You could also look for Pathfinder compatible AP's from 3rd-party publishers, or converted D&D campaigns. Paizo's signature 15-level adventure path is not something D&D has ever really emphasized (and for a few years now even Paizo has gotten away from those), but there are some out there.

Great question, unfortunately I don't know of any. There are a bunch of ongoing projects to convert 1e adventures to 2e (unofficially of course), but I don't think very many are going the other way. I If nobody wants to play 2e, and you really don't want to force the issue, you're probably better off sticking to 1e AP's. If you've already played them all, firstly holy crap that's amazing, but secondly... your group might have a decision to make.

Having very little luck with her bow, Iladora fires off a single shot then moves in closer. Longbow 1 + Inspire Courage + Favored Enemy (evil outsider) vs div (enemy has soft cover): 1d20 + 8 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 8 + 2 + 2 = 25
Fortitude (DC 16): 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 13

Unfortunately no, just mundane arrows. Pretty terrible luck that those damage rolls aren't reversed.
