The Spring Cleaning Sale has been a huge success, and the warehouse team is working as quickly as they can to make sure your orders get out the door safely to you. We brought in two extra staff members this week to help the team catch up, and we’re bringing on two more starting Monday, April 13th.

As of April 9th, the team is working on orders placed on April 2nd and 3rd. At the current pace, we expect to be caught up on orders by the end of next week.

Once processed by the warehouse team, your order status will change from Awaiting Fulfillment to Shipped and you will receive your tracking number. When the shipper scans your package, your tracking information will be updated with the package’s location in the shipping process.

If your order status changes and you do not receive a tracking number, contact customer service and they can provide it to you.

There are a handful of earlier orders that are still being worked through the system. These are normally delayed due to address issues, but we will reach out to you if we can’t fix them on our own. The team is currently working through those as well.

Due to an inspection delay by customs at the Port of Seattle, PZO21011-FM Vast Worlds Multi-Pack will now be a June 3rd release instead of a May release.

Subscribers: There is nothing you need to do. Your Subscription Manager will reflect that change soon.

We're seeing very strong demand for the Spring Cleaning Sale on the Paizo Store. Because of that, we're seeing shipping times that are up to 10 days now. We had a few team members out last week, and we've brought on an extra hand for the next few weeks to work our way quickly through the rush of orders.

We've also received the reprint of Dark Archive, so if you're waiting on that order you should start seeing those go out this week as well.

If you see Awaiting Fulfillment as your order status, it means that your order is with the warehouse team. There is no need to contact the Customer Service team unless you need to cancel your order.

The team is working on orders as they come in, and we hope to get caught up over the next week or so. Thanks again for all your support of Paizo.

Hey folks! A lot has been happening this week, so I wanted to share a quick update on subscriptions, digital content, and a few upcoming fixes.

Subscriptions: Monday was Subscriber Day, and the warehouse team is actively shipping out the new releases. Customer Service is also working through a higher‑than‑usual number of tickets. They’re making steady progress, but replies may take a little longer than normal.

What happened: When subscription processing kicked off on Monday, our fraud‑prevention system incorrectly blocked some orders. A few customers hit the retry limit, which caused their subscriptions to no longer be eligible for retries. Please contact Customer Service if you need assistance with your subscription order.

We’ve updated the fraud rules to prevent this from happening again. Just to be absolutely clear: there was no fraud involved; this was an overly strict protection rule doing the wrong thing.

PDFs and VTT Codes: If you didn’t receive your free PDF with your subscription, those should be in your account now. If you were missing VTT codes, those should also be available in your Library. If you have anything missing, please reach out to Customer Service.

Dark Archive Remastered Hardcover Edition is getting ready to ship from the printer and should arrive at the Paizo warehouse in the next 10 days. Once it arrives, we’ll start shipping them out right away. ETA for order shipping is the week of March 30th through the week of April 6th.

“Item is in your Library”: Some Foundry VTT products you didn’t purchase have a notification that they are in your Library. This will be fixed next week.

Reviews on Every Page: Products once again only have their individual reviews rather than every review on the site.

Paizo Plus Gold: We’re aware that some of you haven’t received your gold for recent purchases. We're working on an update to resolve this issue once and for all. Once this update occurs, Gold will be awarded when an order reaches the Completed status. We’re also updating past orders so they move into Completed where appropriate. We’ll post another update once that work is finished. If you want to use gold right away and are missing some, please contact the customer service team and they can fix it for you.

Today was Subscriber Day, and we are aware that some subscribers did not receive their Hellbreakers Adventure Path PDFs. The team is investigating.

Also, be advised that ticket volume in CS has spiked as a result of both this issue and normal Subscriber Day surges, so response times will be slow this week as we work through the backlog.

As we have done with the other two Remaster rulebooks, customers who own the original Dark Archive PDF will receive the Dark Archive Remaster PDF for free.

We plan to add this to your Library or Digital Content on February 4th (street date).

Starting on Subscriber Day for February subscriptions (January 20, 2026), subscribers will receive 15% off all their subscription and add-to-next products if they have 4 or more active subscriptions in their Subscription Manager. This allows subscribers to save money on shipping and earn the same 15% discount by adding products to their subscriptions regardless of their Paizo Plus tier.

All January subscriptions (Pathfinder Maps and Starfinder Maps) will receive a 15% discount on subscription products and add-to-next products regardless of how many active subscriptions you have. Subscriber Day for both of these products is next Monday, December 22nd.

We will be adding additional details on your Subscription Manager and promoting Subscriber Advantage on subscription pages.

Some users have reported that opening files in their Library opens them in another tab by default and will only allow them to save them as XMLs. This solution should solve that issue.

Due to an exploit with the Paizo Plus system, we have temporarily turned off the ability to use $off coupons purchased with gold for digital products. Once we have resolved this exploit, we will turn them back on.

Update: Coupons are once again available to use, but we have removed them from the checkout dropdown menu until we make some changes. You can copy-paste your codes from the Paizo Plus rewards page into the coupon field at checkout.

Subscriptions kicked off later than we expected and are continuing to process now. As this is the first run under the new system, we're not exactly sure how long it will take to get through the entire subscriber list. It looks like we're about 15-20% done now.

We are also investigating why PDF copies are not being correctly delivered. I'll provide an update as soon as I have one.

[2 p.m. update] We have a potential fix in for the PDFs not releasing upon charge. We will manually grant them when the subscription run finishes for everyone if that fix isn't working. We still have quite a few subscriptions processing.

[4 p.m. update]: We've identified the source of PDFs not being delivered and corrected it. Subscriptions continue to process and we will fulfill missing PDFs when that process is complete, which we expect to be on Tuesday.

[12 p.m. Tuesday Update]: Subscriptions have finished processing and we are preparing to send out all missed PDFs. That should happen before end of day; your exact time will depend on where you are in the queue.

[3:20 Tuesday Update]: All PDFs have been delivered to your Paizo Store Library.

Please us this thread to request features you'd like to see at the new Paizo Store.

A few general guidelines:

1.) If this is a bug, make sure to report it in the Bug Reports thread.
2.) Be respectful and follow Paizo's Community Guidelines.
3.) If you agree with the feature request, favorite the post by clicking the '+'.
4.) Do not debate a feature request. If you don't like it just don't favorite it.
5.) Do not make suggestions that we go back to the old store or recreate the old rewards program.

Paizo does have plans to add more features to the new store post-launch, but the goal of this thread is to make sure we're aligned to the core Paizo community.

So, what would you like to see added to the new store?

While the team has worked hard to ensure that we launch bug-free, a project of this scale will always miss something. Before reporting a bug:

1.) Make sure it's not already a Known Issue.
2.) New Feature requests should be made in the Suggestions and Feature Requests thread.

This thread is only for bug reports and we will remove posts that are not reporting a bug or are otherwise violating Paizo's Community Guidelines.

If your thread is an exploit (such as getting free products; generating infinite gold, etc.) DO NOT post that information in this thread. Instead email customer.service@paizo.com with the details.

When reporting a bug, please include:

1.) The page you were on when you found it.
2.) The steps you took to create the bug.

This thread is to confirm that Paizo is conducting its own market research through Survey Monkey around the Pathfinder Adventure Path product line. The email you receive from Survey Monkey will contain a link to this thread for verification with a return address of marketing@paizo.com. Please note that Paizo will never ask you for confidential information through our surveys, and we will post a new message like this each time we conduct market research.

In order to be considered for participation in Paizo market research, you must opt-in to receive emails. You can do this through your Privacy Settings under My Account and make sure the check box for Products, Offers, News, and Events is checked.

Opting in does not mean you will automatically be included in research, but it does mean that you'll be a potential participant as we select random samples of participants for each round of research.

We are well past time for an update, and that's on me. We're currently digging out from a few issues:

1.) Tracking numbers are broken again, sending invalid numbers to customers. Our tech team is investigating how this happened and determining a fix for it. We don't have an easy way to get tracking numbers out to people, but we definitely owe everyone a response to it. This has generated a large number of tickets, and our best advice now is to wait a few weeks for your order to arrive (longer for international orders).

2.) Many users are reporting issues with their Pathfinder Society and Starfinder Society PDFs not showing up in their downloads. The tech team is investigating the source of this as well.

3.) We have many requests to swap out the softcover Seven Dooms for Sandpoint for the hardcover version. That's currently a priority so we can get those products shipped out with the rest of the March releases.

4.) We are down a customer service agent, and that will be filled from a transfer inside the company.

We are asking some employees to jump into the current ticket queue to help us get caught up (and that includes me), but the ticket queue likely won't go down much until issues 1 and 2 are fixed. We are working through the issues as quickly as we can.

We wanted to take a moment to acknowledge concerns expressed about international fulfillment of our Kingmaker Adventure Path products. Here’s the latest status for our international backers.

Product has arrived in Australia and Aetherworks has begun shipping.

Lion Rampant in Canada has begun shipping and is sending out shipping notifications for Canadian customers.

Spiral Galaxy in the UK expects arrival on September 24th, but a pending strike in the ports may delay that. More information on the potential strike is available here.

Ulisses Spiele will be shipping the Kingmaker products, but the port of Hamburg is currently congested and the unloading at the port has been delayed until October 13th, with arrival at the Ulisses warehouse expected by October 24th.

We understand that this is a disappointment to our European backers, and we apologize for this delay. Coordinating shipping windows with variable delays in transit time, port processing, and fulfillment partner scheduling around other projects made synchronization impossible.

Paizo continues to ship backer products to North American backers, which we expect to be finished by September 23rd. There is currently an issue with getting the correct tracking information for Paizo shipping emails into the account order display, resulting in tracking numbers that don’t work. We are looking into this, but we are unable to provide tracking numbers at this time.

Thanks again for backing the Kingmaker Adventure Path, and we continue working to ensure that you receive your Kingmaker products as soon as possible.
