Seconding the RSS for the blog. It doesn't sound like a big deal, but for those of us who have a lot of different things to keep on top of, not having an RSS feed is a huge deal.
But, not only does it mean I can't follow it in my RSS reader, it also means I can't have a discord bot share new Paizo blog posts in Discord news channels!

As an owner of lots of product I would like to see if I already owned this product, especially with digital products
on the legacy site : there was an "Already in your library"
On the new site I would recommand a simple logo "Owned"
This could allow a later **nice to have** feature : Filter out owned product from a search

As a purchaser overseas, shipping cost are higher, but on top we have administrative fees to pay per parcel (40-70'ish $ sometimes) so it is important to be able to enforce a shipment once in a month usually, through the the subscription shipment.
The first option we have is to use the "Add to subscription Shipment button" when adding an item to purchase, which is very straightforward. Unfortunately
- We can't add Voucher/Coupons, convention voucher code in this case involving that the 20$ convention voucher offered by Paizo (thank you) are not even covering the shipment fees
- The "Add to Subscription Shipment button" isn't available with non-Paizo product available on your store (i.e. the Starfinder Second Edition Field Journal, or other products
I don't like to add multiple features in one post (you have to vote for all or none) but these are my proposed features, but they are all linked to the same user story
1. Allow the account settings to set an option related to the default behaviour of shipment (Ship as soon as purchased or always Ship with the Subscription Shipment)
2. Allow to add store credits from Voucher/Coupons/gift certificate/Convention voucher useable that can be used for Subscription
3. Add a button at checkout to add the order to the next subscription shipment (which could allow different payment method and still group shipment).
so here another pragmatic suggestion
Than you for reading this and adding a + (or a -) if you this this is a pragmatique approach

I requested this on the old site's Map subscription pages, but I'll say it again since there's a new site. The spoiler tagged link to maps on every society scenario product page is so useful that it deserves a reverse lookup equivalent!
Every map product page should have a spoiler tagged link that hides which scenarios use it, with links to those scenarios. I am convinced that someone, somewhere, sometime, brought the wrong map to where their group met, and wished they could just find an alternate scenario to run from their laptop using the physical map they had at the time & place. Implementing this feature is sure to be a tedious pain, but the cost of doing so vs. the utility and potentially, the easy money from the free cross-promotion seems like it should have decent ROI. With year-end being a slow time, this might be a good data entry task for folks to tackle from now to 2026, so here's hoping. Maintaining it would probably also not be too bad, once it’s started up, since there are only so many scenarios, and they only use so many maps each. Also, merely by collecting the information internally, the Society devs can be inspired to use underused maps to keep making novel scenarios!

When a Paizo physical product is selected and that multiple edition is available, I find it awesome that we can select the edition and see directly see the appropriate cover by clicking on a button (so 1 product, 1 page).
What about adding a digital edition button to be able to order the pdf version from the same page ?

That's definitely on our wish list! Right now, the store platform doesn't support mixing physical and digital products on the same product page. If they add that functionality, we'll definitely roll out with it as well.

Not being able to stack vouchers for a purchase is going to dramatically change their usage for subscribers (and super-subscribers) who are also volunteers. I normally leave a convention with 7+ ($15) vouchers I earn through large volunteer blocks. As a super-subscriber, I don't accept/keep physical rewards as I (usually) already have the ones offered through my super-sub, and instead give it to other volunteers. With this new change, I will likely give away my $15 vouchers instead of (currently) making 10 x separate purchases between now and May 2026 (when they expire). Might I propose a change to volunteer vouchers:
Maybe offer ($15) vouchers for volunteering 1-3 slots, 2x $30 vouchers for 4 slots, 3x $30 vouchers for 6 slots, 3x $40 vouchers for 8, and mix in $15 vouchers with the odd-numbered slots (5, 7, 9, etc.)
For example, if a GM volunteers 5 slots, they would receive 2x $30 vouchers and 1x $15 voucher, and so on.
NOTE: I didn't mention "3x $50 vouchers for 10 slots" - which is possible considering the shorter adventure slots for Starfinder and soon Pathfinder, although, I would caution against doing too much (spread it out, play, shop, rest, or help with HQ/Staff). Also, Venture Officers can receive $50 vouchers for qualified conventions ran (and reported) up to their annual maximum ---> VAs and VLs - maximum 1x $50 voucher / year; VCs and RVCs - maximum 2x $50 vouchers / year.

It would be really nice to see what discount is applied to each item on the item's page and on the listing/catalog pages. This wasn't as critical with the storewide 15% off (though it'd still be nice to see and could prompt purchases from people who hadn't seen notice about the storewide sale) since the discount was the same for everything. But with something like today's lore sale where books are between 20% and 60% off it's a bit vexing not being able to see which items have which discounts... e.g., someone might be interested in a book at 60% off but not interested enough at 20% off and I feel like it's unlikely folks will go through adding everything to cart just to see which discount is which. I honestly can't think of another webstore I've used that didn't show simple discounts like these earlier in the shopping process. (complex discounts, like the stacking Core rulebook sale, are a separate matter, those naturally can only fully be displayed in the cart).

As a subscriber from outside of the USA, I have really appreciated being able to "sideline" orders, to collect them into two shipments per year instead of twelve. I hope a similar option becomes available again, as shipping cost can easily mean the cost of the booklets are effectively doubled.

The 1e and 2e Adventure Path pages sort the APs alphabetically rather than in AP order, seems like a method that would increase confusion for people new to Pathfinder. Kinda confusing even for me.
The order seems customisable, as Standalone Adventures appears before the rest of the alphabetical list on the 2e page.

We need a cheaper shipping option for international subscribers, my shipping costs went up ~30% this month, due to the inclusion of tracking, we need an option to turn that off.
I know of 3 other people locally that are reconsidering their subs based on the increased shipping prices

Not having stackable GM vouchers makes them borderline useless. Shipping on separate orders eats up almost the entire voucher. Please either award GMs consolidated "coupons" or permit stacking.
This feels like a slap in the face, changing voucher terms a week before the convention.
(Smaller issue: all of the map links for older PFS2 scenarios now 404.)

I don't know if this is a feature request or a bug or me being dumb, but I cannot find digital versions of flip mats, like anywhere, can they be made easier to find?
To help you out.
https://store.paizo.com/accessories/maps/digital-editions/But the maps section doesn't have a big 'digital editions' button like other parts of the store does. It's located in the sidebar on the left if you're viewing the physical maps.

I have now used this long enough to purchase one product. Here are the complications I ran into.
1) Finding the PDF version of Draconic Codex. First time looking at the store page I found the page for the physical versions. It took me a while to find the correct page. This needs to be fixed. I almost gave up and didn't buy it. I know now for the future, but it would be very easy to lose digital only customers forever thinking you don't sell the PDFs. Even if you can't put it next to the different cover options, put a hot link in the text.
2) Differentiation between the single file and per chapter file downloads. Having to click on the name, wait for the popup to load to try to figure out which one it is, then hope you click on the right box when I then try to download multiple single file downloads. Ouch.
2a) I would love to see a filter option to hide the multifile downloads. I would like it to be saved between sessions. I don't want and have never wanted these. If you want to keep it up and have customers that like it, Great! But it's existence directly degrades my experience of attempting to use the downloads portion of the store.
3) Specifically for Draconic Codex, in the library there are four lines offering downloads. I see two single file and two multifile downloads. Not sure if this is a bug or a feature, but that's even worse than the two lines for everything else. If this should be posted in a bug section with more detail, let me know and I'll do that.

I'd quite like the ability to have threads connected to specific blogs & products again. Or if failing that, at least the way to view all the old discussions, as right now whilst the information connected to these threads is clearly still around on site (if you see the message history of someone who posted in one of those threads, their messages in them will show up), but if you were to actually click on the link it'll just take you to the new site and not let you view the messages.

I'm glad that the downloads page is being updated. It felt like it needed some work. There are a few things I'd like to see improved for the new one though.
1) Better file names. I can't tell my downloaded files apart unless I rename them.
2) Focused download options. I don't really need a new window to pop up to give me options of what file(s) I want to download. It takes extra actions to close it when I'm done. The old system where it was one zip file for a single PDF and another zip file for 1 PDF per chapter worked fine. I don't need to be able to download individual files 1 at a time.
3) It'd be nice if downloads for the same product were next to each other.

I like the new store for the most part. It is much nicer to browse and to search for specific items, as you would expect from a store in 2025.
I think the "Digital Edition" button seems a bit out of place on desktop, but it is easily accessible, which is nice and it lets me switch to an "all digital products" store.
But in the "digital store" I don't see upcoming products like the Hellfire Crisis Lost Omens. Not a big deal, but I noticed it. Also it would be nice if unreleased products have an "upcoming" bracket in the title.
I don't know if this is too much redundancy: In the "hardcover store" it would be nice to have a third button over the products that lets you switch between Hardcover, Special Edition and Digital Edition. In case sombeody misses the Digital Editions button above. And also for my own lazyness. I think it shouldn't matter if I click on the hardcover version as long as I have the option to switch to the digital edition on the product itself.
Similar issue with the Abomination Vaults AP, I also just picked as a test: I don't know what the differences between the AV PDF and the three adventure paths are. I assume I'd be an idiot to buy the latter ones unless I already own one of them? There's also no inclusion for the VTT one, you'd have to switch "store modes" again and go to the vtt section.
The Abomination Vault description also has two links to Pathfinder Society Organized Play, and a free download for Chronicle Sheets, but both links are very difficult to discern as such (on Firefox and Microsoft Edge if browsers are important)
After writing this, it feels a bit weird having the store split like this(physical, digital, vtt). I like that you can do it, but it shouldn't be mandatory to access a certain type of product, aka physical OR digital (or vtt for that matter). Or that in the /pathfinder/ area, at the time of writing, both hardcover and digital Draconic Codex are listed under sort:bestselling, when they are the same product. It feels like unnecessary clutter.
I don't like the Pathfinder Release Schedule site. It looks messy. I don't have any subscriptions so maybe it is better if you have one running. I also instinctively wanted to click on the Hellfire Crisis Hellbreakers image to learn more, because the cover looked cool, until I realised that this is just a picture.
When I used the search function to look for "Treasure Vault", the first products it showed me were the non-remastered ones on the left, followed by the remastered ones on the right. The same holds true when searching for Gun's & Gears. I'd probably prefer it if the remastered ones are the ones listed first. Maybe I'm just not having enough trust in the customers' intelligence, as it is less likely that a new customer buys those books in particular. Probably. But when I see that I have genuine problems discerning between the Abomination Vault purchases, maybe I'm also not so wrong after all.
The Starfinder /New to Roleplaying/ section doesn't have a Digital Edition button. And the same holds true for this section: If I can switch between buying the Starfinder Player Core as Hardcover-,
Pocket-, Sketch-, or Special Edition, why not add Digital Edition there as well?
I hope this is the right topic for this, I couldn't find a dedicated feedback post, nor do I think this is worth opening a new topic.
Cheers to the positive progress overall!

I gotta be honest, I find the new store frustrating. Part of this might be from the fact that my favorite products aren't listed in the store now. The maps. There is no section for them, they don't seem listed anywhere under anything and the minute they come off the 'coming soon' they vanish.
The other thing that I miss is that when I looked at a product category it showed the release schedule for that category at the top as part of the subscription. I could quickly look there and get excited about what was coming down the road.
Now the whole store feels like its a mystery cult, you gotta be intimately familiar with the catalog already to even look up anything and if you don't know about it then you will never discover it.

"Purchasing" society pdfs with gold has been a negative process.
Going from an automated experience, which is why I subscribe, to a manual "purchase" limited to the number of pdfs I can fit under "$20" while guaranteeing that I see how much "money" is "lost" with every repetition has proven to be a wholly unsatisfying and even frustrating experience.
I had my reservations when reading the blog post introducing this change, but experiencing it has fallen short of my lowest expectations.

This is more of a long term suggestion, but I would like it if you allowed SFTP or failing that SMB access to the digital library.
I have been a long time user of GoodReader and would love being able to sync to my digital library rather than needing to download and then sync to a copy of it. I am sure there are others who would also appreciate this capability.
It would be even better if we could customize the layout of the digital library so that we could adjust file names, what folders things are in, etc via manipulation of file links.
Although my comments are specific to GoodReader, I’m sure there are others who would find this sort of support useful. Just giving SFTP would allow me to mirror the library locally and reorganize it to fit my preferences although that would take some work on my side.

My three biggest frustrations so far with the new web store have been mentioned by others as well.
1) No easy way to see what subscriptions I have active.
I've tried to use the "Subscription Manager" but not having a section at the top, bottom, anywhere that's just a list of Active Subscriptions has been frustrating. The Upcoming Orders view is nice, but not every subscription has something every month and may not even have something in the time window for the Upcoming Orders view. Needing to go through the orders and take note of what Subscriptions shows up there to determine what I'm subscribed to is both frustrating and not something I'm confident will show everything.
Suggestion: Just add a section somewhere on that page that shows a list of active subscriptions just like you have a list of Inactive Subscriptions at the bottom. (Side note: The Upcoming Orders list showing the Subscription but not what product is also a bit frustrating as I have to go match it up to the release calendars just to see what's in it.)
2) Products not indicating if you have previously ordered them or at least if you currently have them in your library. Also another place where you could indicate if a subscription is already active.
Suggestion: Similar to the old store, some indication a product is at least in your digital library, if not just shown as something you've ordered in the past would be a great help.
3) Products not indicating they are included with a subscription. Once again, having to cross reference multiple pages on the site to determine if I will be getting something as part of a subscription or if I need to pre-order/purchase something I'm interested in. It's both time consuming and frustrating.
Suggestion: An indicator like the old store had marking that the product being viewed is part of a subscription and which one.
All that said, these all came out of me trying to figure out what Subscriptions I had active to make sure nothing was missed in the move to the new store and for looking at possibly changing some subscriptions from one version to another.
I even reached out to Customer Service to help me figure out what I am actively subscribed to, but it seems like their only solution was to also just go to my Subscriptions Manager Upcoming Orders page and make a list of what they saw there.

I’d like to see an option for subscribers to delay a product to the next subscription window, previously to save on high shipping costs I would let a few months subscriptions roll into one another so yeah just that third option to delay a product similar to side carting in the previous store please

Hi - I would like to see the product reviews left on the old site restored.
I was very disappointed to find that all the existing reviews had been wiped. I am a player of 1st edition and got a lot of value out of reading the reviews on the old storefront - I favoured them over any other site when educating purchases.
Since it's unlikely that these pages will be repopulated with new reviews, considering it's now a legacy product, it would be very helpful to me (and many first edition players I'm sure) to restore the old reviews if possible.
Until then I'll keep using the Wayback machine
Thanks for considering :)

Please add Paizo Plus gold redemption values greater than $20. Perhaps $50 and $70 options.
I'd go further and say: Please get rid of all of the Paizo Plus gold redemption codes and just add a checkbox to "pay with Gold balance" on the checkout page, which will then apply the exact amount of Gold needed to pay the products in full (or up to however much Gold one has), whether that comes out to 515 gold or 43.
If you were to roll out this system, it should probably prioritize applying Gold to Society scenarios first in the event of mixed cards, since that yields the largest dollar-amount-per-gold-spent metric.

Society Rewards: I have >1k reward points.
1. Automate using the rewards towards some product line when you have more rewards than you know what to do with. .
2. Exchange rewards for society without needing to get a coupon. There is no reason this couldn't just continue to be automated.
I was going to apply them to all the societyRewards for society: This is going to be very annoying to apply certificates. I went to redeem a certificate and the amounts don't line up. So I went ahead and redeemed another certificate. You can only apply one at a time. I'ts also very annoying to manually add all of these.
The codes themselves are digital codes and they are in the "Rewards History". They should just be applied automatically and should stack. It's a lot of manual effort. The store seems to be built to make it friendly for newer people which is great but it does not seem to be designed for the existing whales.

Okay, so not being able to compile the stack of Paizo store credit codes I have received this holiday into my store credit bank, and instead only allowing individual gift codes to be applied to individual purchases, is an astoundingly consumer-unfriendly change. I mean, put it on the pile with the eliminated PDF/VTT discounts and how broadly unhelpful the store site is to navigate, but now I have to manually hang on to multiple codes and apply them one by one to individual transactions?
Who the hell signed off on this?

I miss product discussion and reviews.
Same. The forum is still there but when a product page goes up there isn't an automatic post made for it. Still waiting to see a post for Planar Perils minis in the products forum for example.
Alot of functionality that we were accustomed to vanished overnight. Site looks slick, but navigating it is cumbersome. The search feature isn't intuitive and does not come up with results I would expect, having to modify the search multiple times to find miniatures that used to be clearly organized by set regardless of in stock or not.
Having the product discussion on the product page let me go through and see what people had said about the module. That was something I didn't know I would miss until it poofed.

Theres a lot I’m not happy about with the new store and reward program, which I’ve expressed elsewhere, but as someone with a large digital library, probably the most egregious problem for me is the fact that the store doesn’t show when a digital purchase is already in your library. This really NEEDS to change, and IMO needs to be a top priority fix for the store.
With a large digital library like mine, I sometimes forget if I’ve bought a particular item or not yet. Having to go into my digital library and try to find that product in my library of 100’s of things just to see if I already own it or not is a massive pain, and pretty frustrating. It’s already caused me to decide not to make a spontaneous purchase several times.
This is particularly annoying since we now have to manually go in and jump through the gold—>coupon hoops to purchase Society PDFs that used to be automatically added to our accounts as multi-subscription users. This means that every month I need to keep track of whether or not I’ve already purchased a couple of Society scenarios so that I don’t accidentally go in and purchase them a second time.
It’s only a matter of time before I pay for a digital purchase of something that I already own. It may be wishful thinking on my part, but I’d like to think that Paizo, who until this whole store and reward program change has always seemed fairly customer positive to me, would prefer their customers not waste their money buying a digital purchase they already own.
