Hunter does have adamantine bullets, but his first shot would have been a regular bullet as his gun is preloaded. Once he fires and finds out the bullet doesn't pierce as well as he thought, his second bullet would adamantine bullets.

Hunter will have a hard time getting through their DR unless he crits then it is massive damage, but if they need dispatched, then I guess we got to do it.

Reloads again and fires hit: 1d20 + 14 + 1 ⇒ (13) + 14 + 1 = 28 vs touch dmg: 1d8 + 6 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 6 + 1 = 13 point blank shot. Also it says +2 reliable gun, realized the mistake so the damage should be 1d8+6 instead of 1d8+5, the other extra +1 from point blank shot. Also the mistake was pointed out to me by others who play the pregen gunslinger.

Looks like my reliable gun doesn't gain broken condition after all, it is just a miss.

Gets within 10 feet of the Chimera and fires his gun. hit: 1d20 + 14 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 14 + 1 = 16 to hit vs touch, point blank shot dmg: 1d8 + 5 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 5 + 1 = 9
Looks like his gun now has the 1st broken condition.

Hunters has to swim over then climb, the easier part that is, he is not a climber. swim: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 2 = 14 climb: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 2 = 18

Would Hunter have known that the powder in his gun would have got wet? The player assumed because he was partway above water, the gun did get wet like he could keep it above the water even when boat tipped over, like reactively raise his arm up with gun in hand, or was partially waterproof, where as one second underwater wouldn't ruin the powder inside the gun. Cause if character would know that, he would pull out his longsword instead. on round 1
Move to green and swing longsword hit: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (13) + 5 = 18 dmg: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
swimg: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 2 = 21
