse to have delayed things this much, but that shouldn't stop someone in CS providing some sort of timing update to the still waiting subscribers with shipments looking to be processed after the public release date, whose purchases ultimately help pay their wages.

We expect all subscription orders to be shipped by end of day Wednesday (3/27). The combination of Seven Dooms for Sandpoint swaps between hardcover and softcover editions and the release of Monster Core put the warehouse about a week behind of where we'd like to be.

If anyone has a subscription that has not shipped by Wednesday, please contact Customer Service.

Currently, when you click "Contact Us", there's a page with a column labeled "Customer Support".
The link under that heading for "Customer Service" creates an email for customer.service@paizo.com

This post is pretty obscure, so I'm not sure people are actually going to be using your "Cusomer Service Portal" until Paizo makes it visible to more people.

All tickets created at the portal go to the same customer service inbox as the email does. The portal has some answers to frequent questions that can let people get answers immediately rather than waiting for a CS response. We'll be expanding on those over the next month or two.

But yes, we still need to update the Contact Us section to point to the portal. Thanks for the feedback!

We are well past time for an update, and that's on me. We're currently digging out from a few issues:

1.) Tracking numbers are broken again, sending invalid numbers to customers. Our tech team is investigating how this happened and determining a fix for it. We don't have an easy way to get tracking numbers out to people, but we definitely owe everyone a response to it. This has generated a large number of tickets, and our best advice now is to wait a few weeks for your order to arrive (longer for international orders).

2.) Many users are reporting issues with their Pathfinder Society and Starfinder Society PDFs not showing up in their downloads. The tech team is investigating the source of this as well.

3.) We have many requests to swap out the softcover Seven Dooms for Sandpoint for the hardcover version. That's currently a priority so we can get those products shipped out with the rest of the March releases.

4.) We are down a customer service agent, and that will be filled from a transfer inside the company.

We are asking some employees to jump into the current ticket queue to help us get caught up (and that includes me), but the ticket queue likely won't go down much until issues 1 and 2 are fixed. We are working through the issues as quickly as we can.

Reminder: Please do not post your issues to this thread. If you need to create a ticket, please do so at the Customer Service Portal.

Thanks again for your support of Paizo.

By the by, there's now a Tan Ripper who's also one and two starring every Pathfinder 2e product.

I don't want to be cranky, but please Paizo, can this be dealt with? Or can someone explain an easy way to leave a review on a product? This is actually making it very hard to evaluate whether any Pathfinder 2e book is worth it, because a heckler's veto is being applied to the products and being one and two starred in such a blatantly false way. There's no way this isn't spam, considering they are all blank reviews and it's every 2e product.

Reviews are something else that will change when the new e-commerce store is built. Many sites only allow confirmed purchasers to leave reviews to avoid issues like this, but I don't have specifics on this particular feature 100% ironed out yet to tell you exactly how it will work in the near future. Stay tuned.

Here's the latest updates on shipping products to European backers.
On 1 December, Customs asked for paizo.com URLs for every product, which Paizo provided.
On 2 December, Customs requested additional text be added on the commercial invoice, which we submitted.
On 6 December, Customs requested that Paizo file for a new EORI number, which we did.
On 7 December, Customs asked for Paizo to send them the original confirmation email we received from the EORI office, which we have done.

We are now waiting on confirmation from Fulfillment Europe that the goods have been released. Products should start shipping from Fulfillment Europe within 48 hours of receipt.

We wanted to take a moment to acknowledge concerns expressed about international fulfillment of our Kingmaker Adventure Path products. Here’s the latest status for our international backers.

Product has arrived in Australia and Aetherworks has begun shipping.

Lion Rampant in Canada has begun shipping and is sending out shipping notifications for Canadian customers.

Spiral Galaxy in the UK expects arrival on September 24th, but a pending strike in the ports may delay that. More information on the potential strike is available here.

Ulisses Spiele will be shipping the Kingmaker products, but the port of Hamburg is currently congested and the unloading at the port has been delayed until October 13th, with arrival at the Ulisses warehouse expected by October 24th.

We understand that this is a disappointment to our European backers, and we apologize for this delay. Coordinating shipping windows with variable delays in transit time, port processing, and fulfillment partner scheduling around other projects made synchronization impossible.

Paizo continues to ship backer products to North American backers, which we expect to be finished by September 23rd. There is currently an issue with getting the correct tracking information for Paizo shipping emails into the account order display, resulting in tracking numbers that don’t work. We are looking into this, but we are unable to provide tracking numbers at this time.

Thanks again for backing the Kingmaker Adventure Path, and we continue working to ensure that you receive your Kingmaker products as soon as possible.

Given that it is the EU I am also a bit concerned. But let’s what paizo comes back with.

One backer posted this email answer by Paizo on the GameOn Tabletop site:

Medriev@GameOn Tabletop wrote:

This is what I had from Paizo by email yesterday so not expecting them to offer much more info here:

"We sent Kingmaker products to our fulfillment partners outside the US as soon as we received it in our warehouses. Unfortunately, the shipping industry has still not recovered from Covid and we are still witnessing delays and supply chain issues. We also supplied them with the information for all orders needing fulfillment. At this point, we have no insight into their processes or timelines."

Looks like it might be up to backers to chase fulfillment partners and doesn't really fit with what Ulysses Spiel are saying. The one positive for me is that Spiral Galaxy Games in the UK seem pretty communicative and helpful but appreciate that doesn't help RoW backers elsewhere.

It looks a little like no-one feels in charge of delivering to EU backers, and no-one seems to want to say something about that.

By the way, earlier this week, Marcus Plötz of Ulisses Spiele said on a Twitch Stream that Ulisses was not handling delivery of the Kingmaker products and that the information by Paizo was wrong. Today, Ulisses has stated on Discord that they will not answer any questions on this issue.

@Paizo: this issue needs to be resolved.

I spoke to Markus earlier today (Friday, September 9th) and he confirmed to me that Ulisses Spiele will be fulfilling Kingmaker products to EU backers.
