So I went searching for maps and was shown a countdown for how long the sale would last. It happened for multiple maps, here is it for Ambush Sites Multipack.
I see a way to add it to my wishlist, but no way to add it to my cart.
Right now it looks like I can not buy any of the items on the flash sale.
Confirming that Ambush Sites is out of stock. The store is supposed to put up a notice when that happens, so we'll investigate this next week.

We're working on a unified release calendar for the website. For now, you can see the calendars for Pathfinder and Starfinder on their respective store pages, on the Subscriptions page, and each of the Coming Soon pages.

As we have done with the other two Remaster rulebooks, customers who own the original Dark Archive PDF will receive the Dark Archive Remaster PDF for free.
We plan to add this to your Library or Digital Content on February 4th (street date).

-Jim I feel like telling people to adjust their browser settings for all websites is a bit of a band-aid 'fix', when there are both a long-standing HTTP header (Content-Disposition) and an HTML5 attribute (the download attribute of the a tag) either of which can be used by the website to instruct the browser to download rather than displaying a PDF. I'm hoping that your plan to address this involves such an approach (or something similar if there's a third method I'm unaware of). Yes, that is the plan. By default, software should work without requiring anyone to make changes to the default behavior of their software.

I added this to Known Issues, but I'll post again here for visibility. Here's what we currently have planned for the Library, with more to come:
Library
-Thanks for all your feedback on the Library. This product did not meet Paizo's quality level (and more importantly, yours) and we are working on some fixes based on your feedback. You will see the fixes below coming in waves over the next several weeks.
- Multi-Download: We know it's important to be able to download multiple products at once and this remains a top issue.
- Apply button: We're removing this from the process. When you click a file, it will open up into the download page. When you sort, the action selected will immediately happen.
-Mobile Button: We're moving the download button higher up on mobile devices so scrolling is not required.
- Names: We're updating the navigation to make it clear which item is the single-file download and which is the by-chapter version.
- Filters: The next update will see us remove some filtering options as we work on a better solution that can handle hundreds of results from a single query.
- Pagination on searches will be improved.
- Incomplete Libraries: As we continue to improve the Library, we will sync your digital downloads to the Library. Until then, you will still have access to your old digital content at the community login.
We're hoping on seeing some of the above come into testing next week and have an update to the library soon. More details when I have them.

We have turned off most redemption at checkout until we get an exploit fixed. You can use your coupons by going to your Paizo Plus Rewards page and then clicking the Redeem gold button. From there you can just copy the code and apply it at checkout.

There are currently two locations for digital content and two separate logins:
All digital products purchased prior to the launch of the new store are at the Paizo Community site. You’ll also find organized play reporting and forums through this login.
The second login is the Paizo Store. Here, you’ll find your Subscription Manager, Paizo Connect, your new Library, and all your account settings.
As we make updates to the Library, we'll eventually move all of the content from the Community site into the new Library. Thanks for your patience during our remodeling.

Thanks for the clarification, Jim — I had forgotten that the new store is currently applying a 15% discount for everyone during the launch period.
Just to confirm my understanding: once this transition period ends, even if we have Legendary tier in Paizo Plus, unless we maintain 4 or more active subscriptions, our subscription and add-to-next items will ship with no discount, since (as you’ve said) “Paizo Plus won’t apply to subscriptions.” That is correct.

Shipping is becoming a bigger issue every day, and I think the only solution we have is partnering with other companies to distribute our products from AU/EU locations. That's on my radar, but the first priorities have been "stand up a new ecommerce store and work out all the new backend processes." We're in that phase now and likely will be for some time. But I definitely hear you on this issue; I just need some stuff to get checked off my list before we can start working on international solutions. Thanks for your patience.

The 15% discount is nice, but not automatic with the battles sub, have to sub to 4 items or get legendary, and not as large of a discount as we were getting.
Subscription discounts will only apply to subscription products. Right now, case subscription get a 30% discount, Bricks get a 25% discount, Singles get a 20% discount, and Epic Monsters get a 20% discount. If you maintain 4+ subs, you'll get 15% off all other items using add-to-next.

My history failed to come across and my Paizo Plus tier is still wrong.
I fixed up my address, payment method and my subscriptions myself, although I did get charged the setup fee which seems a bit off even though it was only $0.08 <smiley face>.
Also, I am a 'Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Charter Subscriber' and I am hoping I have not lost that status. I also have not seen my Paizo Plus status upgrade for all the purchases I'd made last year. I remember it being mentioned as a known bug in that post, and so was believing it was being worked on. However, now it doesn't mention the issue, and doesn't say it has been fixed either.
Is it believed that it is fixed (in which case shouldn't it be listed in the items you believe existed, but thought were fixed) so I'd know I need to contact Customer Support about it separately, as it has not been fixed for me.
I lost my subscriptions as well, so had to resign up for them.
I also had, (trying to remember the exact tag) but I also had a Legacy Subscriber tag (The on that came from being an AP subscriber through the transition from 1st edition to second edition) Do I need to open a new ticket, or is this still being worked on and a known issue? Paizo has completed the re-tiering of everyone for Paizo Plus. If you don't have the right tier from your purchases, please open a ticket with Customer Service.
If you are a Legacy Paizo Advantage - Adventure Path member and have an Adventure Path subscription, you should be setup already. In order to qualify for this tier, you had to maintain a subscription to the Adventure Path line. We took everyone who was active on November 16th and transferred them over to the new AP subscription. Those that were missed were due to not having an adventure path subscription in the new store, so we are adding those as they reach out to us after they restart their subscriptions.

Starting on Subscriber Day for February subscriptions (January 20, 2026), subscribers will receive 15% off all their subscription and add-to-next products if they have 4 or more active subscriptions in their Subscription Manager. This allows subscribers to save money on shipping and earn the same 15% discount by adding products to their subscriptions regardless of their Paizo Plus tier.
All January subscriptions (Pathfinder Maps and Starfinder Maps) will receive a 15% discount on subscription products and add-to-next products regardless of how many active subscriptions you have. Subscriber Day for both of these products is next Monday, December 22nd.
We will be adding additional details on your Subscription Manager and promoting Subscriber Advantage on subscription pages.
Subscriber Advantage: Enjoy 15% off all subscription and add-to-next products when you maintain 4 active subscriptions.
- Displayed prices include all discounts but do not include taxes and shipping.
- Shipping always uses the least-expensive carrier.
- Paizo Plus discounts and Store sale prices don’t apply to subscriptions or add-to-next products.

New Products are those that have most recently been added to the Paizo Store. We've seen a request to allow filtering by publication date, but we don't have an elegant way of doing that through the filter side-nav.
There are nearly 10k products available on the new store and we've received feedback about missing products that we've added. Each time we add one, it shows up in the newest products list. It also shows up based on when we added the products to the site (if you look at Pathfinder releases by newest you'll see a host of Foundry products listed).

We've heard a lot about PDFs and are looking for ways to improve their visibility and discoverability. We had originally planned to include them on the same page as their physical versions, but the store doesn't support physical products being mixed with digital.
We've added last purchased/this product is in your Library functionality to the roadmap, but haven't determined a solution as of yet.

If you see that you've spent 50 gold (for $10 off Society) or 100 gold (for $20 Off Society) and you're still getting the error that you haven't spent enough to qualify, please contact CS and we'll refund your gold to you so you can purchase a new coupon.

Some users have reported that opening files in their Library opens them in another tab by default and will only allow them to save them as XMLs. This solution should solve that issue.

I logged on to the site and updated my payment details (which were missing inthe new store). But when I went to attempted to resend the order I coudn't find any failed orders. I couldn't find any order that contained the items. It looks like my failed orders has disappeared. I have periodically looked to see if there was an auto attempt with the new card but nohing has occurred.
I've raised an issue with one of my orders with support [258685] with a copy of the email that I originally received. But I have not heard back yet.
TL;DR: I'm unable to see or resent my failed order.
I've escalated your support request so we can get that order taken care of. Customer Service remains swamped with tickets, but they are slowly working their way through them.

A discount you would get storewide (like being a Legendary member in Paizo Plus) is in addition to the $off coupons you can redeem gold for. Coupons you redeem for gold are used like cash in the store checkout and don't carry over to future orders.
Using gold to redeem the 10% off rewards does not stack with other %off discounts, including the Legendary.

Unfortunately, we found an exploit and had to turn off the use of $off coupons for digital products today. With today being Cyber Monday, definitely not an ideal thing to happen but we had some significant abuse going on and had to turn it off until we could resolve the issue. I don't have an ETA for when that will be turned back on.

Due to an exploit with the Paizo Plus system, we have temporarily turned off the ability to use $off coupons purchased with gold for digital products. Once we have resolved this exploit, we will turn them back on.
Update: Coupons are once again available to use, but we have removed them from the checkout dropdown menu until we make some changes. You can copy-paste your codes from the Paizo Plus rewards page into the coupon field at checkout.

What about adding a digital edition button to be able to order the pdf version from the same page ?
That's definitely on our wish list! Right now, the store platform doesn't support mixing physical and digital products on the same product page. If they add that functionality, we'll definitely roll out with it as well.
