I think I will bow out. I'd prefer to play more scenarios with this character rather than speed-level her. Thanks for the game and for bringing me along!

Oh yea, I see that now. He got OHKO'd in the very first fight I was here for, back in June.

Actually, it is cheaper to buy spell casting services than a scroll. You can also use PP to remove the condition if you want to save the cash.

Oh yea. Apparently it's only 1 PP to get a remove blindness/deafness. Lybram doesn't need to spend a spell, Iladora already has plenty of Prestige.

Sword at the ready, Iladora rushes into the room to get within striking distance.

Double move. The movement will provoke an attack of opportunity (if Klarkosh has a melee weapon), but Iladora gets +4 AC against this from Mobility.

So once Lybram is brought back, it looks like all we need to fix me is a scroll of remove blindness/deafness for 375 gp. Iladora has that in her inventory so no problems there.

Really?! I just assumed he could fix it in a day, or at least make it operational.

Nope, at least not unless he's got something special he can do. A construct reduced to 0 HP is considered totally destroyed (like an undead) and has to be remade from scratch.

It's one of the reasons bringing one into combat as a PC is generally not a great idea.

I think we should keep going and try to take down Klarkosh, then rest. We're low on resources but so is he. Since I'm the only one who can't see, you all can still point me to the right square every round (the miss chance will suck though).

"Bird, I will need your eyes until we can get this spell reversed." Iladora calls her own companion to her shoulder and directs it to guide her steps.

Using my own companion rather than Blitz means I can't fail a DC 10 check. So at least that's the movement problem solved.

Part of her is only too glad to leave Klarkosh behind, as badly injured as she is, although being unable to see makes her vulnerable. She backs away. "I'm blinded, he cast some sort of spell at me."

Double move at half speed (so one move basically) to get back to the room with the others.

You could also look for Pathfinder compatible AP's from 3rd-party publishers, or converted D&D campaigns. Paizo's signature 15-level adventure path is not something D&D has ever really emphasized (and for a few years now even Paizo has gotten away from those), but there are some out there.

Great question, unfortunately I don't know of any. There are a bunch of ongoing projects to convert 1e adventures to 2e (unofficially of course), but I don't think very many are going the other way.

I forced convinced my own IRL group to play 2e at least for a little while, I'm running them through Strength of Thousands right now. I like the system but it certainly takes some getting used to, and the whole legacy/remaster thing doesn't help either. (I totally get why they did it, it just introduces some extra growing pains.)

If nobody wants to play 2e, and you really don't want to force the issue, you're probably better off sticking to 1e AP's. If you've already played them all, firstly holy crap that's amazing, but secondly... your group might have a decision to make.

Having very little luck with her bow, Iladora fires off a single shot then moves in closer.

Longbow 1 + Inspire Courage + Favored Enemy (evil outsider) vs div (enemy has soft cover): 1d20 + 8 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 8 + 2 + 2 = 25
Damage + Inspire Courage + Favored Enemy (evil outsider): 1d8 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 + 2 = 9

Fortitude (DC 16): 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 13

Unfortunately no, just mundane arrows. Pretty terrible luck that those damage rolls aren't reversed.
